I have personally tried all the major hamburger chains (Mc Donald's, Burger King, Quick, ... ). I consider Five Guys by far to offer the best quality when it comes to burgers and fries. A nice addition is you can choose from a large amount of toppings and sauces and they are included in the price. The downside of Five Guys: there is no menu option, so even when you order a burger, fries and a drink the bill will tick up. Current price at the date of this review was € 9,25 for a regular burger with toppings included and € 5,50 for a medium portion of French fries. Then you still have to add a drink (you don't need to) and roughly you're looking to at least € 18 for a (basic) full hamburger meal. Not cheap, and this is for the cheapest full meal option (burger, fries and a drink). Way more than for a regular menu option at the other hamburger chain restaurants. Although the French fries were tasty (the potatoes actually come from the Netherlands), there was a lot of mush in the bag. Summarized: good quality, but slightly overpriced and due to the lack of a menu option the bill ticks up. When it comes to interior: tastes differ but it ain't exactly cosy with the bright red overtones. No diner style booths either, feels more like a factory cafeteria than an American diner.

Amazing place. Cool music. Clean. One of the best (chain) burger places in Brussels. It costs a lot more than the typical mcdo or quick but it is made with fresh ingredients right in front of you. The shakes are also to die for with so many different flavor options.

Perfect option for those on keto! You can get the lettuce wrapped burger, which is excellent!

Don't understand the hype, burgers are tiny, the queue for the good is dlow. The settings and atmosphere of the dining area is worse then a school canteen. I honestly don't get the hype except perhaps gor the relatively cheaper price....and free coke refills?

Best burger place I’ve gone to. Fries 10/10 , burger is impeccable and milkshake is definitely top tier among Belgian fast food places. Great hygienic place, and all sauces etc. included and free refills. Very pricey but definitely worth the money.

First time @ 5 guys. The quality and service was amazing. Friendly patient staff that immediately understood it was my first time and took their time for me. I ordered for 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids) but was a bit taken aback when the amount appeard. Over 80 euro's!! When we got at our table I understood this was not a quick/Macdonald's type of meal... A "large" frie is enough for 2 people to eat from. So be aware of the portions! But the food tasted really really good! Drink refills as much as you want is a plus (but it's 4€ the drink so take that into account) take as much ketchup and mayo as you please. I understand why Obama is a big fan.. he has a big enough wallet to order whatever he wants ;-) so If you want a great burger and fries go here but be prepared to pay a little extra. Music was a bit too loud for our comfort (but we're old , no one else really seemed to be annoyed by it) would come here again !

I have been at five guys many times. Only in this one you pay 6.50 for regular fries and get only a tiny cup of fries. Ridiculous.

Excellent burger, get it all the way with your favorite sauce. Fries are plenty with or without salt. They also have a coca cola free style machines. If you want peach Fanta, they have. Its my choice to eat in the city2 mall. Because of covid peanuts where not being served. Now they are back. Although connected to the city2, the store stays open longer.

My god, what a burger?! I visited Five Guys on recommendation (I come from country with no FG unfortunatelly) and I definately "regret rien". The cashier was very helpful, he recommended me what ingredients are the best, what should I order. I ended up with bacon cheese burger - fantastic. Fresh, tasty, reasonable price for this huge amount of food. The restaurant was clean, everyone spoke french and english (and I am guessing even dutch).

Beef is miduim well grilled and is so tasty 5/5 - Cajun and regular fries both 👍🏼👍🏼 - only bottled water for sale ## Atmosphere ## - Cashier is down in basement so no smell of grilling while sitting - restrooms are clean with a code found on receipt 🧾

The hamburger was excellent. The fries were not as good as I expected. The portion size of the fries was ridiculously large. Nice touch with the toppings and the mayonnaise. The sitting area was extremely basic and not very inviting.

The hamburger is medium-sized and it looks like it has participated in a battle with a fist. The taste is good, but nothing out of the ordinary, except the price which is unjustified for what you get. The spicy fries were tasty, they come in a big portion and seemed manually cut. The tables are not very clean, the atmosphere is as you would expect for it to be, considering this place is inside a shopping mall. Also, don't be fooled by the Budweiser beer on the menu! It's just the ordinary, bad American Bud beer!

Came there at closing time. The burgers were great as per usual, well made and fresh, they gave us so many fries that we could possibly not finish them so we gave it to a homeless man outside, there are a lot if them there. All drinks and sauce refill is completly free and have a great virety of drinks unlike most places. Would highly reccomend to try it out if you havent yet, some of the best burgers in town and you can customize your own.

Expensive, bun is low quality, good fries, still alright overall. I would go for other Belgian franchises with much much better quality for around the same price (manhattns)

The taste was perfect. I recommend you to try cajun fries and peanut butter milkshake. They forgot my drink because I got it delivered, that was the only problem.

Days of Christmas, the service was excellent, burgers?... Probably the best burger I ever had, fresh, juicy, tasteful, the portion was really big and the fries amazing!! We were probably the last customers of the shift and still all the personnel was smiling. We could see the cleaning the kitchen and I can guarantee you, they cleaned eeeeverything!!! (even behind the working bench!!!) The best part... There was a burger and some fries that was not sold and we asked them to take them for some homeless people outside the store and they gave them with a big smile!!!... That is a store and employees to be rewarded 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

You have to go downstairs to order which is a little odd. Long waiting time and a almost clinical setting, but delicious burgers.

The service was fast, but the burger ended up being quite mid. Upside, many many fries (more were in the bag), quite better than say Mc ones. Unfortunately it's still overpriced in my opinion, even in Bruxelles.

Nothing to talk bad about the burgers. Definitely not one bite sized 😁. Meat is tasty and not dry. The fries are much better than the cardboard ones you find at other chains BUT.... way too much salt. Please do not put salt or just a little. Then it's a little overpriced. It's true you get a good amount for a small portion but I prefer pay less and no need throw away half of it. And the music was a little too loud (maybe because no much customers at the time. If crowded it would probably be different)

Very tasty burgers. I have never eaten tastier French fries.

I ordered a milkshake and a small bacon burger to be delivered at home. The milkshake tasted good but was spilled before it arrived to my house so I only got half of it. The bacon in the burger was burnt and therefore gave the entire burger a burnt taste. Will not be ordering again.

Clearly not the best Five Guys I've visited but decent enough to make me come back in the future. Make sure you get there at the opening or you'll wait for a long time.

We dined at a restaurant located in a common dining area of a shopping mall, alongside other eateries. Despite this, the restaurant successfully maintained its unique brand ambiance and vibe. The hamburgers were exceptionally tasty and juicy, standing out from the average. The service was notably pleasant and efficient.

I only gave it 4 stars because the large portion of fries wasn’t as in the other restaurants, 1+1 in the bag.

I have been to Five Guys in New York, Luxembourg and Belgium. This is the only store that disappointed me. The meat was too dry, and the hamburger collapsed.

A bit too expensive for "fast food". Althought, definitely, the best possible fast food you could ask for. The burger and fries combo is a killer and everyone should try at least once

Excellent classic burgers, with generous amounts of fries & free refills

Good for quick bite otherwise there isn't any new thing. There are many good quality burger restaurants in town. Though one thing is good here that one can see how they are preparing Burgers and until they call your number. It would be good if they put LCD screen to track numbers. People are waiting in noisy chaotic place to hear number. So try it out its just a different experience.

Best American Hamburger ever tried! A bit expensive but absolutely a must try (the "small" size is already too big to finish, and the chips are incredible too! Also big portions though, we shared a medium size for 2 people and left some as we could not finish them either)

Absolutely above and beyond any other burger chain. The burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked and seasoned and the condiments are very fresh. Big portion of tasty and crispy french fries. Albeit pricey compared to others, it's all worth it fir the taste. Staff is friendly and skilled.

Super upset with my order; African lady took our order, we want to customise our cheese burger: she just punch whatever she wants, my friend customise on his cheese burger to put tomato, regular onion but look with the attached invoice. She has to understand the value of the money and what customers wants.

First time at 5 guys and should have known but over 100euros for 5 burgers, chips and drinks (2 of them kid sized)??? fast(ish) food with resturant prices you had to bring to your own table and clear up after. The burger was squashed mess, dry bread, pattie really wasnt all that tasty. Not sure what people who recommend it are thinking!!! Was it a bad one or is that just the way it is?

Good quality burgers and fries, as expected at Five Guys regardless of location. This Brussels location has a seating area upstairs, as well as bathrooms, which is convenient. Service is friendly and fast. The main issue with this place is the beggars that enter the restaurant and bother the customers eating here. Also, the place is rather expensive with a burger setting you back close to 9 euro's.

Very delicious burgers, as always. The Cajun fries are one of my favorite options of this place! Highly recommend trying them. Burgers are a little pricey but well worth it on my opinion. This location is clean and staff is very friendly. I love that they have peanuts to snack on before diving into your burger.

I don't know what it is about their burgers, but they really hit the spot! The unlimited toppings are definitely good value for money.. however, their fries though😐 Just go for the burgers mate!

Their large fries are very generous, not a whole lot of vegetarian options but that one veggie sandwich was really appreciated and filled my fast food craving. After all it's a burger place but the fact I saw veggie sandwich on the billboard is what made me curious to try dining in. Also the staff was quite dynamic and kind. Globally an average fast food but the experience was above what I expected.

The burgers are not cheap. Around 11 EUR just for double cheeseburger. But they are great. Fresh and juicy, melting in mouth.

The burguers are awesome, but I found it expensive. Spent almost 21 USD on a combo, while on the two best known burguers restaurants you might spend half that money. Then again, the quality is not the same, these are really good, but expensive nevertheless. You get free soda refill. The fries are excellent. I ordered the spicy ones and they were good.

The burgers and fries are just ok. Actually, the portion is too big for me. I don’t know what the fuss is all about regarding the fries. Idaho potatoes? They taste like fries should taste. Ordering is easy and although there was a queue, I managed to get mine without waiting too long. Of course, by that time, I was already smelling of grilled burgers and greasy chips. Not a place I would specifically seek out, but I can eat their food.

Don't expect cheap hamburgers like at McDonald's. And don't expect gourmet brugers either. Expect the freshest fast food you can find in town, from the burgers to the fries and shakes. The all-in cheeseburger is delicious (not too much meat, plenty of fresh veggies).

A medium hamburger, very expensive and nothing special compared to others! Potatoes and juice cost separately. They don't have menus. Exaggerated price for what is offered! You only pay for advertising!!!!
