Pictures speak without too much words. Spiders, moquette dirty, a destroyed spring mattress, old and in bad condition toilet, bad and expensive breakfast. Only good things are staff and position closed to the airport. But for more than 100€ as I paid..it is really unbelievable.

The staff is great at this hotel. That is the only good part. Some highlights of why you shouldn’t stay here, in no particular order: - dirty shower with mildew on the plastic shower curtain - inconsistent temperature from the shower - lint and hair in the bathroom around the sink - strange sound coming from bathroom - light near entrance turned on without provocation at 10:30 - bed extremely uncomfortable - television was not functioning - each bed only had 1 single pillow - elevator does not instill confidence - parking location is not easily accessible Now a majority of the points made could be due to the age of the hotel, but I would argue in this case the price does not match what you get. I am holding this hotel to the standard set from my experiences at other equivalently priced establishments.

The hotel is a complete disgrace. They don't put towels in the room. There is only one server at the reception and there is one person looking after everything. The service is bad. I think you should think twice before making a reservation.

Staff was nice and friendly. I had to fix the curtains in the room, they weren't attached properly to the rail so half of it was hanging loose. Besides the warmth in the room, the bed was decent. The carpet didn't look very clean. Breakfast was minimal but okay-ish

Words cannot express my gratitude for the staff at this hotel. All the receptionists are very very nice and helpful. They speak english fluently. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Within walking distance from the train station and from supermarkets, pharmacies etc

I do not recommend this hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is pathetic.. the rooms are old and the breakfast is very poor. I regret the experience, and the price is overrated 😕

The location is good for getting into Brussels, the staff are friendly, but the breakfast and the rooms (at least my room) were very poor

Room looks very old, outdated and smelled. Price for the room, relative to what it is, is too high. Mattress is hard, but the pillow is nice. There is only one outlet for power and it is at the desk. Bathroom needs some renovation, but it at least has warm water. Breakfast is meh but the coffee was nice. Road to the hotel needs to be renovated.

This place needs to up their game. 1 plug socket in the rooms and it's on the other side of the room to the bed so anything 6ou need to plug in has to be far away. Secondly the shower was unable to support its own weight and so would just fall down and point at the wall if you didn't use a hand to hold it. I'd really advise avoiding this place if you can. Pleasant staff but the place is rotten unfortunately. The only reason it didn't get 1 star is because at least it is clean.

Terrible experience, don’t go here. Rooms were dirty and service was outright scandalous. Was even woken up by a random maintenance dude to “fix the light” even though there weren’t any malfunction, we weren’t even provided with a do not disturb sign.

The service personnel is outstanding! Went above and beyond for many of my requests after staying here for 3 weeks. Quality of the breakfast is not so great, I'd recommend grabbing a bite around town instead. Unfortunately the state of the rooms and facilities are very very poor. Carpets are way beyond cleaning with massive stains, curtains are quite outdated, water pipes are loud and leaking. It's really a pity, because the hotel staff deserve to be working in higher quality facilities. It is highly recommended to the Hotel franchise owner to urgently start work renovations.

120 € per night, outdated, unclean and stinky room with mold. Only staff polite & helpful.

Standard room -the bathroom is old and not clean. That is a disappointment. Also the bed is lumpy.

Very basic hotel. Staff was really friendly and service oriented. Room was okay. The hotel would need a good round of TLC. It is simply old and needs refurbishment badly - especially the carpet. But I really enjoyed my stay :-). One small note. In the welcome folder in the room it is noted that freshly pressed orange juice is served at breakfast.... Promises should be kept. Otherwise I felt that breakfast was fine.:-)

OK hotel close to Brussels. Close to train station, but make sure you get a room on the opposite side as trains are quite noisy. Room ventilation too loud and TV channels did not match the leaflet in the room. Breakfast is too simple, yet enough to fill you up.

Not the best in Vilvoorde but for a night it works. Restaurant is good and service at bar really good. The 3 star is for the staff.

We had to stay for the night there in order to catch an early flight from Brussels airport. Location is good with free parking, there are petrol stations near. The rooms were clean and fine and overall with the price we had to pay it was an excellent choice.

A very friendly hotel. The rooms are a little outdated, but to me that is not important. The beds are comfy, the showers are powerful and the rooms are spacious! The staff are very kind and helped with everything we needed. We stayed here in 2013 and chose it again because we remembered how friendly it was. Luckily things haven’t changed!

The room I received really needs to be renovated. A vent in the bathroom was laying on the floor, paint was peeling off of the walls and the carpets looked stained. The room was clean but it felt dirty

The hotel is a bit far from city centre but have wonderful road and train communications. Hotel landscape is very nice and train station is few minutes walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant is an added advantage for the guests.

First of the Sat Nav leads you to a different parking area. When you arrive the hotel seems ok & safe. After checking in you realise the rooms are dingy. The carpets were cleaned recently & were still wet. The shower extraction fan was on overload, sounded like someone was vacuuming the hall, all night long!! Breakfast was ok, but everything was out if stock and the 3 ladies seemed happier chatting rather than checking stock. The new rooms look nice but mine (rooms 1-24 or so) wasn’t.... it was similar to my student digs back in 1997. And to boot the wifi didn’t work anywhere in the hotel!!! The only plus was the polite receptionist.

Rather shabby and not of the standard we had come to expect from others we had stayed at. The room was tired and the corridors poorly lit. Breakfast was served for an additional 12euros in what could only be described as a functional area. Bicycle storage in the lobby was welcomed by us but I don't know if the other guests would be so impressed.

The location of the Hotel is really convenient with train station within 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to get to centre of Brussels. The room was specious, we had a kettle with tea and coffee. The cleaning of the room could ask for more, receipts from previous gusts on the top of the wardrobe and spider webs should have been cleaned up. I didn't like the mattress as I felt the springs. The rooms are a bit dated but it wouldn't have been a problem if they were cleaned up to standard.

You don't go here for touristic reasons, I may hope. The rooms are OK, the location is... what it is. But Pauline at the reception desk, and her colleague make up for that. A real can-do attitude, multilingual and humorous.

Rooms a little dated, great service and convenient location with good services. Close the Saventum Airport too.

Reasonably priced business hotel, conveniently located in the vicinity of Brussels Airport. The entrance to the hotel and its open-air parking lot are hard to find. Within walking distance from the train station.

The room wasn't cleaned and they refused to give us another room after pointing it out.

The rooms are terrible. To beggin, my key had two times a problem to open the door, i needed to go ask twice to fixe it. The room smells bad, the bathroom even worse, smells like pee, the shower is not working good they should fixed that, the water is like exploding in the cable and I almost fall because the floor was full of water because of the shower. The beds are not bad, all seamed clean. But the floor of the room is all dirty with green spots 🤢 The only thing I liked was the thing to make hot water to drink the coffe or the tea they offer every day. The cleaning was good in some days, in others they taked out the towel for the floor and don’t replace it, same with the tiny one and one big. One they I just add one big towel (??) Some days they just made the bed, they didn’t take the trash out and the bathroom was exacly the same. Another days they just didn’t do anything in the room. Some of the workers are nice, but one of the guys was not understanding a word that I said (in english) and he was not showing even a good face like a smile or something. That was my experience, I was in 2 diferent rooms, both the same situacion, terrible. The worst is really the bad smell (please fix that) They don’t have a plug in close to the bed… They asked to pay 3€ per night because of the tourist thing. Thank you
