I
recently
stayed
at
this
hotel
with
my
family
and
a
dog.
It
was
a
good
experience
overall.
The
rooms
were
clean
and
tidy,
which
is
always
a
plus.
The
hotel's
location
appears
to
be
convenient
for
anyone
attending
events
at
the
Expo
grounds.
The
limited
(and
paid)
parking
spaces
available
behind
the
hotel
are
convenient
for
those
having
their
own
transport.
Polite
and
friendly
staff
made
my
stay
even
more
enjoyable.
The
hotel
shows
signs
of
wear
and
tear
and
could
do
with
remodeling,
but
it's
certainly
not
a
disaster.
The
rooms
are
simple
and
basic,
and
while
some
are
more
spacious
than
others,
irregular
funny-shaped
rooms
can
be
a
bit
odd.
However,
the
rooms
are
functional
and
the
beds
are
comfortable.
The
lack
of
fuss
or
thrills
in
the
room
design
is
not
a
major
issue.
Some
design
effort
was
invested
in
colorful
stairways.
Shower
water
temperature
stability
on
the
3rd
floor
was
not
ideal,
and
no
toilette
brush
in
any
room
we
had
was
a
new
experience.
Blackout
curtains
provided
in
the
room.
TV
had
no
english
channels
available,
but
free
wifi
should
enable
video
streaming
from
other
sources.
Though
Accor
group
prides
itself
on
eco
conscientiousness,
only
two
relatively
big
towels
and
single
use
glasses
provided
in
the
room
are
confusing.
On
the
arrival,
the
petrol
station
in
front
of
the
entrance
is
not
really
appealing.
Light
sleepers
may
wish
to
request
a
room
on
the
back
side
of
the
hotel,
with
a
view
on
a
parking
lot.
The
hotel
bar
on
the
ground
floor
is
offering
breakfast
service,
which
we
did
not
try.
One
of
the
highlights
of
the
hotel
is
that
it
offers
connected
rooms,
which
can
be
handy
for
families
or
larger
groups.
Overall,
I
would
recommend
the
ibis
Brussels
Expo
Atomium
for
its
cleanliness,
lower
room
price
than
in
Brussels
city
center,
and
a
very
polite
staff.
The
hotel
could
use
some
updates,
but
it's
still
a
great
option
for
those
looking
for
a
comfortable,
no-frills
stay.
