Not a pleasant experience, walls paper thin, dated unclean rooms with funny smell, I arrived late evening and the whole place looked shut and quite dodgy. It must only get bookings due to being close to the expo but trust me you'll wish you stayed somewhere else in town for an extra 10 mins in a taxi.

Pretty bad experience. Room didn't look like the pictures, the toilet didn't work and the floor was seriously so crooked that we had to put our luggage to the left wall so it didn't slide through the room. Not that there was a chance of that because the room consisted of the bed and 0.3m walking space on each side. We asked for the money back the remaining days but they said no. Offered us a new room instead which wasn't really an upgrade. We gave up the money and found another hotel.

good value for money in terms of location. Walking distance from Atomium, Mini Europe and Oceade. Tram stop right outside the hotel. Room was okay. A bit different from expected. Friendly receptionist

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and everything was well-maintained.

Not a good experience at all, the receptionist didn't speak English, was not helpful or friendly at all, the room decor was beyond disappointing, the shower didn't drain well so i had to dry the floor after every shower i take, there were some spiders and insects in the room which they said were a normal thing because we are near a forest, the stairway was very very tight which didn't make carrying the bags to the room easy at all

Reasonably priced hotel, a bit out of town but close to metro and tram. Some street parking close by.

Nice warm heat clima working all day,warm water and clean rooms,warm welcome and a nice person at reception is there to help you ,every day new towels and clean bed,near mini markets and cafe bars 😞 -Loud some hours from metro,no fridge, noice in the toilet from wood floor but it s ok

Hotel was pretty clean .and the staff is good and friendly Unfortunately the room is very small than I expected , even two people cant stand properly. And there is no fan in the room and windows open in to a duct and smells bad It was very loud from other rooms

Very close to the metro & tram station, the Atomium and Mini Europe. Budget stay, no lift, very narrow stairs.

No WiFi in room 305 and some smells from the soil stacks next to the velux windows but the room was clean and spacious not suitable for wheelchair access as all rooms are first floor and above with no lift

Hey I booking and I pay and after someone cal me from the hotel and she told the price is mastiek and she told me I need to cancel and the charge 0.81 for cancel and this very ad service and bad hotel and I already I too taxi and now I pay for the taxi and the hotel for nothing and very late

Very friendly crew. And despite others wrote before they do speak English. We are arrived on a Friday and the hotel was full. But is was no problem to change our room ( seperate beds). Not noisy at all and the location is great ( 800m from the parc where our festival took place)

Good location but the hotel is very noisy, very thigh stairs and rooms at the top floor are very small, especially room 304 definitely not a double room as they are sealing it.Very hot also as no A/C and poor wi-fi connection.

We arrived yesterday with our fully packed bikes, were wet and cold and the lady at the reception was so kind. We could safely put our bikes inside, got a super nice room and the next morning the gentleman served us a breakfast prepared with love. Fresh bread and salade, different sweet breads and the coffee from the bean machine was very good. Thank you for the good and lovely stay at your hotel

Hotel is located just a few blocks away from the Atomium tourist site, various cafes, as well as a train line which was very convenient! When we first arrived we were placed in the incorrect room, we had originally requested a room with two beds as well as a small balcony, but this mistake was sorted out within 24hrs. Once we moved into our correct room I noticed that the bathroom shower head had not been properly installed yet (a shower door/screen was missing). This made taking showers a little difficult but otherwise I enjoyed everything else about the room! It is not a large space but very do-able for two persons. Overall, I'd definitely chose to stay here again but there were a couple hiccups here and there during our stay.

Not a good experience at all . The stuff it’s horrible. The place is run by a couple and the guy is very rude , he refuse to give me toilet paper, refuse to turn on the heat after 5 days eventually after a lot of arguing he fixed the heat . Anyway very rude , he refused almost everything I asked ( and I didn’t asked to much just necessary things , toilet paper , fresh towels etc ) and don’t waste money for the breakfast , never in my life I’ve seen such a poor served breakfast. No elevators , so if you are unlucky to get a room at the last floor you have to kill yourself dragging your things on the stairs but this is not the worst thing . I never in my life been treat it like this before for a service that I payed . If you don’t speak French the guy won’t listen to you , he says he doesn’t understand English which is not ok if you run a hotel , after 22:00 pm no wi-fi and the list goes on , these are some few things I couldn’t get over .

Even though the rooms are a little bit small, it’s valid for 2 people. The person working however, Is extremely nice and hard working. Probably the nicest hotel worker I’ve seen or met.
