I spent few nights at this lovely hotel. The rooms were super clean. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful, the brought me the iron to do my clothes. The parking was 12€/day which is affordable. Over all this hotel has a good value for money 👍🏼👍🏼 I will come back again! Thank you Ibis :)

Wir hatten in der Nähe Beruflich zu tun und hatten hier unser Unterkünfte. Die Zimmer ware alle sauber. Klein aber alles da was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut eine sehr nette junge Frau. Hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel rooms it self were fine. However the early morning staff go walkies. I had left some stuff in the fridge as the weather was warm and couldn't stay in the room. We had to leave @ 4:30am went to the front desk no one was there. A sign said back in 10. A cab driver arrived that was threatening and aggressive due to be cancelled. But still decided to turn up. He was able to access the hotel shouting abuse, anything could had happened because there was no staff there . 15mins late still no staff so we had to leave our belongings because we had a flight to catch. Over 50€ worth of goods. When calling the land line no answer i called over 10 times

Traveling with a dog, and had no issues getting a room. Hotel is 1-star, and our room is very simple, spartan even, clean and it has all we need for a nice good sleep.

Adequate hotel for it's price. Room was clean, lots of storage place. Bed was comfy and AC worked ok. Bathroom clean, all the basic amenities. Very clever idea with bathroom doors serving as a way to separate from corridor noise. Metro station 1km from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty: bread, rolls, croissants, ham & cheese, delicious juice, eggs, cereal. They check covid pass

Rudest receptionist I have ever had the misfortune to speak with. I have Accor Platinum status which includes early check in. The incredibly rude receptionist refused to give me a room unless I paid 15 euro for the privilege. The attitude and aggression was disgusting. They treat 'guests' with contempt. The rooms look how I imagine a prison cell to be. No aircon so the room is boiling hot. Absolutely zero soundproofing. Do not expect to be able to sleep well - in the morning, you will be awoken by the sound of hoovers and loud voices. Don't bother staying here. This is the only time I'd rather have slept on an airport floor.

Decent place to stay with reasonable price and sufficient facilities. Cleanliness is good, ambience is nice and the view from the window is super nice 😊 Staff is the best thing. They friendly and understanding for any specific requests 😊👍 Ample parking space if you’re driving their. Not so far from the airport. Taxi takes around 8 mins and 20 euros. Nearby IBIS kitchen restaurant is a good choice for dinner. Evening walk across the farmlands is amazing and the view of sunset is Mesmerising 😊

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel. Let me be straightforward, the hotel itself it’s fine, it’s a budget hotel after all. We didn’t mind the service, the room itself. The only toiletries you’ll get from them is a type of soap. But, there was a big problem to which I have to give this hotel a one star. For “security” reason every single room window has a lock with a chain to which restricts the opening of the window. It was extremely hot (we were there in mid June) I asked the clerk if she could open the lock or at least give us a fan but he said she can’t. There is no air conditioning or air ventilation at all. It was a big deal for us. I do not recommend this hotel except maybe staying during winter time or for a night maximum. The hotel it’s not far away from the center of the city but it’s considered to be in the zone “Brupass XL” which means that it’s more expensive for public transportation.

The room is okay, unfortunately no tea or coffee in it like in other ibis hotels we’ve stayed. The tourist fee you have to pay and the PARKING IS NOT FREE. So be ready to pay extra 20€ at the reception. Which makes the price the same as others hotels in Brussels but of better quality. We also had a great noice in the morning about 8AM and non stop for hours. There are some kind of building, fixing or I don’t know. Great disappointment

Perfect for a 1 night stay close to the airport. Great price/quality. Beware, they don’t have a shuttle bus, but have the option to very easily reserve a taxi to the airport in the morning. Can be done in less than a minute using their QR code. WiFi was good and room was clean.

This is the worst íbis I ever saw. No air conditioning (August and the air conditioning was shunted off). No maintenance at all, it seems to be abandoned. We have to change room because the door was broken .. no hair dryer. Really, if you can afford, pay a little bit more and stay in another place … it seems to me that are just waiting the complete bankruptcy to close this installations here. And by the way the receptionist super unsympathetic. The worst experience ever.

Very nice and professional welcome. The room was always clean and the bed very comfortable! Perfect for a business trip. I strongly recommend for quite a tight budget.

Great location. Direct bus from the airport to the hotel and stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very much standard. There's not much to do in the area. The restaurant next door was shut for refurbishment and should be up and running from Jan 2024. Worth for money. Staff has no interest in guests. Felt like they were more robotics, and they were busy on their phones.

Outside business standard and fair quality standard. It is much better to pay more than sleeping there in plastic rooms. I went two times and no more. Last time even receptionist very rude.

A very nice and basic hotel. Nice value for the cost. About 25 kilometers from the center of Brussels. The rooms are very small but yet give you all needed to crash for a good sleep at the end of the day. (if the room was bigger by 25 centimeters it was better...). The toilet is almost tiny. The room is very clean and so is the area around the hotel. Parking is very expensive - 12€ for the night or all day. Breakfast is basic and satisfying. The staff is very helpful and nice.

The Ibis Budget Brussels airport hotel is close to the airport but far from the city. There is a tram connection but it is a good 15 minutes walk. We had a car and most locations took 18 to 30 minutes to reach. Traffic is rough and lanes can be confusing. The service had its ups and downs as we were there for four nights, depending on the staff present at reception. The staff at the dining hall at breakfast were very friendly and showed great customer service. The rooms have toilet, sink and shower. They are correct for low budget accommodation with family and children. The breakfast was 10 euros per person. I would not recommend it. I would say if you can, go out to have breakfast in the city.

This place is not as clean as she specifies. The beds and rooms are exactly like in a hospital. They do not have the necessary utilities, and the kitchen is not open! The price is high for what they offer you. I do not recommend ! And the parking lot says it's free, but it asks for €12. It is not a good accommodation at all!

Enough for one or two days but I wouldn’t definitely recommend this hotel for a long term stay. It is indeed cheap but not practical at all and very uncomfortable, especially for a couple. This hotel provides you a room with only the bare minimum : a bed, a toilet and a shower. The bathroom door doesn’t even have a lock or handles, and the floor as well as the bed sheets were a bit dirty. There is no air conditioner, no toilet brush and no hairdryer. Also, I suggest bringing your own hair care as they only provide an all-in-one bottle of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. In addition, there were insects in the room and we were woken up by the housekeeper trying to enter the room around 9:30 after briefly knocking the door. The location of the hotel is also inconvenient. There is a bus stop nearby but you have to walk 15 mins to get to the nearest train station and 20 mins to get to the supermarket. If you plan to travel around Belgium or go to the city center, I don’t recommend to book this place. There are many other nice hotels around that will definitely give you a better experience at a reasonable price.

One of the worst hotels i ever used. No air-conditioning. Bunk bed set up across main bed makes you bump your head everytime you sit up in bed. Small window that barely opens to let in some fresh air that i had to close because of mosquitoes

Standard ibis budget offer with great location. Kind and professional staff. Regular ibis restaurant in the same yard. Bonus: If you like aviation, this hotel will be a perfect choice for you. You'll be able to see arrivals to Brussels Airport from your room.

It's good very much in budget. The rooms are small but that's okay for the price they offer. They have breakfast available for 9euro. The rooms were clean.

Lovely staff but the actual property was poorly maintained and very basic for the rate charged. It had a hostel feeling especially the breakfast area and experience. The room did not feel clean either. No air conditioning and the public areas were grotty.

Since decades, we stay at this hotel when we come to Brussels. The rooms are nice and clean. Easily accessible from the motorway. The only downside is when they started charging the parking years ago. It is very expensive.

It could be cleaner (bed sheets) and warmer. Actualy, there was no warming, two days when we were there this December. It wasnt fixed even though we stressed the.problem at the reception.

Fair prices on the rooms, clean and nice bedsheets, clean toilet 🚽 and shower… however, the house keeping lady got inside our bedroom at 8:00 🕗 without knocking on the door 🚪😩even though the checkout time was at 11:00 🕚 and the neighboring rooms was too noisy. The windows couldn’t open enough to let the fresh air in even though it’s was one of the hottest summer.

Standard Ibis budget hotel, you get what you pay for, no more but certainly no less. Good breakfast buffet, rooms are a bit noisy. Absolutely ideal for people with dogs (especially before or after flying out of Brussels): there's a grassy area near the parking, and across the street is a field with a little path (1 min from hotel, see photo) to a small forest (Jan 2022). Great for walking and playing a dog before a flight.

A decent and clean bedroom with all the facilities that you may need for a short stay. The room is spacious enough for the price paid. A good budget hotel.

Regretting it. €12 parking fee for car, so room is less budget than suggested, makes others around the area a better choice for the money. Beside this. Our room was cancelled upon arrival. Desk employee said they don't have creditcard so didn't secure the booking for arrival after 2pm.. I told him Ibis does have it, just like our bookings at other Ibis before, that's what ibis literaly told me at the time of booking this hotel. Then he changed the story and said they don't do secure booking here at 'ibis budget'... So how then, no arrivals possible after 2 p/m??? Luckily we still could get a new room. Room is extremely 'budget' made. I know, it's in the name, but didn't expect it to be as bad as this. I could go on a long time on how everything was disappointing, but you better stop spending time reading reviews on this place and book somewhere else. Our best experience in this area was at Getaway Studios Brussel. Nearby, same price, but room 3 times at big, kitchenette, decent furniture, big big window side, nice bathroom, extra facility. We like to try different hotels so we rarely go back to the same hotel, but really regretted instantly we didn't book Getaway when we arrived this Ibis budget. Ibis usually okay so didnt really check the reviews this time.

This is the worst hotel we've stayed in. The room was smelly and dirty. We found human long hair on the bed. The floor was sticky. The smell in the room was really bad. We ended up leaving the room and booked another hotel nearby in Holiday Inn 2 minutes away from there. We didn’t ask for a refund. We just wanted to leave. It costs us €65 for 1 night and €12 for parking. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ibis budget Brussels Airport to no one. It was disgusting and unacceptable. I would have given zero star if I could.

You might save some money with this hotel rate, but a bottle of water is 7€. Too expansive. They don’t offer shuttle to the airport, it’s 35€ a taxi. The entire hotel smell bad like cigarette. The bed it’s not comfortable and the toilet it’s not too clean. I’ve choose this hotel because I’ve stayed to Ibis and Ibis Budget before but this one was very unpleasant.

  • 1/5 Stefano G. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are cells, not for claustrophobics, you cannot open the window, the air conditioning ,if existing ,doesn't work. Hot and stifling. They make handicapped people cars pay the parking, shameful. The sink is right next to the beds, no privacy is available, if you are traveling with a friend or with your children it is not pleasant. The prices are not that cheap if you must pay for the parking. I have been in other Ibis but this is the worst by far.

The woman at reception was very unfriendly...my room was frozen on my arrival and i just ask her how to off AC and she scream at me and said if i dont like the room i can go😳 the room was bad there was a big stain in the bathroom but the bed was very comfortable that was the only good thing in this hotel....

  • 1/5 Zeba R. 1 year ago on Google
There’s no ventilation in rooms, and window doesn’t open fully, so much suffocation is there, and when we ask at reception to open the window fully or provide a table fan they just replied to it as they can’t do anything!!!! Terrible experience

  • 2/5 Mr P. 1 year ago on Google
Too expensive, too hot and no fans or anything like that. Staff didn't care at all when I told them that the room was too hot for my baby. The Turkish cleaner is amazing and friendly young lady.

Good and cozy stay with very helpful manager Karim Harake. Good options in breakfast buffet too!! Good choices in their cafe bar !! Good location nearby airport and good and peaceful stay !!!

Staff was very friendly, if you don’t speak French, it’ll be just fine. Rooms were cleaned really good. It only was a bit of a walk to the nearest store.

I spent in this hotel 2 nights and i was very satisfied. The room was clean, towels, hygiene products, everything was there. The location is kinda out of hand but it is not that bad. The breakfast choices were wide and tasty. Also i had a dinner here which was the pasta arrabiata, it was good but nothing special. To summarize i think this hotel is really good for the amount of money.

  • 1/5 Keila V. 1 year ago on Google
To start, the pictures of the bathroom did not match the reality. The room was very hot and there is no AC, no bag for the garbage, the paper toilet that was available was definitely used and there is a strong odor from the bathroom. The "nightstand" by the bedside was visibly dirty. The bed appeared to have been slept in. I needed the room so that I may rest comfortably in btwn flights but I'd rather sleep in the airport. I've slept in cheap hotel rooms before and this wasn't worth the price I paid.

  • 5/5 Michal S. 1 year ago on Google
We spent there two nights with travel agency organised event, we slept in Ibis part of an establishment, not a budget. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy enough to sleep well. I wasn't even woken by airplane single time. Bathroom is spatious and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory, but on the second was service a bit overwhelmed by guest trying to eat at 7am.

  • 3/5 Sebastian D. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel is not super close to the airport, but there are buses connecting it to the airport... Still, it's the same bus that takes you to the city center. All the other airport hotels offer a shuttle service from thef airport but this one was not listed in Zaventem. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom but this is typical from the ibis chain. Bed is comfortable and do not hear the planes at night which is good enough for me for one night stay. There is a restaurant nearby which is the only one and closes at 10 pm. Lots of things are not convenient enough except having a good price near the airport.

  • 4/5 Morgan F. 1 year ago on Google
A great place for the night before an early/ morning flight. It can be reached by both bus (short walk from the nearest stop) or train (15 minute walk from the station). We've used it several times and enjoy its efficiency and usefulness.

  • 5/5 Sebastian P. 1 year ago on Google
Cheap and good place to stay for a few nights. A little bit far from the city center of Brussels but there's few busses / trams that easily go to the center. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Service is also very nice.

  • 3/5 A M. 1 year ago on Google
Staff are very friendly. Room I stayed in was okay. It did get quite warm in the room and apart from the window there was no ventilation. The snack/drink machines are very old so you can only use cash to purchase something. Room was clean but the duvet wasn’t the best. Bar was nice as well. Parking available as well. Okay for short trips.

  • 4/5 Daniel T. 2 years ago on Google
Great value for the price. The room is spartan but clean and functional. If you're only having a short stay, this place is great and close to the airport. This hotel is strictly minimal, so if you want a lounge, large flat screen TV and water fountains, you should keep looking.

  • 5/5 Ada C. 1 year ago on Google
We arrived from the States early in the morning. Perfect place for a week long stay, near the Airport. Very clean, functional. Team friendly and attentive to requests. 12€ parking very cheap compared to the States or the airport 's parking. Breakfast complete and the staff very funny and smart !! We highly recommend !

  • 4/5 Klaudia I. 1 year ago on Google
A bit hidden location. I had to walk on the street as there was no pavement when you walk from tram stop. I stayed in budget to test it vs regular ibis. For 1-2 nights if you want to save money I recommend budget with breakfast. For longer take regular. Ibis Budget was clean on top floor. There is separate toilet room in the hotel room. But the shower and the toilet tap is part of the room. You can see shower door on my photo next to bed. I didn't like there was no carpets so take some extra shoes to wear inside. The floor was cold. Bed was comfortable. My colleague complaint she heard the planes flying but that comes with location to me. I liked the breakfast, the baguette was 👍 as usual.
