Kind of old and tired looking. Cigarette smell in coridors and rooms. Best for one night stay. If you are looking for cheap, quick (and don't really care about the looks) one night stay - this may be the best for you. Beds - comfortable. Breakfast had small options (muesli, yogurt, coffee, juice, toasts and croissants) Surprisingly - coffee and croissants were the best. Not enough parking space, spent 20 min only trying to fit in small parking spot.

Where should I start? This is not a five stars hotel, far from it. But if you're looking for a very affordable place to spend the night this is for you. The bed are not the most comfortable but again they'll do it for the night. You also do get a complementary breakfast from 7 to 10. Again all you need will be at your disposal.

This is THE dirtiest hotel around. Dont stay here unless you want to pay a lot and have the least. Expect mold everywhere, cards not working EVERY time you go to the door, roosters in the morning even though we aren’t on a farm, €10 Euros for breakfast (NOT included? Are you serious?), and the unavoidable second-hand smoke smell everywhere. The stench is awful. Worst hotel.

Very dirty. At check in we just dropped off our bags and left to meet a friend didn’t look at the room. We got back late and went straight to sleep- woke up the next morning to discover the floors had OBVIOUSLY not been cleaned, mildew covering the ceiling above the shower, open panels in the wall that you don’t see if the bathroom door is open, and outlets that looked like fire hazards. When the toilet flushed it smelled of sewage The lobby smelled of urine when we wanted to checkout, and we had to stand in the smell for ages because there was no one to talk to. We had to drop the door key in the mailbox but this was not explained to us at check in the day before.

It was a nice time to stay here in this hotel. It was during June 2007. The service was good and friendly too,

Our experience at this hotel wasn't the most exciting regarding the cleaning, it was actually poor and the smell in the room wasn't lovely but we enjoy the fact that the room was big and we had a good sleep. They could do better for the money that they ask for a room. The breakfast was actually great and we enjoyed that.

Do not use this hotel. The Staff is rude. We contacted them informing them of late arrived late and was told it was ok. And someone was there. Upon arrive no one was there and where we called they said we had to sleep on the street. They hung up and when tried to all back. They didn’t answer. Stay away

Dirty & ugly room with some paints and dirt left from the construction or renovation. Also the door and door hinges were broken in the balcony room. Breakfast only included bread, cheese, yoghurt and cerials. Room was also very hot and smelly. Thw window curtains did not close completely, so there was a lot of light in the room.

Overall, this hotel offered a great place for a family of 5 to go on holiday for a really cheap price. The check in can be done at any time, the lifts were working fine, and the 2 rooms booked were large and spacious, with a kitchen including a fridge and bathroom in each room. The area was clean, and the breakfast offered was good but limited to few types of bread, cheese, coffee, tea, juice, yoghurt, cereal and milk. There is no a/c, but each room is fitted with a fan and a tv. The wifi is available in the rooms, but it was very weak. The bathroom light was faulty, and the parking is difficult to access as the entry is narrow and almost damaged our car, and the parking itself is underground which is difficult in a big car. The hotel is located about 20 mins (drive) from the city centre, and so was mostly quiet during the night, apart from the sound from the nearby airport.

Cheap and simple place with a comfortable bed. Not much in the way of amenities but it's pretty clean. The breakfast is limited but tasty, I recommend the croissants.

If you are 16 and in Brussels for fun it might work. If you're here for work and just want to have a nice place to sleep... stay elsewhere. Not clean. Few parts like lamps etc. are broken. Breakfast includes no meat. Not that a petite dejourne is a big thing... but today in every ibis you get more to choose from.

Worst Hotel I have ever been to. The bathroom was full of mold. There was a big tile missing at the base of the shower and you could look underneath the shower tray. The bathroom door couldn't be opened from inside the bathroom, only from the outside. So you were trapped if you went into the bathroom and closed the door while nobody else was around. The shower door was damaged and couldn't be closed. The wardrobe door was damaged and couldn't be opened. The room looked old and shabby, stains on the walls. There was a wall fan installed but the cable was too short to reach the power outled. The TV picture was very bad, snowy ( not digital ). The hallway smelled like roasted chicken all of the time. The carpeted floor in front of the room was always wet. There was a rooster just next to the room's window that started to make noice every morning at 5 o'clock. The breakfast was okayish. So bad, it was almost funny.

The room was basic but clean. It even included a kitchen. Parking was tight. Breakfast was basic. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good value for the money

Good value for money and good location. It could do with a bit of maintenance but friendly staff and excellent croissant for breakfast.
