    Tried several Marriott hotels worldwide, this one is a decent and stylish hotel even though the location is not very close to the city centre. However, when asking about the breakfast prices, a female receptionist told us kids could eat free, so we ordered. When we checked out, we were told it’s our misunderstanding and were charged for both adults and kids. It’s just a small amount of money, but this experience ruined the impression of the hotel to us.

    Rooms very comfortable. We got surprised in our room after we checked in and out to explore the city. They had game and spin the wheel and win 1000 points. We found some dirty napkins inside the drawer but beside that all good. Excellent customer service. Parking entrance is a bit hard to find. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    They refused to honor our Marriott gold elite member status, charged us over $200 for breakfast, tried to charge us for parking and all this after we verified before booking that it would be included. The rooms were clean and the food servers were great. Otherwise, I’d never stay here again.

    Staff was helpful and service minded. The room is big and spacious but the bathroom was not clean. The toilet had pee stains on the seat and there were 2 long hairs on the toilet roll. When I wiped the seat with a wet piece of paper the stains disappeared..so it had not been cleaned.. that's why I'm only giving 2 stars.

    I visited the hotel as a representative of a partner company, so not as a guest, so I cannot comment on the hotel services. However, I can definitely say that the people I met in connection with my work performed above average in everything, all the people I met showed positive attitudes towards me, greeted me and kindly asked if they could help me with something. I think things are going well in this hotel, I assume that the hospitality is similarly excellent due to the above.

    Very nice International hotel. Great food in the restaurant. Great drinks at the bar. Nice place to hold small business meetings or seminars. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable rooms. Added bonus is a 24hr gym & sauna. Highly recommended.

    The location is good. I was impressed with the hotel's conference and fitness facilities. The gym was spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped with the latest machines and free weights. It provided an excellent environment for both cardio workouts and strength training. The ambiance was energizing. The staff were generally courteous and the room, although standard, was clean and provided the basics for a comfortable stay.

    The service and customer service attitude at this hotel is exceptional. Standout employees were Diego, Ashraf, and Nina, though all staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The rooms are always very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the shower has great pressure and I’ve never had an issue with hot water even in the early morning when the hotel is operating at high capacity. Breakfast has many options, all of them good and fresh. The kitchen staff will also make other food upon request.

    I want to take this opportunity to state that my overall stay was great, but could have been outstanding. For over €200/night I expected something as basic as toothbrush and toothpaste to be complimentary. Upon a request for it, I was directed to their small store. The price for toothbrush/toothpaste was €5-6. There was no way I can justify that purchase. The fitness room was so-so. It was a small sized room with basic free weights and free cardio machines. Considering the price I paid I expected cups to be provided for their water dispenser. The location was so-so. To travel to the city center to 30-40 mins by public transportation. My room lack options to make caffeinated beverages. The important part was that my room was exactly as described. It was a comfortable room with a bed that I slept like a baby. The shower was rejuvenating after a long day of exploration.

    I am a member with Mariott, therefore won’t fault on their rooms, always best quality, room size, bed quality. However there is always variation in customer services. Nothing too alarming. But just wanted to mention some nice individuals who made our stay pleasant. Sophie at front desk very nice very helpful. Pedro at night front desk , fantastic response to a request, very fast prompt to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast choices not amazing, but adequate. Restaurant lacks variation and choice of dishes. Overall it is a nice hotel and bar staff very pleasant.

    Stayed here in April for four nights during my holidays. In general everything was ok. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

    Very friendly staff. Always willing to help out. Clean and comfy rooms and offers a shuttle service to and from airport. Also dies à nice chicken Caesar salad!

    Few flaws: the lift from the parking was out of service, the bed not so comfortable (hard mattress, tough pillows), the address of the parking is not the same of the hotel and should be mentioned or corrected on Google maps. A big disappointment from Marriott company: I sent an email for a clarification about my booking, they replied AFTER my stay without even answering to my question 😒. Fortunately the lady at the reception was super kind and professional in helping me. The breakfast kinda disappointing: nice the machine for a "do it yourself" waffle, but having one only machine means looooong queue and waiting time if you want a waffle... and if I'm having breakfast in a Belgian hotel I definitely want my cliché waffle 🧇 so I have to wait 😅... but once my waffle is ready I realize that the jars of jams and syrups are empty and nobody is there to replace them...😪 Good points? Efficient reception, nice view from our room towards the city center and the Atomium, nice air conditioning and furniture in the room, well connected by bus to the city center.

    Not recommended, old interior, breakfast was not great and loud street directly in front. Friendly staff. Keeping a 3KW toaster running permanently during breakfast is NOT best practice for reducing our carbon footprint!

    We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of February, it was quite cold and upon arrival in the room it was very warm and pleasant, clean and of a great size. the staff is friendly. Breakfast is quite varied and even has a pre-made dough for waffles that is quite tasty. the bar for a drink is also very welcoming. you can easily get public transport for us to move to other places.

    This is a great location with friendly staff. Sophie was especially helpful upon check-in correcting a long standing error of an incorrect spelling of my last name in the reservation which occured some time back to my workplace admin who books our rooms. By correcting the error - in the system - Sophie was able to associate my Marriott rewards number with my reservation, the first time in several years. I am very grateful for her knowledge but mostly for her willingness to fix this in spite of the time it took. The restaurant staff is also awesome and I love the variety of coffee available for on site and take-away. The room includes a hot pot not just a pod style coffee maker, critical to this tea drinker at night! I highly recommend staying here!

    The reception service is negative zero! So poorly mannered. Lack of any professionalism. They need to be trained on proper telephone manner and politeness to clients.

    I travelled with my dog and stayed in this hotel. On the website they say the hotel is dog-friendly. I stayed one night and the colleague on the reception told me while i checked in that there’s a fee for the dog , but i’m gonna get a certain amount back , if the room is gonna stay clean after our stay (no stains or damages in the room), so i payed. On the next day there was a different person on the reception , firstly she told me that i have to pay 60€ for breakfast for 2. The colleague the day before told me it was 30€. After she checked everything i was able to not pay 60€ , instead of 30. But she told me i’m not getting no money back for the clean room after the dog stayed there. She excused her for the inconvenience and that’s it. So they just stole my money. I’ve never experienced such disrespect and deceit before. I travel a lot with my dog and never had something like this (in other Mariott hotels as well).

    Due to the recent air traffic incident, my boyfriend and I were provided with accommodation here for 2 nights and we were extremely impressed. The room was spotless, the food was wonderful, and most importantly, the staff were so kind and welcoming. Thank you.

    Good hotel, slightly out of town but not bad. The restaurant inside was okay too but for some reason they madebus have dinner at the bar which was ver inconvenient. Staff were OK the room did not have a couch. the rest was good. The TV had some issues with the YouTube app. Breakfast was full spread and you get choice of egg too. Parking over weekend is 50%off.

    For a new Marriott member I was very impressed. I booked 3 rooms and they were all great and modern . Room service was too quality and fast . The reception Sophie was very friendly and answered all questions we needed to know , only thing was not very close to the city center but trams were available 5 mins from the hotel . Will definitely stay again xo

    Lift stopped working and Got stuck inside. It was hot and suffocating. Help came only after 40 mins. They have no maintenance person on premise which is a shame for a brand like Marriott. They were reluctant to call Police or Emergency Fire Brigade. The manager was more kind of justifying the delay instead of being apologetic.

    Hotel is great! Came for a business trip so location was good in relation to that. The surrounding neighborhoods are nice with cute spots to eat. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will say that any room that ends in "-15" shares a wall with the elevators and you can definitely hear them.

    Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable. (Not sure about parking availability though.) Good sized room, standard Courtyard amenities and decor. Good seating areas, fridge, okay sized bathroom. HVAC could work a bit better through the night. Seemed like the unit in my room allowed the temp to creep up and didn't turn on again to cool. Food was great at the restaurant. Staff were very polite and very helpful.

    Hostesses keep entering the room even with the Not disturb sign on the door... interrupting the sleep... Sauna is not working. They are all very nice but nothing works 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Fantastic service from the bar and kitchen staff. Been coming here through Covid and beyond. Always met with a smile and the pulling of a beer by Ashraf. Like coming home!

    Overall experience- unmatched. Customer Service- You will have to go there to experience it. From the Greetings by the staff who are not only willing to help but ensure your experience is above expectations, appearances of facilities , breakfast, Gym, parking but the most important attribute that makes this location your top selection is the staff that makes the experience feel like where home and vacation meet- They are professional, give recommendations and every staff there is bilingual which makes lodging most pleasant for foreigners and locals. Try it for yourself, tell them You want the experience.

    Reception staff is average. Nothing special. The rooms are big in size, however on the street side very noisy. During my stay there was maintenance, so noisy again early in the morning. I missed the atmosphere in the room. Bed is comfortable.

    Room was big two big beds, bathroom with a bath 🛁 👌 😍 love it! Service was good, didt stay long enough to experience something unusual, some restaurant staff was very friendly and one woman (seems to be shift leader) bit arrogant, so you might be ignored sometimes. Location I didn't liked at all, nothing to see close by nothing to do.

    Bathrooms and rooms feel dated. It's supposed to be a business hotel and they don't keep spare chargers for phones. Coffee in the room is vile. Lots can be improved, double tree hilton is much better for a quick business trip.

    Came here on a business trip and booked at corporate rate through my company. When I googled the hotel location a rate of 50 euro less showed. There wasn't even a bottle of water with the room, and breakfast buffet is another 30 euro. Room is ok but a tasteless design, and what a horrible bed. Woke up broken with back pain.

    Exceptional service. From Reception Team to F&B Team (breakfast, bar and restaurant). Very warm, helpful and welcoming! I never met them but kudos to the HSKP team as well for making our room tidy and neat! Amazing stay!!!
