Very expensive! McDonald's is trying to save money and is passing the cost on to customers. A sauce for 1€?!! All prices have increased drastically. McDonald's seems to be profiting very much from the current situation

9/10 times they do deliveries wrong. Always forget things or give wrong items. Without even a refund... Food is cold even if its only 10 minutes away from them? Worst mcdo here.

Don’t think it’s near the highway so it will be quick to grab something, Its not a rush hour, still, It took literally 30 minutes for just 4 coffees.This type of service is just bringing down the reputation of this McDonald’s.Unbelievable

No menu displayed after midnight, at drive through. How does that make sense? Also, a sauce charged for 1eur? What a disgrace. Fries ? The most disgusting McDonald's fries I ever had. Shame to the manager. Coca cola ? Sold completely gas. I think the branch needs a new manager urgently or should close.

I have to give them a big thumb up because they are the best McDonald's where I have been. They have a drive through, a small garden to sit in front, if they see anyone waiting in line, right away someone's coming with a tablet to take your order. This is, also, the cleanest McDo where I have been. You have radio in the toilet too, and very nice Halloween decorations too. A lot of parking space. Not to mention that, in the neighborhood, there are some stores, and a Pizza Hut (I didn't visit it yet). On the downside - the plastic on one toilet paper holder was broken, so when my son touched it, it fell, but we managed to put it up together, the stuff isn't really the 'smiling type' and the cheeseburger is 1,50 euro, and the same, in the McDo at Rue Neuve is 1 euro. Update - The cheeseburger is now 2,05 when bought with card and there is no option, like in rue Neuve, for example, to change the ingredients of a certain item. For example, we never take ice in our drinks. Here I didn't had the option mark 'no ice' in the drinks.

Best McDonald’s i’ve ever been to. The food is great with loads of choices. The staff is very friendly and nice. Even during rush hours, the staff manages to give people their orders very quickly. The drive through is also very quick !

The food is fresh, they kill the cow in front of my eyes.

I will like to add that the girl that is ordering the food was super arrogant and didn't want to speak English with me . She didn't make the orders right and also was aggressive she goes to the window and stared at me just because I said that she refuses to speak English and that she was arrogant. This was at 22:27 day 29 of October 2023 . I would like to say that if she doesn't want to work stay at home because exist a lot of people that would love to work in there . I work with people and I don't put my problems in my work .

McDonald's like no one else. Super fast preparation, lots of staff and friendly. Should be an example for other venues!

The food is tasty Good acess by car and by bicicle. Goo place yo eat sometimes!

I ordered just two coffees but had to wait some time, which is kind of 'funny' given it's a fast food place

Was there 1 hour ago. The fries were cold from other clients plates. Instead of donuts they gave us nuggets. Shame....0 stars

Made me pay 1€extra for the saus when asking for nuggets, all McDonald's from Antwerp, Gent or even Nederlands, when you ask for 6 nuggets or more you've got at least 1 free saus maybe 2..

Normal McDonald's restaurante. There are outside car parking spots. The food was delivered quicky and as expected, no surprises. Bathroom was cleaned

Bad rating confirmed after another mistake. Drive in with wrong order. Again burger missing while fully paid. Has been the 3rd time so far.

Decent quality McDonald's food. Don't recall having bad surprises ever at that restaurant. Tables are cleaned regularly. No idea about the lavatories, haven't been there for some time.

The McDonald's in Brugge have a very friendly staff and a reasonably fast food turnaround. They rarely make mistakes which is not an easy thing to do. All set in one of the most beautiful McDonald's restaurant in what is already considered one of the most beautiful city in the world. I highly recommend visiting this McDonald's. You can thank me later.

Friendly staff and entry, men’s toilet was seriously not clean…. Disappointing and un-McDonalds like.
