KOMO Bowl Ixelles

Bar Poke bar

😠 Went for takeaway bowls and I could see the waiters talking about the rice they were putting in my order. I asked if everything was ok and they said yes. I got home and saw the rice was totally uncooked. They clearly knew it was raw and still served it. 36€ wasted, as we couldn’t eat our dinner. Wil... People often mention bowls, rice, bowl, poke,

The food is extremely delicious with fresh ingredients. I ordered the crispy miso eggplant, priced at 7 euros per portion. However, they only provided five pieces of eggplant, which I found to be quite limited considering the price. I ordered my article with brown rice and it was already mentioned and highlighted on the recipe of the order but they brought me white rice instead. Despite all of that, I give them four stars for the delicious food.

New small but cute poke bowl place in Brussels. It has a similar vibe to Knees to Chin which is another very popular place in the city. I am not a big fan of poke bowls personally but was positively surprised by the freshness of the ingredients and the mix of flavours in the bowls. Definitively recommended if you're around or looking for a Japanese/Hawaiian vibe.

Very nice and friendly, polite personnel, bowls were top notch. Vegetables were fresh, and bowls were nicely dressed, not Just your regular 5 scoops next to each other. We had a vegan and a chicken option and both had a very good flavor profile, can only recommend!

I came here a few times and always loved all the bowls I tried. Good ingredients and options. A bit more expensive than other places offering similar options

They got very tasty bowls with fresh ingredients. But sometimes they put too much sauce and often the white rice is not cooked enough ! They should really improve the white rice recipe or cooking to deserve a 5 star . I replace the rice with veggies then the bowl is excellent !

If i could leave 0 stars i would. The portions are wack for the price you have to pay. I feel like i just got robbed. They used to be generous but now they’ve become stingy. Truly don’t recommend unless you’re willing to pay a million bucks for a mediocre poke bowl.

The taste of the bowl was fine, however, the rice was undercooked making the meal hard to eat.

You own bowl of Kame-hame-ha. Go inside for the cool looking furniture.

Was looking for something to eat, other than burgers in the area. Heard about Komo”s poke bowls from IG and also from a friend who tried the one on Dansaert in the city centre. Decided to give it a try! Went for the Rocky Point House bowl. Fried coconut shrimp sounded tasty, so why not! One of the toppings was wakame. Not a big fan so asked if I could switch it with nori. Not a problem. Was worried if the sriracha mayonnaise sauce would be not to my liking but it was actually nice. Got the bowl within a few mins. Looked really good! Gotta say I enjoyed it! Small place with several seating. I came in early so seating wasn’t an issue. Staff was friendly.

Got the build your own poke bowl, portion was slightly small for the salmon. Veggies was fresh. Sriracha Mayonnaise is missing a bit flavor, more sriracha was taste even better.

Great poke bowls, prices are reasonable, friendly staff and clean and nice place. I did not see much difference between the medium and large bowl.

Really nice and fresh food. I recommend it. Bear in mind that the restaurant is quite small, so there are limited tables.

Great place to have a lunch. It's nicely decorated and the staff is very welcoming. The dishes offered are of good taste although I think they could contain a bit less rice and definitely more fish.
