A Canadian Tourist Review: Every shop was closed but luckily they had the bar open in the lobby 24/7! This saved me as I drank 3 sodas before walking to my accommodation 45 minutes away. Everything closes early in this area of Brussels. The server is also the hotel receptionist. She was very friendly and polite!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and a dog. It was a good experience overall. The rooms were clean and tidy, which is always a plus. The hotel's location appears to be convenient for anyone attending events at the Expo grounds. The limited (and paid) parking spaces available behind the hotel are convenient for those having their own transport. Polite and friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel shows signs of wear and tear and could do with remodeling, but it's certainly not a disaster. The rooms are simple and basic, and while some are more spacious than others, irregular funny-shaped rooms can be a bit odd. However, the rooms are functional and the beds are comfortable. The lack of fuss or thrills in the room design is not a major issue. Some design effort was invested in colorful stairways. Shower water temperature stability on the 3rd floor was not ideal, and no toilette brush in any room we had was a new experience. Blackout curtains provided in the room. TV had no english channels available, but free wifi should enable video streaming from other sources. Though Accor group prides itself on eco conscientiousness, only two relatively big towels and single use glasses provided in the room are confusing. On the arrival, the petrol station in front of the entrance is not really appealing. Light sleepers may wish to request a room on the back side of the hotel, with a view on a parking lot. The hotel bar on the ground floor is offering breakfast service, which we did not try. One of the highlights of the hotel is that it offers connected rooms, which can be handy for families or larger groups. Overall, I would recommend the ibis Brussels Expo Atomium for its cleanliness, lower room price than in Brussels city center, and a very polite staff. The hotel could use some updates, but it's still a great option for those looking for a comfortable, no-frills stay.

A very good budget hotel in Brussels. The staffs were very friendly, rooms were clean and neat, breakfast was amazing. Nights were much quiter and comfortable. However, we felt the location was far from the city center. There is a bus stop at a walkable distance however very less frequency of buses. Nearest metro station is around 15 mins of walk.

Éviter à tous prix! Avoid at all costs. Just a few things: the room literally stunk of cigarette, the bedding was super cheap polyester (pillows and mattress) that had already seen too much for too long...., there was a dirty knife under the bed, the phone wasn’t working so I couldn’t even call the front desk, the shower wall connector was damaged, no minibar/mini fridge, no safe, no toothpaste, filthy hairdryer, overall poor cleanliness...

Location good for the atomium and surrounding area, we hired scooters from outside hotel to get us around quicker. Staff nice only stayed for one night. Parking should be included in price not extra €10 ,euros. Pillows very soft for me.

Hotel with a pretty good location to the expo but a bit worn out. Rooms could deserve a renovation. Breakfast is also ok but don't expect too much.

A good hotel to combine with an event at the koning Boudewijn Stadion. Nice room with a big window that can fully open. Not the biggest breakfast but still good.

Cheap but very poor quality bed and very dirty rooms and hall. I felt like i was in council housing.

Good points: good location, somewhat comfortable bed and good shower. Bad points: Very tiny rooms, the heating did not work very well, the toilet gets completely wet after any shower, no mini-bar, no amenities, no irons available in the room, no service room, poor breakfast options, poor options for a regular meal.

The breakfast was out of the world, every thing you could want from waffles made while you wait to cereals. Tea all sorts, coffee fruit juices, eggs bread toast jams all in a relaxed environment. The staff we're very helpful rooms are clean and spacious with soaps, towels and very hot water, TV, and air conditioning

Only reason to stay here would be budget. Small rooms Old, grimy, lacking any comfort at all. A small step up from a ferry cabin. Not a great location except for the expo.

Sadly this does not live up to the Ibis standards. Dinner stew was a reheated meal from the microwave. Breakfast was terrible to the point if being too scared to eat most things, meat selection smelt off. Scrambled eggs tasted like food poisoning waiting to happen. settled on a cheese bread roll. Generally the hotel is in a state of disrepair. The lift broken, the corridors stink like an old dog box etc. The room itself was clean and acceptable. Wifi was good. Price wise I was expecting more having stayed at the Ibis in Amsterdam.

This hotel is well located next to the Brussels exposition centre and about a 10 minute walk from mini Europe, the atomium and the cinemas. Staff is very friendly but don't expect to find parking on the premises. Save yourself 10 euros and park for free on the street next to the hotel.

The staff were all superb. The condition of the room let it down slightly the floor was lifting in places. The food was OK, very limited menu but if you serve 24 hours a day then you can't have a full kitchen team to hand. Oh and they ran out of beer on tap which was mortifying ;)

OK-ish room for either leisure or business, the parking is limited, although the breakfast is much better than I thought. It's ok for a stopover stay, but I wouldn't stay longer ...

The room was not well cleaned, there were small shards of glass which stuck me on my feet, luckily it wasn't that big

It's located behind the palais 12,a big arena where shows and exhibitions are shown. It's an old hotel, not renovated since the 90'.It's a Big shame that Accor hotels are asking 100eu a night for that place, they should be ashamed of themselves. The service is great. The people working there are really great, very happy to help. If you want to eat you can go to LA Petite fourchette who is a mix of Greek and Asian food. Don't forget to make a reservation otherwise you can forget to find a place there. You can ask for delivery but GO AND PICK IT Up otherwise you will wait too long for it.

Location good, bedding good, friendly personnel, though very noisy and no more parking available. Price too high compared to quality.

😠 I had intended to rate the hotel 2 stars after my stay because, despite the issues, it labeled itself a budget 3-star hotel and you kind of get what you pay for. However, in searching for the hotel to rate it, I find it's under a different name. That just smells sketchy and I dislike that. It goe...
