Super massage. Wonderful facilities. Very enjoyable sauna and surroundings. Highly recommended. Staff is not really trained to deal with business people. The services are more oriented to visitors of the spa who don't do overnight stay or have to work in the evenibg..No real vegetarian food, let alone vegan options. Refusal to accommodate any suggestions. 6.5 euro for steamed veggies. .And super argumentative waiter who called me illiterate.... Bring your own vegan food.

Fairly decent. Neat and clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too. People running the place were helpful and warm even though we were traveling in a group with lots of luggage and logistical issues. The electricity went for a while but it wasn’t that cold so it was manageable. We arrived late but checkin was hassle free. The surrounding area is nice to walk around.

Note the two standards of the rooms, those located in a tenement house on the main street are definitely worse. Rooms are noisy and cold due to leaky windows. The service did not bother to turn on the heating after booking despite the temperature of 0 ° outside, and the radiator in the room is too small to heat the room.

The room was average, the bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was good with quality products. We struggled to go back to our room after breakfast as the cleaning staff had put all their utensils in front of our door.

I am a bit confused zs this is a special period. But i didn't like that given the fact that we were placed in another building no one walked us there. We had to figure it out by ourselves.

Decent parking & my absolute favourite place to stay in Grimbergen. Great for business trips. The budget hotels nearby are not situated in great locations but the Thermae is ideal

Very clean hotel. The room nothing but a room. The Spa is a few steps away from this building, has normal and nudist section. Good buffet breakfast with fruit, pastry and everything else. Very nice staff ( Daniela was lovely).

Extremely large "western style" room. All in one bathroom (1st I've seen in Belgium). Free wifi, cable TV, super comfortable king sized bed... a great nights sleep!

Fair saunas but no fountains to refill your water. Good restaurant though with fast service.

I enjoyed my stay. I would advice anyone sensitive to sounds to get a room on the inside of the building.

Not for us. Would recommend at a lower rate for a one night stop for people who don't mind little personnel, noise, no airconditioning and a basic breakfast experience.

Cold, hard and loud. They seem to have scorned the idea of soft furnishings entirely, the bed and curtains are literally the only things dampening the echoes. You can hear every word from the next room, every chair scrape over the floor or dropped item, footfall in the hallway, traffic from the road outside. You get the idea. Out of bed and onto cold tiled floors. Heating was off & although we turned it on in our room and eventually achieved a decent level there was nothing to be done about the need for jackets and scarves in the breakfast room… speaking of which be prepared to roll up your sleeves, there’s pans and a hob in the dining room to cook for yourself… And don’t ask for dairy alternatives unless you’re willing to pursue it a lot, they don’t seem bothered, even though they ask if you have any special requests at booking. Stairwell is dark and motion sensors aren’t very efficient so you’ll be navigating those in the dark sometimes, along with the doors that open right on the steps. Tea & coffee situation in the room is… a coffee maker and a tray of teabags, mostly unwrapped, unlabelled and uncovered. There’s not actually any coffee to go in the coffee maker mind, although when I ran it through with water a few times it did flush out the remnants of having had coffee in it at some point. You’ll still be paying for entry to the spa, although with a discount thankfully. The one positive to the whole experience really.

😠 Pros: - Whilst the spa is a little old and run down, the sauna, pool and hamam were good. - The food and people at the restaurant were really nice. Cons: think twice before getting a massage!! We got the 80min massage and we were shocked by the low quality of the massage (someone is just rubbing oi...
