Unfortunately it is not possible to put 0 stars. The power went down and for more than an hour we had to wait with the kitchen off. The staff was not supporting and they looks like they didn’t know what to do. No explanation, no a single word, no discount. A robot is more professional. Please change workers.

You really have to be careful what you put in your "tacos" but once you've found the correct recipe (i.e. no frites inside, no sauce fromagère and add cheddar and a normal sauce), it's very edible.

I’ve eaten in many places before, tried many different tacos, but what they serve here are definitely NOT Mexican tacos. I don’t know what they are but the food has no relation with the real thing. The place is small people are crammed in together like sardines. If you want real Mexican this is absolutely NOT the place to try. Been there, done that but I will never again set foot in this place. Staff is overworked, semi professional and lack efficiency.

Order beef. Told after 15 minutes there's no beef. Settle with chicken. Their order machine is also confusing. Was under the impression that I also ordered fries. No menu option. The worst thing was when my son wanted to use the toilet, but they were out of service. Bad experience overall.

Good when you take away. From Uber eats, Hope to have a fait enough delivery guy, waiting 1h30 for these doesnt worth it, but it's not the restaurant's fault

It was great years ago, now everything is more expensive, the workers don't wear gloves ( and I've seen some of them lick their fingers while working ), and sometimes there is no cashier at all and if you don't have your bank card you can't pay.

Food was normal. They call O'Tacos to some kind of burrito made out of children's food: nuggets, sausage, etc. Nothing to do with a typical taco. Big portions. Service was good. The woman who took my order was very helpful and easy to communicate. The place was completely empty and totally silent (I could use some background music...)

I wanted taco with nuggets minced meat and two sauces, payed for extra fries and coke, they didn’t give me the coke so i had to go back. Then got to my destination opened my taco to find out there is only one souce and minced meat. So please this is constructive read what the customer wants. There is improvement for the workers.

I had read reviews of other O'Tacos branches in Belgium complaining of poor service and incorrect deliveries but I thought, hey, let's give this one the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately after trying it out I have to say, AVOID. We waited forever for our tacos and when they came they weren't what we had chosen. Now, on something that comes neatly wrapped up, you can only realise the mistake after munching through two or three bites, and by then you think it's too late to make a fuss. My impression was that, when under pressure in the lunch rush, the kitchen just dished out standard identikit tacos without actually looking at the customised orders. A total disaster for a vegetarian as I'm sure that some very unexpected chicken nuggets were included in what I ate!

Great food for fast food. It's not the biggest of stores and you do have to wait a bit for your food but overal great store.
