Came here with a group of 6 adults on Sunday evening. Out of 6 there was one vegan. Crowded space, open kitchen, very fun concept but not much variety in dishes. Also lack in veggie/vegan dishes. The dishes were very oily & salty. There was only one chef & one server at the moment and it felt very understaffed. Also the toilet missed paper…. I had expected to be catered with more drinks & more dishes to go around. I find it quite expensive for the food & drinks you (don’t) get. Expect the cost of €40-€42 per person The server was strict but very friendly and accommodating eventually. It takes a while to get served. Definetely some points to improve but it’s a very fun concept with much potential! 💚

Absolutely shocking. There are no words. Yet I will try and type some, regardless. Still in the restaurant, still waiting for something that resembles actual edible food. Every other positive review here must've been written under duress. Scam scam scam.

Oh my God ! So disappointed. I was there a long time ago, and it was creative, original and tasty. Now it’s salty, over fried, without any originality. It’s a kind of food for teenagers backpackers. Considering the average quality it’s overpriced…

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Paying over 30 euros for just three plates in two hours is simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope that other people avoid this disappointing experience. I am really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant last night. The prices were excessive for the quality of food and service we received. The concept idea seemed promising, but unfortunately it didn't come to fruition as we had hoped. We had chosen the "unlimited food" option and expected to be able to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes. However, we were disappointed to find that only two plates passed every 20 minutes. We expressed our displeasure to the servers, but they seemed not to pay attention to our concerns, which added to our frustration. In addition to the slow service, the quality of the products left something to be desired. What we saw on the carpet was clearly not fresh, but simply appeared frozen. This did not at all meet our expectations for a dinner at this price. I really can't recommend this restaurant, as it seemed more like a scam than an enjoyable dining experience.

We arrived at the restaurant. We had reserved a table and we had the sensation that it was already too much for the people of the restaurant. We were not welcomed, they pointed out our places from a far. The way of serving the dishes may be amusing but I don't know it is really hygienic. ( The way I saw it pass before me). We didn't get any information so after 30min waiting we began eating. Only after we had finished eating did they come explain to us how the system worked. The manager did give us a discount because we didn't receive any explanation, so I can grant him that. But the amount of people that serve are really not enough and if you really want a experience of Spanish food I wouldn't give recommend this one. I, myself am Spanish and I have seen better restaurant than this one in Brussels.

Reasonably authentic Spanish experience. The service was overcomplicated, the dishes very greasy and the system was clearly engineered to make money. It was inauthentic in that the drinks were very overpriced and the waiter was too attentive. I've cooked better food when drunk though... I've never had such bad food. I hope the chef was drunk.

It was alright. I’ve been to Comocomo before and had a better experience. Perhaps because this time was on a Monday evening, most plates were repetitive, mostly deep fried things that they just threw in frozen in the deep fryer and served. Sweets were good and the quality of the bottomless wine was good as well. Amazing staff, helpful and cheerful. I’d try to come back on a weekend and hope that was the difference in food quality.

Very unfriendly. We called the evening before to ask wether the concept would be ok for little children. The communication went very difficult because of background noise and the Spanish accent of the person at the phone. On the day of our visit, again we had difficulty, understanding the menu options. The waiter (owner?) had no patience explaining the different options and behaved very unfriendly, turning his eyes, walking away. So I’m a bit amazed by the other positive reviews.

Best tapas in Town ever! I live in Brussels and come to como tapas very often, here becomes one of my food routine. Delicious and verity choices, they change menu randomly for bring new dishes to customers. 布市最好吃的Tapas! Besides that, my favorite dessert is “GOXUA” from north Spain, but como make it more sweet especially for Belgium market, they know Belgium like sweet, so smart decision ! And works very well! So, I am highly recommend this Tapas, especially good for friends and family, setting and chatting together waiting for different tapas. MORE FUN and CURIOUS, because you don’t know what will come !! That’s the key point!! In the end, i don’t understand why some people give such low reviews just because they cannot order or expensive?? Pls go somewhere else in city center Belgium for tapas and SEE, if anywhere is cheap than como and décilious! The answer is NO! And if you see here cannot order, well ! Go other places for normal tapas style, COMO TAPAS is special BECAUSE you can sit in front of convoyer belt and waiting!!! I’m surprised someone is stupid to know it before but come anyway and give bad reviews. People should give more respect instead of judging all the time.

We had not looked in detail at the restaurant beforehand, and were thus pleasantly surprised by the conveyor belt system that brought around a wide selection of tasty dishes. Very fun way to dine, I can imagine it would be excellent for a first date!

The place is fun and in a very good location. The actual food was the worst tapas I ever had. Very dissapointing, altough depends what you’re used to (I only had tapas in Spain except one other place in bxl). The food is cold since it’s on the conveyer, you can ask something from the kitchen directly, but that was not impressing either. The place itself is cute, very pleasant customer service!! And quite affordable prices. Points for that at least :)

Great place! The People working there are super friendly. It was my GF birthday, the whole restaurant sang for her! Super simple thing to do but thé effect of doing something nice for someone is amazing! Unfortunately we did not try thé whole menu. Sometimes repetitive food comes out of the kitchen. Busy place and understaffed when we went. (Halloween). The waitor came at the end to ask us if we wanted to try something we didnt eat from the conveyor belt but we were so full! Will come again!

Food was good & experience with the conveyor belt was great. Lots of choices: fish, meat, veggies… but sometimes you need to be patient. But overall, good experience! Service was okay, but could be better. I would definitely come back.

Food was great , fresh and with variety , staff super friendly and we went with our 4 year old and she had so much fun!

Really cool concept and nice interior. We enjoyed the food overall, but the plates consisting of beef or lamb on bread were extremely chewy and not flavourful. The waitress was very friendly, but note that it is only one waitress responsible for the whole establishment, so drink orders took quite a bit of time.

Went there on Valentine’s Day and totally disappointed, did not have the chance to see and taste many dishes on their proposed menu. Spent more than 40 euro per person for a bunch of fried food made by cheap ingredients. This is such a waste. You don’t get to choose or order your dish but can just wait whatever they make and put on the rail. I’m sorry but 8 years ago this restaurant definitely had a better food menu, now it’s not the case. Not recommended.

Food wasn't bad at all and the staff was very friendly. The only downside for me was the chairs aren't that comfortable and you haven't lots of space but all in all I really enjoyed my evening I'd go back

staff is nice but seems confused and overwhelmed. wouldn‘t recommend this restaurant for people with allergies as staff struggles to accommodate with appropriate assistance. we’ve already let them know in advance about my allergies - they were not prepared. i could barely find any food to eat on the menu. nonetheless, they weren‘t able to ruin my birthday celebration. i ended up getting a poke bowl from ‚komo‘, a store on the same road. i‘d recommend ‚komo‘ over ‚como‘. personally, i would give zero stars if i could.

Super leckere Tapas.

Really nice experience. The food was really good and top tier customer service. You only had to put your beer up and the owner was getting you one already. 10/10 would recommend.

Wirklich super! Immer wieder gerne :)

Such a unique experience. The server was patient and explained everything. Have plates options and bottomless food and drinks options. Food was fresh, was slow and the same things to start but we went as it just opened and it got so good after. Very full Will definitely be going back for the bottomless option. Wine was amazing, highly recommend it (Can’t remember the servers name but he spoke Spanish and was so kind!)

The food is good but not special. Only all-you-can-eat in the weekends. Concept is original with the conveyor belt.

Tasty tapas in “all-in formula”, place gets busy so better make a reservation. Food and drinks are without limit, good price for what you get!

I was torn between 4 and 5, but when I really thought about it I knew it had to be a 4 star review. I don't have too much to say, the atmosphere here is great, the food is tasty and the staff are quite friendly. That being said it is an all-you-can-eat establishment so I would say please don't expect the quality to be world class, the food is great like I said, but it is great for an all-you-can-eat place. Other than that I find myself at a loss for what more to say. Perhaps one warning, during covid they have divided the areas into 2, 3 and 4 seats, if you go as a pair you can sit either in the window or in front of the kitchen...if you don't like to be watched by strangers whilst you eat, then I advise you choose kitchen seats.

Loved the concept of conveyor belt to have all types of tapas. And those tapas! Should we talk about them? So many different ones, I couldn't stop eating 😍. Thank you for classifying the food by color of plate, it is very helpful for people that have specific diet (no meat/porc/sea foods...), I will surely come back again 🥰

One of my favourite restaurants in Brussels. You can taste Spanish tapas ans Basque pinchos. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are super hungry there are menu offers with unlimited tapas/pinchos. It's better to reserve place in advance.

Various choices of tapas, some of them are a bit greasy but still excellent - be tempted by stuffs you don't know, you'll be positively surprised! Service top top top super friendly. Great atmosphere, feels like with friends in Spain

  • 5/5 Pablo R. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent place to drink and eat Spanish tapas. Plates with the food offered are passed on a conveyor belt, each plate has a color that differentiates the type of food (meat, fish, vegetarian, etc.). I really enjoyed the experience and the service was excellent. Recommended to book a table. I recommend getting to know 100%

  • 3/5 Patrick W. 2 years ago on Google
Fun concept but the food was so so and fairly pricey. We were somewhat late (for lunch) so there was not too much choice from the conveyer. We could order separately but many dishes were not available. Menu on the website and the wall is out of date.

I reviewed here in a lifestyle magazine when it opened. I walked in with my little Spanish galgo and my good friend who had never had Basque food before. The service was so hospitable and friendly and with the lively vibrant atmosphere I felt right at home. He paid attention I was vegan without hesitancy the green plates came down the service track. I remembered clearly why I liked these people when I met them and how they bring joy to eating in a restaurant.

Tapas, as tapas are meant to be. On top of the awesome food, you get exellent and friendly service. 5 stars because they adapt, change and add new tapas regularly. Keep up the good work comocomo!

I really admired the staff, kitchen and the waiter-waitress. They were so kind and the kitchen workers even asked me which one of the food that I was waiting for and made it quickly. The place is clean and the waitress made me amazing cocktails. The manager was also helpful with translation from French to English. The food was delicious. So, thank you a lot. Definitely will be there again!
