The location is great. The staff are wonderful. The burgers amazing. The fries delicious. The value is good. We tried the rockefeller and the tribeca burgers, both were very very good. The secret sauce is better used with the burgers rather than the fries.

Awesome place, a real American burger experience. Everyone working there were really friendly with big smiles. The food was really tasty, juicy and was prepared reaaally fast. Belgium fries weren't that great and they came with either two sauces (mayo and special none of them are vegan). There is only one vegan burger option and that only if you make subtractions so I wouldn't recommend this place to a vegan.

I've come to this restaurant in two different occasions and I've always enjoyed. They are not the best burgers in the world, but are quite good. The staff was quite friendly and the service was fairly quick. The price/quality ratio is quite good in my opinion. I would recommend coming here if you want to have a quick and good meal for a to decent price.

Brilliant burgers in central Brussels. Stopped off for lunch at this burger joint having seen a number of good Google reviews. We were not disappointed. Staff were friendly and happy to help with any queries. The interior was clean and well designed. A short queue and we ordered with William, who is a credit to the organisation due to his friendliness and willingness to help with any questions or issues. We were given a buzzer and after a short wait were given our food. Cracking quality and ingredients, lovely burgers at a decent price. Would recommend.

Quick and delicious burgers presented beautifully with plenty of drink options also. The staff were very friendly and genuinely seem interested to hear about our travels and why we had come to Belgium. Nothing to complain about about, what is not to love!

Overall burgers were very good. Meat was cooked perfectly and they put good amount of sauce in so I have no complaints there either. Fries were fine but nothing special, I liked their "secret sauce" for fries better than the mayo because the mayo had a bit stronger taste. The service was great and we got our order pretty fast. I would definitely visit this place again.

I am a big fan of Manhattan's Burgers fan, and if you want to try out other burgers that are not McDonald, then you can't go wrong with this place. The pricing ranges are different than one from McDonald. But you won't regret eating here (it's really delicious and quality is magnificent). I really love the restaurants' interior (so hip, and it gives off Broadway kind of vibe due to lights, and the designs are industrial that gives off somewhat American style). Their burgers are just fantastic! Also, I love their sweet potato fries and the sauce. For a change, I ordered oreo milk shakes, and it was so good! It's located near by grand place and next to the building of beurs so you have easy access by metro or walking from the train station. I definitely recommend dining here! Only down side was that it's less spacious than other Manhattan's. But it might be the case that I was sitting near the entrance and it was just so crowded when I came with my friend. Other than that, it's rbe burger place to be!

Ordered Rockefeller Burger and loved it.French fries I did not like much was not crunchy and too little for the price as fries are not included with the burger. Good ambiance and friendly staff. Would recommended this place if your in town.

I really liked the burgers and fries. The meat was not dry and slightly pink. The service was friendly, you order and pick up the meal yourself. The secret sauce is something like a spicy cocktail sauce. The only thing I did not like is that is was a bit too cold for me in the restaurant.

Awesome chicken burgers. American cuisine with great local beer. Staff was awesome, a bit stressed atmosphere. Be sure to go here off peak hours. Would highly recommend dine in dinner/lunch.

Ok, let's start with the fact that I am not a big fan of burgers and never manage to finish one till the last bite, but I finished the Manhattn's all till the last piece! It was great. The meat very well cooked and the sandwich well prepared. Everything looks clean and I was really enjoying the meal. I was served by Danai who is super nice and friendly. Also, managed to find a table with no booking, enough seating area outside and inside. The lemonade wasn't the best though. Looks like a bit of lemon juice and soda. But could be better. Fried were fine. But go for the burger 🍔 it's amazing.

Right, the food was good and the service was good too, but the amount of pushing and shoving we had to endure from other diners was insane. I’m not sure what was going on but it was really annoying. Besides that the place is rather nice and worth the return.

Great place! Nice atmosphere and the food was ready quickly for how busy they were… and it was delicious! I had the chicken salad (the Madison, I believe) and my hubby had the Flatiron burger with fries. Everyone was very friendly and if it is your first time there they’ll explain how to order. Quite simple. 🧡

We came to this restaurant because of the good reviews. But honestly I didn't really like it. The foods were bit cold. It should be tastier if only they serve it hot. The only thing I like was the homemade ice tea

Warning for those who care: the mince meat of the burgers was ever so slightly pink still. With that out of the way, the service was excellent both times we went and the food was good for the price. I wouldn't recommend the spice mix fries over the normal ones though, they seemed to just be the normal fries but with some paprika powder that didn't really make them better. The homemade iced tea was great. Spicy burger wasn't that spicy to my standards but had a fair amount of Jalapeno's and was quite tasty and well balanced.

I was recommended this restaurant by 2 different friends and I can definitely recommend it too. I chose the Gatsby Burger because I like truffle, the beef was amazing and very tender, the cheese was perfectly melted, the bread is brioche which is my favourite in burgers. The prices are normal for burgers. I thought the service was a bit exaggerated when three different waiters came to ask if we like the food but they’re only trying to do their work but definitely advise to put one or 2 people per table section to make it easier for them. Very busy restaurant, kind people, good food

The friendly staff and the good service is amazing. We ordered a Cheeseburger with extra cheddar. The Burger was very juicy and tasty. The Bun is a perfect match to the Patty. Fries are great, too.. I really like that Ketchup is for free on the table. See you soon again.

Friendly and smiling staff, customer focused, but the Gatsby Burber just tasted like grease, bread was soaky and falling apart, no taste or flavor. Not worth the price. Fries were okay. Overall it's a deception and i won't eat again here.

It was the first time here. I loved this place, everyone was kind and welcoming. Staff asked multiple times whether we liked our dishes, whether everything is okay. Burgers cost approximately from 10.8€-13.8€. One burger is enough to fill you up. Definitely recommend this place for others!

Der Falafel-Burger war eine 8,5/10. 😋🍔 Ich hätte die scharfe Soße weggelassen. Ansonsten super saftig. Die Pommes waren kross und lecker, aber die Mayonnaise hat leider nicht nach Mayo geschmeckt 😅🍟 Gab aber an den Tischen noch 2 andere Saucen, sowie Salz. 👍🏼 Preise für diese Lage noch in Ordnung. Mehr als 40€ würd ich für zwei Personen auch nicht bezahlen wollen. 🫣 Verbesserungsidee: Ich hätte noch einen zweiten vegetarischen Burger in die Speisekarte aufgenommen, sodass man als Vegetarier zwischen zwei entscheiden kann, eventuell scharf und nicht scharf (?) und anderes Genüsse z.B.

The quality of the meat is good. It's well done by default; you can't choose the doneness. The Gatsby burger (with sautéed mushroom, crispy bacon and black truffle mayo) was delicious. However, the Rockefeller was drowning in barbecue sauce, which killed any other flavors. Moreover, the fries were awful: reheated, dry and tasteless. The coleslaw is good, but we've had better. There's homemade lemonade and ice tea, plus four beers on tap. I don't think we'll come back.

I had the Rockefeller burger and it was delicious. Also had Belgian fries—good, and a nice ice cold beer. Food was ready quickly. Outdoor patio is pleasant. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Burgers are as salty as they are pricey. Still 4 stars because I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Had to send back my pregnant wife's not-quite-well-done burger twice but received both replacements with a smile and a sincere apology, and they did ultimately get it right. Probably wouldn't come back for the food but still left satisfied. :)

We discovered this place by chance and then we came back two more times! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Soft bun, good quality meat and well thought ingredients. Staff is friendly and service is fast and very good quality. You come here for the burgers, and you still get good beers to go with! Definitely recommended!

Absolutely delicious delicious food. Their burgers are so good with flavorful meat and nice choice of toppings. The toppings don’t overpower the flavor of the meat either, and all this comes between two lovely light fluffy burger buns. The fries are nice but the burgers are the true stars. This place is a must visit if you’re in Brussels

Fast service and super nice staff. Prices a bit pricy and fries is a separate order. Ordered Gotham burger for about 12 Euro. It was good. Not mind blowing, just good. About 160 gm pattie. Couldn't taste or feel the cheese. The bread was fresh and very light. Not very fulfilling or satisfying for the price. In my meter ots a 7 top. Seating area is nice with indoor and outdoor seatings. Clean restrooms. The WiFi didn't work. Overall woth a try.

Excellent choice tonight for dinner. I had the Empire Burger which was made superb by the sauce they use in a liberal fashion. The Oreos shake complimented it well and was as expected. Please Ty of whipped cream and Oreo chunks on top too. Lots of seating and out doors was beautiful this evening. A simple menu was easy to order from and service was quick.

The hamburger is good, it's tasty but it can be difficult to eat because the bread crumbles easily as you eat. Beer is good too. But the fries were the worst, re heated and not crunchy at all. The guy that welcomed us in was super nice though.

This is not my first time in Brussels so we decided to try something a little non-traditional. Super glad we did. Was greeted by the most lovely hostess who’d asked if it was our first time and guided us through the ordering process and even gave recommendations. We had two Rockefeller burgers with French fries and special sauce. I can’t express how good this burger was! Definitely better than anything I’ve had in NY. Not to mention, the hostess checked in frequently asking how the food was and if we needed anything. Excellent service to say the least. Food was superb and expertly balanced. A+! I would come here again and again, not your regular burger joint- definitely exceeded expectations. Well done!

It was really a very nice tasty and well cooked burger with very nice brioche bread. We enjoyed also the fried sweet potatoes ,the mystic sauce and the truffle mayo also. Recommendation: if u are 2 people who share the food take one simple fries and the other, the sweet ones and one mystic sauce and a different one ! I think it deserves around 4.5 stars !

Lovely staff, very VERY good food. The burgers are a tiny bit on the dry side, but the 'secret sauce' makes up for that. The food was ready quite fast. It is not too busy around the restaurant, but it is still in a nice location. Definitely would recommend!

I liked everything about the burger (the buns, the sauce, the other ingredients) except for the patty, it wasn’t bad but I have had better. The fries were okay, but the truffle mayo was too intense. The home made ice tea was also good. The service was relatively fast.

First time in Belgium and needed some comfort food like we have at home. We each ordered a burger cooked well, The Rockefeller and a Gatsby. We both loved them. With a side of Belgium fries and the coleslaw, it really filled us up. Along with a Belgium beer and a Coke, we left happy. If we are ever in Brussels again, we will definitely be back. Side note, love the crew working here. ALL of them are super friendly and looks like they love to hustle. If they weren’t helping customers, they were clearing tables or prepping. (19/12/22). Hey Boss, give your crew a pat on the back and appreciate their hard work. Note: We were so hungry we forgot to get a pic of our burgers.

Greeted with a smile and the lady explained how to order and the options. Sat down and waited for our buzzer to go off so we could grab our food. Really tasty chicken burger with lots of salad and lovely sauce. Belgian fries were also very crispy with a nice mayo. Great place to have some food and nice atmosphere!
