For ordering a meal, you have to order downstairs and then you'll get your food to the table. I don't have any problem with that. I had Pho Bo and Beef summer rolls, they both tasted really great, even though I'm used to Pho with much more salt I really liked the taste of this. The rolls are too big to fit in your mouth and the plate they come in is small, so you probably end up messing up the table. I would appreciate getting more than 1 small napkin. I ended up using the one provided napkin to clean up the mess at the table and had nothing to wipe my mouth with.

I've been at Hanoi Station a few times already. It has never disappointed me. Probably one of the best Phos you can have in town. People are friendly, service is fast and prices are good for Brussels. The other choices in the menu are also tasty and delicious.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. The noodles and pad thai were delicious, while the green curry with vegetables was absolutely amazing. However, the service left much to be desired. The table was not properly cleaned, and the wait time for the food was excessively long, despite being informed about the preparation time. Additionally, I would have appreciated more than just one small napkin. The food was great, but improvements in service are needed for a better overall dining experience.

The restaurant is crowded. Food was good and price was reasonable. We ordered "Bún Chả", "Phở", "Bánh Cuốn" and "Dimsum" and 2 beer that cost us 44€ in total. It's a bit difficult to order at cashier because there was paper menu and written in board but the name wasn't same. We ordered the food on menu and the cashier as us what was it on the board and we had no clue. "Bánh Cuốn" wasn't good. Other food was good. There are 2 floors. The food has northern taste so I liked it.

It's a big surprise when we come here. The Vietnamese food is delicious. We can eat in a cosy place where the decor is personal and the zinc tables are special. The price is acceptable. It's difficult to find a parking space but the public transport is wide (metro, tram, bus).

In a nutshell, their food is great, affordable, but if you come from a culture where service is as important as food in a restaurant, you will be a bit upset. The rules are: we need to order and pay first before go upstairs and sit on a table, bizarre. And then after the food was brought to us, I didn't get the drink I ordered because apparently the drink is on me to take. And so I went back downstairs to get my drink, the girl at the counter asked me if I paid for that (awkward situation). I would prefer if she remembered that I did pay for that just 2 minutes ago and that not everyone should naturally understand their weird system of operation. (Bring your drink, we bring your food). The girl at the counter was respectful but as raw as a robot can get. I orderered the Poulet au lait du coco, highly recommended soup. Go there for the good vietnamese food but expect a raw service that puts customers last.

We liked the food and the fast service. Price is fair with corresponding quality. But the interior is quite messy, very crowded and packed with clients (surely because of the good food, quick service and price). So not the place if u r looking to have a fancy, long romantic diner.

Very tasty, big portions, enough variety without busting your head to decide what to eat. Feels healthy as well. The most important is that they seem to have given a lot of thought on how to deal with the ongoing pandemic. Everything, from food packaging, preparation, separation of takeaway costumers from delivery guys, who are at greater risk of being contaminated, show very serious professionals. Most of the establishments are struggling, Hanoi Station is flourishing.

I go probably like once a week to the Hanoi Station in Merode. I usually go on my own, and I like the atmosphere. I love the Pho soups they do. Their Pho soup is healthy and not oily which is great, so difficult to find food without too much oil these days. Maybe you could give some optional topping for the Pho ;)

It is good :) missing some flavor but in general it is quite good ! The beef was a bit dry for my liking but the rest of it was quite good :)

You need to order first before taking a seat so it can get pretty crowded in the busy hours. But the food quality is good the taste quite authentic and good portion. Overall great taste

The service was quick and the food was good, but it wasn't amazing. A good place to go from time to time when you are craving for some Asiatic food (rice and noodles). They speak French and English, so it was easy to communicate, and they made us some recommendations on what to have.

Nice Soviet-Era / Vietnamese decorations and posters 🇻🇳🇻🇳 ; 🍜🍜🍜 Phô Soup is standard (meaning you will need to add a lot of Sriracha Hot Chilli sauce if you like it hot 🌶️🌶️🌶️ or with some spices).

We went to the spot in the wolf food court and lemme tell you that we weren't disappointed, the pho beef was so tasty!!!! definitely recommend!

Super tasteful Vietnamese food. What ruins the experience is the fact that you have to queue to order and pay before sitting down. I makes it feel like a fast-food. Also its usually very busy and loud. I recommend for the food, takeaway might be a good solution

The food is fine but the flavour and quality is not stable. Sometimes we encounter a quite different flavour and taste such as watery and not moreish. A tip for myself that if I would like to open so many branches like this I would make sure that all branches have the same and the best flavour and quality, otherwise, the brand will fall. Importantly, the price is not worth. You could find as many other good quality asian food even in the center which is cheaper but also better (shrimp, beef…)

Very good restaurant for authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisine....taste of food was just mind blowing...situated just near the Merode station in Brussels...

My go-to address for Phô soups and one of my most visited spots for the past 3 years. Simply the best quality for the price and quantity in Brussels. Fast service. There are many unusual interesting options on the menu like the cold rolls (ready for a fast takeaway) and the dry Phô: different than the soup, like a salad. Minus: some sides like the Dim sum are not really up to the quality of the rest. Note: Hanoi station has also a booth at the Wolf downtown, but there are only a couple of choices for the dish, and not in the same bowls.

Amazing Viet food in Brussels. I order at least once a month at Hanoi Station! Go for the Red Curry and the homemade nems 😋

Best Vietnamees restaurant in Brussel for a quick dinner or lunch. Best food for a little price. Always very fresh vegetables. Plenty of vegetables in every dish. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Can be crowds, but the service is quick. Recommend to everyone to try it at least once

One of the best curry ever tried. Raviolis are highly recommended too. Nice and clean place, there is a cosy room at the first floor if you want to eat there; take away is possible too.

Delicious! Tasted several vegetarian dishes over the years, never disappointed. My current favorite is the Coconut milk soup with Tofu. The only negative comment I have is the difficulty to get sitting spots (it's too famous on any given day of the week or weekend).

The food is good, but not excellent, the place is clean and the waiters are nice and recommend you dishes very politely if needed. Overall a good place to try new fast-but-good food.

Not genuine Vietnamese food although the pho broth was decent. Was expecting grilled lemongrass chicken for the bun but it was plain roast chicken that wasn’t even seasoned. Spring rolls (we call them summer rolls with rice paper) were way too big and they even had avocado in them - shocking. Very disappointed!

Normally, we adored this place and we loved going there. But today we took food away and those were the worst Rouleaux de Printemps with tofu i’ve ever tasted there. Tasteless, something had a taste of being fermented and the source of peanuts is not as good as before. Disapointed.

Food is okay, but I was expecting a little bit more flavor. We order Soupe Pho beef/chicken/scampi's. Need to put the pepper to improve the taste

Variety of dishes in the menu makes this place unique. Vietnamese dishes, cooked by real Vietnamese. I can highly recommend Pho, which is extraordinary - I had problems to find a good Pho in Brussels until I discovered Hanoi Station. Place is relatively small and crowded during the evening. Dishes are being served separately - those who were living in Asia would understand, those who did not, would complain like some did in the comment section. If you would like to eat Thai meal, go to Thai restaurant, otherwise you might be disappointed. I ordered Pad Thai once and now I know that Hanoi Station means Vietnamese food and this is their specialty. Happy to come back soon!

Terrible service, the guy have my plate ready for more than 20 minutes, when i get there to ask for my plate the guy said it wasn’t ready, so i started asking about it if it was the one that was sitting there for like 20 minutes, then i asked again and the guy with terrible attitude told me it was actually that one, it was cold, they didn’t care, and it wasn’t actually good at all. Stay away!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!
