I don't think the service it's normal to ask for people to pay the toilet. I just need to wash my hands before eating and you have to pay extra to the toilet guy it's embarrassing. I'm not coming here again

Burger king for me is always the winner in serving of fast food... they had a delicious menu of veggie created in partnership with The Vegetarian Butcher! 100% plant based with 0% meat [meatless] to match its green choice of food including beef and chicken as well. The vegan menu for me was excellent. I can finally enjoying my food with peace of mind while eating🤩love you BK💚

I didn't like the burger's taste. The cheese was stale and the beef and bacon were almost raw. Also, they charge you 50 cents to go to toilet or wash your hands.

It is well situated at the center of Brussels city and nearby De Brouckère metro stop. The place is clean and the foods are delicious. The staffs are polite and friendly. I recommend this place. Yo have two levels to done-in. You can take away too. You can order from the touch screen kiosks or nearby counter with personnel. The soft drinks are self served. You have options to fill in ice and then drinks of several flavor and types. One more hack, if you see the kiosks downstairs are busy, you will find a few on the first floor. Thank me later :) You can find your order number displayed on the digital screen for preparation and to be taken when prepared. Just stand a few meters back and collect your food and enjoy. We had chicken burger and fish burger with fries and onion rings with Ketchup, all are quite good. Sauces such as ketchups are of course not free, but quite costly (0.8 euros). I have seen 0.3 euros maximum across Europe in general.

It's unacceptable to go to a restaurant to have dinner, to pay 15 euros and in order to use the toilet to have to pay another 0,50 cents. I wonder how this is even allowed by low in Belgium. Unacceptable. It's a matter of hygiene guys. Wake up.

As many others, I wanted to use the WC and because I didn't read the reviews, I was disappointed when I realized I uave to pay for it. I didn't even want to eat there, but still I paid 12€ for nothing. If only I could pay with card to only use the toilet would've been nice.

To me, whopper is indeed the king of burgers! And this particular restaurant is rather new and very beautifully set up. Another guilty pleasure 😊

It is well situated at the center of Brussels city. The place is clean and the foods are delicious. The stuffs are very polite and friendly. The time to prepare the food can be improved. Other than that, I recommend this place. I’m coming to this burger joint since the day one and it became one of my favorite places for a burger in Brussels.

It's a burger king, I didn't expect more than usual. Food is ok if you want to eat quickly, and it's placed in a good place.

Sauces were smelling bad and instead of getting medium fries we got small fries. Also there was no spoon for salad. And the refillable drinks contain too much water and taste terrible!

I already went to this fast-food before and it was alright. Good food and acceptable service. Atmosphère is Nice when it’s not too crowded. Today I went for buying an ice cream and the deception came… the pot half empty and 3,65€ for a tiny ice cream…

Regular Burger King/Hungry Jacks food. Fries were very good, the burger was just warm. The store was pleasant.

Nice place for a bite when in a hurry. I had a quick meal there after a long party day. Place is huge with seating area in 2nd floor with a little nice view of the street of de bruckere. Okish.

We were in Brussels for the weekend and this is probs the best place we went for food… very well run and efficient! Speedy and dealt with the people without any problems…. Well worth a visit

Enjoyed a tasty meal at Burger King! The burgers were delicious and satisfying. However, I did notice a repetitive issue with the reward points not registering correctly at the till. Despite that, the overall experience was enjoyable and the food hit the spot.

Typical burger king. Shocking was they charge for the restroom even for paid customers. The restroom is downstairs and you better have a 50P euro coin or be prepared to be rudely shooed away by the people sitting there. Had to take off one star just for that.

A well clean Burger with good attention, but careful , like most all the places in Bruxelles, you need to paid for the toilets ( yes , even if you buy something in the burger) and is about 0,50 €

Burger wasnt hot, warm at best. It tasted really bland and had way to little sauce on it. The fries were unseasoned and not hot aswell. None of the workers in the kitchen had gloves on and the floor was sticky.

I ordered bbq sauce with my meal and it was smelling really bad, I asked the girls at the counter for a new sauce and they actually said that this rotten, disgusting sauce was actually fresh and good, I have no words for the level of ignorance in this place, I had burger king in many cities but this one had me questioning my existence. 0/10 wouldn't recommend

OMG! The best Whopper that I’ve ever tasted. Fresh buns, amazing and delicious grilled beef. Thanks to all staff. Is this some kind of special Burger King for only Brussel? 😅

Burgers are tasty. Automat was without a ticket, so we had to remember the number of our order. Clean place.

Filthy tables and arrogant personnel. No toilets for customers, but I am afraid that is common almost everywhere in Brussels. Désolé means I don't care, not my problem!

The first time I paid for my food and I cannot use the toilet, it makes no sense to me... They don't accept cards for that either... So keep some spare change with you at all times.

I bought a meal (double cheese, fries and unlimited soda) for 5 EUR! You order everything on the machine and you get a empty cup so you can fill it with any soda you want. Really great fries and the best price/quality fast food in Brussels.

Update: I bought 4 items one of them being a sauce. No sauce in my bag. But clearly I was charged for it. ----------------- Generally I am pleased with the service here. But sometimes they make errors that they shouldn't. Today I went before the lunch rush-hour, I was the only one ordering for a good 5 minutes and they still messed up. Ordered a double cheeseburger, got the normal one. It's not the first time that this happens, and somehow they never make mistakes giving you more than you ordered but less :) I would say: check what you get even if it's in a closed bag, ready to take-away.

Completely hit the spot! Ordering was a doddle, thanks to the touch screens, but make sure you know your French numbers! The food was great and it was cool to be able to order a beer with my lunch.

As usual one of the best places to hangout for a quick bite in your home town or foreign countries.

Convenient location very near the city center. Quite spacious with a 2nd floor. For a burger joint, the interior is quite pleasant with sufficient separated booths so you can have some privacy. What definitely sets Burger King apart from It's main competitors is the grilled flavor of the burgers. The burger patties are also a bit larger than for instance the regular burgers of McDonald or Quick. Of course it's not the most refined burger meal, but for the price of around € 9,50 you can enjoy a large burger, a rather small portion of fries, a refillable soft drink but bummer... you need to pay € 0.50 extra for ketchup or mayo.

Burger king has the good atmosphere you can order from kiosk or from the tills the service is very efficient and fast it area where can go after late night in the bar
