My Mother and I are on a European adventure and stayed at this B&B. Our room was the old stable and is absolutely gorgeous. The high brick ceilings with a luxurious bathroom and a small kitchen! The bed is comfortable, the claw foot tub was deep, more than big enough and so welcoming after a long day of touring! Breakfast was delicious and the owner gave us a history of the location and his family, 5 generations! The grounds are charming and it was such a great addition to our trip! (Just outside of town with parking and wi-fi, the owners live onsite for assistance at any time, we arrived late and check in was very easy!) We absolutely loved our stay!!

Exquisite place to stay, very friendly host and hostess, they made me feel at home. The breakfast is amazing, freshly squeezed orange juice, many types of bread, an egg baked to your liking and all that on the country side within 10 kilometers from Brussels! Great for both business and pleasure, will definitely come back!

The room was nice and clean with a quaint old-timey feel, breakfast buffet had a definitely enough choices to choose from and the staff was very friendly and helpful if need be. I'll be staying here next time I'm in the area.

I had made a reservation well in advance (11 March 2019) especially for the "DeLuxe Suite", for American friends, because this room is so special (in the old part on the ground floor opposite the entrance to the house where the breakfast is reserved) ) and also had a reservation for a "Suite". Unfortunately upon arrival on 11 May, both the "DeLuxe Suite" and the "Suite" were not available. Our American friends got a studio room on the 1st floor in the new part and we get a standard room (also on the 1st floor) without a view (only a high skylight in the roof) and a toilet without a door. We did get a € 14.50 discount, but that is not in proportion to the huge difference between a large suite and a standard room. Too bad. We did especially a D-tour to this B&B (on the way from Mechelen to Watou) and were delighted because we thought we could treat the American friends to that special "Deluxe Suite" on the ground floor (1 of our friends had broken her back 6 weeks before and walked in special metal armor, so climbing stairs was very difficult for her) . We were very disappointed.

I have been there 11 years ago, very amazing one. I miss them so much!

Near Expo Brussels, but far enough out in the meadows! Bus connection direct to the fair! Excellent boutique hotel with a friendly owner! Great breakfast!
