Great location! For those unfamiliar, there's a seamless, direct door connection from the hotel to the train station, ensuring a hassle-free transition upon arrival in Brussels without needing to step outside! Beyond its strategic location, the hotel impresses with clean and spacious room that provides a welcome retreat. The comfort of the beds adds an extra layer of satisfaction to the stay. The downside is, it's a bit of a walk to the touristy spots like Grand Place plus not the most pleasant journey, to be honest. The hotel itself is spot-on, so if you're all about a smooth train-to-hotel transition and don't mind a short commute to the sights, this place is gold.

This hotel left me with mixed feelings. We had to change rooms couple of times because the A/C wasn't working. Turns out it was working, it's just that the dial is very weird and even the employees had no idea how to set it up. Finally we stumbled on one receptionist who knew how it works so everything was fine at the end. Breakfast was great - freshly squeezed orange juice is a rare sight nowadays, even in way more expensive hotels. The quality of the food overall exceeded our expectations. The room is nice, but it's not very well maintained and I can see it's aging already. We liked the design language - modern and practical. The bathroom is also good, the sink area could be more spacious, but that's a small issue. The location is not great if you're not using the trains. The area is not pleasant and we did not feel safe there, especially after sunset. We chose it because we wanted to use the trains to visit a few cities around Belgium, for which it was great. But if you decide to stay there, be informed about the neighborhood first.

This hotel is a real mixed bag. Initially it looks clean and very modern however I started to notice things fixed with tape, the shower head completely rusted, thick dust on certain items in the room and the interior needing a general tidy. Breakfast was very good. Best location possible in relation to Eurostar however the area the hotel is located in does not feel safe, and not somewhere I would recommend exploring. The staff are friendly and will go out their way to help you

I regularly stay at this hotel for business travel. The 8th floor has excellent rooms, and well appointed. You can choose a room with a shower or bathtub. The food is well priced with a good room service menu. The breakfast in the restaurant is a self-service mixture of pastries..hot and cold food with fantastic natural honey and other condiments. The dinner menu is nice. I have tried the sea bream civiche off from the starter menu and also the caesar salad for main. These were both very generous in size and strong in taste. The hotel has a massive taxi rank outside and is situated adjacent to the station. Depending on the room you are allocated, you will either see train tracks or buildings on the square.

My view might not be completely 360o because i stayed just for one night due to my flight being cancelled and having to pick an early train next day. Just for one night the experience for very disappointing. Having arrived early and having to wake up with a very short windows to sleep, you can understand my frustration when I was woken up cca 5am in the morning by the sound of suitcases rolling. One might consider this is norm in a hotel but it wasn't an one off instance. It was taking place for 1 hour non stop. After having given up on sleeping, I decided to check what's this ruckus and to my surprise there was no one passing outside my room. Which means that the sound was transferred either from a different part of the corridor or from upstairs. All in all, terrible sound insulation. This was my biggest problem which overrides some other smaller ones. To mention quickly, for a 200euro single room I expected something more than just a bed and couch. Also the shower arrangements are terrible. I had to fight with the soap dispenser in order to make it work just because of the way it was locked on the wall. Location was amazing if you want to take a train. You pop off the hotel and it feels like you enter straight into the train. Definitely not worth it though if you are going to be awaken up in the middle of the night.

My husband booked this hotel for the weekend. We stay here often due to its convenient location. Unfortunately he needed to work most of the day and was arriving later in the evening. Given that my name was not in the booking I was not allowed to check in which could be seen as the right procedure. However, in other occasions in the same hotel when the situation has been the reversed, i.e. I have made the booking, he has been allowed to check in with no issues. This lack of systematic application of procedures make me think that the staff in the hotel may be biased in favour of white English speakers and much more alert when they hear other accents like mine. I guess we are not all the same after all, no even in 21st century Brussels

Forgot an item in the hotel room, they mailed it to me, 3 days after departure it was at my place again (in another European country). This is the kind of service that is so much more important to me than having a nice view which I won't enjoy anyway since I'm just at the room for sleeping. Besides that, nice room, very central, great breakfast. There is nothing to complain about.

stayed as part of Tomorrowland hotel package. location is convenient, just 3 train station from airport (30 mins ride) service, breakfast and room was good too. the front staff was polite and got everything handled. the staff at the morning breakfast was great too. The only issue i had was with the cleaning staff. I hung the 'do not disturb' sign. The cleaner knocked on my door and then decided to enter my room even though i didn't say anything to let him in. I was getting ready to go shower at that time and was half naked and suddenly someone opened my door. Imagine the shock on my face

We got this hotel as a gift so we didn’t pay for anything. The staff were nice! The rooms (we got a superior) were really clean and spacious. The only thing that I didn’t like, and this had nothing to do with the hotel, was that the hotel is literally surrounded by the train station’s traffic, mess and all that jazz. So it does smell like pee everywhere OUTSIDE of the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Super accessible and the staff were very friendly.

This was a great hotel. Very modern decor and excellent service. The room was very comfortable with a queen bed, large bathroom and large shower complete with provided toiletries, a separate room for the toilet, a coffee/tea maker, small table, couch, refrigerator, a closet with drawers and a safe. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive with a large selection of multiple items for breakfast and lunch. Items were replenished as needed. The fresh orange juice machine was very interesting and the juice was very tasty. The hotel is adjacent to the train station which has a shopping mall in it with many gift shops and fast food restaurants.

Was stuck in Brussels when Eurostar trains were all cancelled and was lucky enough to book 2 rooms at this lovely hotel for one night. When checking in we asked if it was possible to have a disabled room for my mother and this was honoured at no extra cost. Staff were all extremely polite and friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and modern. Food was very good. Location is great for the main station.

The Pullman Hotel, Brussels Midi is a great place to stay even if you are not travelling by train. As it is it is an oasis of calm built into the bustling Brussels Midi station. It has a very good restaurant, inexpensive as far as Brussels prices go and avoids having to search for somewhere to eat in the city. Check in and check out were made easy by the friendly receptionists. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The bathroom had a bath and a rain shower. My only complaint was that the toiletries were at the opposite end of the bath to the shower. A very long reach. Breakfast was excellent.

I have stayed in Pullman hotels in different countries and in Accor Group hotels, but the reception in Belgium was the worst. First of all, he judged me wrongly on the basis of my race. Then he made fun of the fact that I live in the UK but am not a native speaker. He also told this to the colleague next to me right in front of me. The other staff just nodded and were still fine, but I can only say it was a shame. The price is high and the facilities are not bad, but I can only say that the customer service is terrible despite the hotel's worldwide presence. Asians who are not native English speakers may not want to book here.

Very convenient if have to travel by train.. Easy to get to whereever you need by metro too. Despite being right next to the station = very quiet. Clean, spacy and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Small gym and great sauna to use any time.

Great hotel, good breakfast, perfect location if travelling via Brussels Midi. Rooms are nice and spacious. Clean and well equipped bathroom. (Choice of bath or shower) Plenty of eating places right outside. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not cheap but very comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Staff was exceptionally polite and profesional, especially bartender whos name I sadly couldn't remember (it starts with A) who helped us with choice of wine in the evening. Receptionists and restaurant staff during breakfast also was and looked very professional, giving this place luxurious feeling. As Accor Gold member, i was very pleased I recieved a room upgrade with early check-in, as well as a welcome amenity with chocolate, personalised welcome card and welcome drinks voucher. Receptionist at check-in was very nice and friendly, the process went smoothly and quickly. Room was spacious and elegant, looked very modern and clean. Bed was extremly comfortable. The only thing i would check is seals in shower doors, as we had a little problem with leaking water. Overall my and my girlfriends stay was excellent and we would like to come back here in the future.

Great hotel, awful location. Our experience at the hotel was great, air conditioning was not working the first night but it was resolved by the next day. We did not feel safe walking in the neighborhood, especially at night. Conveniently situated right by the main train station, which was very messy and reeked of urine.

  • 5/5 Jamie W. 7 months ago on Google
What supportive staff! Excellent service from a great team. Air traffic disrupted today and had to get to Germany for treatment, via Eurostar and 3 hour stopover in Pullman Hotel late at night. I have been here before, and will come again. Many thanks for your compassion.

Attached to the station in a less pleasant neighbourhood. But excellent for train and bus connections. Good quality quiet hotel. Good beds and airco. Nice little sauna.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was ready as soon as we arrived - 3 hours before check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Fabulous walk in shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Good choice of items. All staff we encountered were very friendly and extremely helpful. Especially the bar and reception staff. Location great, right next to midi station with a door heading directly into the station. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean hotel well located for rail travel although a little out of the centre of Brussels. Room perfect for a single night stay . Shower/ bath arrangement rather awkward to use for elderly travellers but otherwise good. Breakfast expensive if you just want coffee and croissants- probably better to get it in the station.

Fantastic hotel, both in terms of location and quality. I was based here for weekend 1 of Tomorrowland 2023 and while I usually go for more premium hotels, I really could not fault it. Being right next to the Eurostar terminal was absolutely perfect and the view I had of Brussels from the window of my room was amazing. A special mention also for the staff - all of them ultra polite and professional.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms look nice, are clean and no issues with noise despite its convenient location to the train station. The issue is that you can't open the bedroom windows and even in late December the room was too hot to sleep in. There is AC, but seems performative - it turns on and nothing happens. Shame, wouldn't return because we couldn't catch a night's sleep despite the lovely staff and great first impression.

You cannot get a better location than this hotel if you are coming to Brussels via the Eurostar. It is less than a 2 minute walk. So conveniently located. We were in walking distance of a lot of the attractions in Brussels. The staff were polite and attentive. And our room was lovely. The bathroom and I particularly the shower was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel if you are using international train or having a meeting in the area. I really like the friendly staff. Reception as well at breakfast. Nice comfortable room and nice breakfast. The hotel is having a luxurious performance. Only minor thing is the surrounding especially during the evening. So better take the metro or train to another part of Brussels

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is well done. Cocktails are awesome. We had a pleasant stay. Only thing is location, at night when you return you don't feel 100% save in that area but totally doable.

Worst hotel of all time. 1. It’s 18:30 and we are still trying to get our rooms, concierge explained that it is a 3 star hotel and accidents do happen in the room so it is not uncommon for additional cleanup or lack of staff. Check in was 15:00. 2. We received no assistance with our bags, once again, concierge did explain that is is a low rated hotel and assistance is uncommon. 3. Outside is very dangerous, recommended by reception to take a taxi even for a 900m travel to the restaurant. 4. Our “cleaned” room smelt like a sewer and had food outside. See pictures attached. Also duck taped door was interesting. 5. Not cheap for the worst hotel of all time.

Very good stay and would stay again. The reception staff was welcoming and efficient and the room and the bed comfortable. There was a kettle too! Above the Eurostar terminal- super practical for an early train. I just wish the air con system would be better as the room was a bit stuffy.

Perfect location. The hotel itself was very nice, but there were some unsightly stains within my room.

  • 4/5 Mingchen Z. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel facilities were a bit old, and the shower head in the room I stayed in was broken. The room size was a bit small. There were very few choices in the minibar. The room was clean. The bed in the room was comfortable. Room was quiet at night. The traffic location was very good.

Lovely, friendly hotel attached to Brussels main station. My train arrived 2.5 hours late, and so I've never been more happy to have no journey to my hotel! They could do with better attention to cleaning the bathroom – I'm surprised any water came out of the shower! The room was otherwise a nice size and clean, with plugs both side of the bed to charge my phone. Good breakfast and easy, quick check out. Note that the Google maps pin is wrong for this hotel if you search only the address. Easiest way to find it is turn right when you pass the Sushi shop in the station.

Staying for 4 nights. I come back yesterday (5:00 p.m.), my room has not been made up! I go down to reception, no explanation, no apology, they ask me if I want it done or not! I say yes and that I'm going to have a drink in a bar while waiting... they don't even offer me a drink at the bar of the hotel! I expected a little bit more from a 4 star hotel! I hope today will be better when I will be back in the room this evening.

We stayed one night here and it was a great experience. The receptionist was friendly and helped us with all of our questions. The room was clean and up to standard. You can enter the hotel within the train station which is very convenient.

  • 4/5 Vincent R. 2 years ago on Google
Pullman standard high quality and conveniently located. Only downside: the most useless elevators ever. Only 2 working for the entiire hotel and terribly slow - count 5 to 10 min each time you take that journey…. Apart from that, a very good choice.

  • 3/5 Derek M. 2 years ago on Google
Nice room, well equipped and. very clean, but fittings showing their age. Carpet clean, but marked. Giving only a 3 star review due to the very poor service in the Victor Bar. I had just a short opportunity to eat. I ordered a beer and a meal. The beer arrived within 3 minutes, but 55 minutes after ordering the food, it still did had not arrived. I had to leave without eating as I could not wait any longer. I asked why there was a delay after about 40 minutes and was told there was a mix up in the kitchen. My order was taken again - but still no progress. The bar staff were polite but totally disinterested in the customers. Very disappointing.

Rooms look old and carpets were stained. Mirrors in bathrooms old and marked. Shower broken in 1 room. Lamp broken in other room. Not what i would expect from 4star hotel. Restaurant was terrible. Had to wait over an hour and then sent it back. 2nd attempt was also not good. Did not have to pay.

The hotel is located in the Brussels South railway station, so it's easy to get to from airport, but it's a bit away from the city center (25-30 min on foot), fortunately there is metro station close by, or you can get a taxi at the entrance. The place is oriented towards business traveler so it is priced accordingly. Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, view from the window really depends on where your room is located (I wasn't very lucky). Due to covid restaurant operations were scaled-down so in the evening it felt somewhat understaffed, but the food and selection of drinks was good. Conference rooms were ok, although you could feel the Swiss style atitude (give as little as possible for as much as possible).

  • 5/5 Bin G. 1 year ago on Google
Great location, one of the entrances is right inside the train station. If you just get off the train, look for Häagen-Dazs inside the train station and you will find the hotel. If you come back from city trip in the evening, don't enter through the main entrance door. It's very dark. Go into the train station via the train station main entrance which has ample lighting. Then enter the hotel through the entrance near Häagen-Dazs inside the train station. In the day-time, it's safe. Good: 1. Great location right inside the train station. 2. Best hotel breakfast I ever had. 3. Great room. 4. Great wifi. Bad: The carpet in the room is a bit dirty.

Very enjoyable experience. Helpful and very polite staff, nice and clean room. The restaurant has a small menu, but extremely well executed -best food I had since a long time, and I am very picky. I suppose the target is people travelling by train with the direct access from the Bruxelles midi station. We came by car and it was a bit tricky to get to the hotel: between taxis and roadwork, no sign for car park, taking an horrible lift with urine smell, cross the cobble stone street with suitcases. Not very nice, it’s a shame as the rest of our stay was really nice

  • 5/5 Huge R. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel can be accessed directly inside the train station - just look for the sign. No need to get a cab to the hotel, etc. Arrived late (11pm) and check-in was quick and room was nice and modern (superior king room). Bed was super comfortable. Buffet style breakfast was fine. Also included late (1pm) checkout. Booked through secret escapes for £133. Area around the station itself not the most pleasant.

  • 5/5 Rachel Y. 2 years ago on Google
Room were clean and luxurious. The staff was so nice and extremely accommodating! The hotel has a very convient location overall for sightseeing, recreation, dining and getting around. It even has a door entrance from midi railway station directly.

Stayed there in December 2022. Rooms were clean but there were some problems with the sink in the bathroom. Rooms could get a bit of renovation. Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Location is pretty good (inside the station)

  • 3/5 Peter J. 1 year ago on Google
Very handy location in respect to public transport with an entrance in from Brussels Midi. Staff were very friendly on check in but seemed very under staffed in the restaurant with a single server. There was a power cut during the second evening and very little information given about what to do or how long it would be to fix. Gym has 6 machines but very limited space for weight lifting and a small set of dumbells. Breakfast was ok but not a massive selection for a 4* star hotel.

  • 5/5 Forest G. 9 months ago on Google
Right smack at the train station, it's ideal for Eurostar passengers. My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience together in the smart and well renovated room. Great for couples looking for some privacy. Room overlooked Brussels and the view was adequate.

Very well connected to metro, bus. The staff Ahsen made my day, very good service and I am really happy with this hotel. Clean and fresh room, great breakfast centrally located.

  • 5/5 Ope C. 2 years ago on Google
Really nice hotel. My first time there but it surely won't be the last. Only complaint I have is that there was no hair dryer in my room. The pandemic meant that the restaurant was not operating while I was there but the bar downstairs had a fairly good selection of drinks and snacks. Since the hotel is located within the Brussels Midi complex, it was easy to find places to eat close by

  • 5/5 Dominik M. 2 years ago on Google
Liked the hotel a lot. All the amenities I expect from an upscale business hotel, plus good interior design and friendly staff. Status recognition was pretty good. There are nice locations on Brussels but the direct access from the train station is very convenient. All in all a great option.

  • 4/5 Harry S. 1 year ago on Google
Small room but clean and quiet. Location is very strategic, connected to midi station. You can get any mode of public transport to go anywhere even international easily. But in the night there are many homeless people on the streets, so you gotta be careful if you're walking solo

  • 5/5 Candice B. 11 months ago on Google
I got a relatively good deal on the room. It's ideal if you're taking the train early in the morning. It was also easy to get around the city from this location. The rooms were modern and clean!!

I had 48hours+ in Brussels so Pullman hotel was the perfect location for me and the Eurostar terminal is right next to the hotel side door leads into the lobby (500m walking distance within the Brussels's centre Midi station). Special thank you to the front desk gentleman Achene, who is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Great asset to the establishment! I'm extremely happy with my room on level 8! Spacious, and full amenities in the showroom. Separate toilet in a different room which I love when staying in the hotel. Complementary daily still and sparkling, tea and coffee within the room. In room safe is provided just above the small fridge in the room. The restaurant is on the first floor within the hotel where they serve daily breakfast from 6:30am - 10am, and it's part of my hotel package but I didn't go. The hotel gym and sauna are on the third floor. Great to see complementary fresh fruits (apple and pears) provided in a bowl as soon as you walk in the gym room. I love how quiet my room is and this is a must for me whenever I stay in a hotel.
