Booked a little getaway and stumbled onto this place. It's a luxurious hotel with equally luxurious spa. Do keep in mind, that it's a 'no bathing suit spa' if you go here. The facilities are clean, well maintained and there's a good variety of saunas as well as a heated outside pool. The restaurant was actually quite good, beyond expectations for certain dishes. There were two downsides; 1. The coffee is served from a mediocre coffee machine rather than a proper batista setup. From such a luxurious and high class place I expected better coffee. 2. You are not allowed to bring your own bottle of water and have to buy from them. This can make your visit more costly or prevent you from hydrating properly. The room was very clean, lots of privacy and a luxurious bath tub and shower. There is airconditioning available and a separate toilet. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You should give them all a raise as they really added to the full luxury experience! There are plenty parking spaces around the wellness complex but unfortunately no charging possible for electric vehicles.

Highly recommended spending a weekend in Londerzeel just a quick drive from Brussels or Antwerpen. Good selection of saunas and great pool. People are super friendly and food is good.

Put all your worries aside for one Day. Even two days because you can also spend the nigth here. Top sauna experiense!

Beautiful place and terribleeeeeee TERRIBLE ATENTION!!!! One of the lady’s at the phone is so rude and racist!!! So watch out if you need any help or support related to your reservation or any question because seams like she dislikes her job and helping people although is her every day responsibility. It’s a beautiful place to be but with this kind of “attention” you don’t really feel like going back. I’m sorry for her, it must be very hard and sad to be doing something you dislike and that is your job and reflecting this on people who just wanna have a nice time. I really wish her joy and love in her life cause she seems very sad and miserable.

The wellness is clean and there is a lot to do. Nice to spend a full day. However, we went on a Sunday and the place felt overcrowded. It is really strange that there are no water dispensers anywhere and that the showers are not constant in temperature, hence the 3 stars.

Lovely saunacomplex with good food enough different sauna, steambads, IR sauna and so on.

We had a great time at the thermal spa, staying for 6 hours. The food was decent, and the facilities were compact yet sufficient. However, it was a bit disappointing that we had to order a meal to get fries. Despite not being hungry, we only desired fries, which resulted in us getting nothing. 100% of nothing is still nothing, but there should ideally be an option for something instead of nothing, don't you think? 0 profit or some?

We often spend a day of relaxation here. Plenty of sauna rooms of different size and temperature. We love the “opgiet” sessions!

If by accident you book a room in this hotel, you will be in for a surprise. First, although there are not many rooms, those rooms are very beautiful and the bathroom is pure luxury even with a TV. Second, you'll be surprised at the amount of visitors you think there will be on weekdays, it can be quite busy also at the parking area. The wellness is a bonus and after visiting these you'll have a good night's sleep. There's heated swimming pool, etc. No mobile phones allowed, you will have privacy and relax time. Nothing beats that. The restaurant serves good food.

Just visited the thermal area, which is wide, clean and offers a large choice of features (pools, saunas, hammam...). Didn't stay in the hotel.

Friendly staff, large variety of saunas, steam rooms and the like. Ample parking space, even if you have to swirl around a bit. Great fun are the 'opgietsessies'. In the Alm sauna, we wete even treated to a - gentle - beating down with birch twigs, mmm...🙃

Tip: the staff said Sundays are busiest. I came during the weekday for spa, saunas and restaurant. Not crowded. Spa and saunas were very clean. Surprisingly clean. The surroundings are very nicely decorated. Enough facilities to keep your whole day occupied. There are 11 saunas, 1 outdoor jacuzzi, 2 small outdoor pools, 1 outdoor swimming pool, 1 indoor cooling pool and 1 indoor walk-through cool-warm pool. Food is around 16-24€ but you do get a decent potion of food. Taste also good. Drinks are not so cheap but I brought my own drinks. The tall male waiter could have been more friendly when serving. I'm happy with the experience and would recommend it

I've visited several wellness centers but for me this one stands out. Beauty farm: Massage by Elena: professional, deep relaxation and deep tissue with a lovely smile and warm welcome.. Sauna: Pouring by Jori I've only participated once and will definitely participate more often: dance, heat and fragrances uplifted to an art form Pouring by Benny I've joined 4 so far and can state each pouring a different experience, traveling through fragrances and different heat and pouring- and illumination experiences. Service by Kevin, Kirstie and Adil always welcoming, friendly, professional and that beautiful colour each different person brings with their personality. And Bertje for colouring every visit welcoming, homely and safe.

Amazing experience! I love that the place is not too big not too small, just perfect! The right amount of different saunas, jacuzzis or hamam. Love that place! Tip: you can find cheaper tickets on Vavabid ;)

Our firs experience as 'naked' spa. Place is really big and beautiful. People are not so extreme with nudity and wearing bathrobes or towels 90% of the time outside of pools and saunas. People are friendly and doing their best to communicate English. You can join group programs for saunas, guided by professionals. Amazing place to relax for sure! 2 things that must be improved: 1. The bathrobes for guests should be in a better shape. We got 2 robes at reception and they were in a bad condition. People, who stay for the night, should have the best quality robes waiting for them in the room already. 2. Restaurant during the dinner time is impossible. It took us around1.5h to get 2 meals. Maybe it's busy and place is underemployed but that is horrible waiting time. Seems unorganized.

Very nice place with different sauna experiences. All good except not enough vegan food on the menu. The one dish they have was very good though.

Nice ghosted with a wonderful sauna experience. I’ve marked down to 4 ⭐️cos they charge €6 for a litre of water and that means people are sitting in extreme heat for prolonged Ericsson and not drinking enough, quite dangerous and increases risk of blood clots. I challenge management to consider allowing refillable water bottles, I don’t think it would really impact on food or drinks sales.

Booked here "by accident" because Brussel was too expensive. Ended up staying here for 3 days because of the excellent food, service, rooms and hospilatity Will surely visit again!
