Only 2 stars. Not really what I expected. I ordered a single room and it was spacious enough. But they were no real working space. Taking a shower was quite a drill. The door could not close properly. Have to spend time to wipe the floor after showering. Not really soundproof either. Can easily ear what is going on in the next room. 🤔 a bit disappointed 😞

Criminal owner, cancels creditcard on purpose to take advantage of festive goers and price chances. Booked for Coldplay but main creditcard was supposedly declined and thus the room instantly “cancelled”. One day before arrival. Don’t recommend this to anyone

The room is very very very small, actually too small for 2 persons..and my wife is Indonesian (not big). Entry to the metrostop is right in front of the hotel, if public transportation is what you want to use, then thats a bonus. They advertise having 2 bars, but both of them are closed..but you can buy softdrinks (ONLY) and take them to your room. Beer and liquors you can buy across the street in a little supermarket..they have a big selection of everything really 😂 👍🏼.

Price/quality is amazing. We expected quite a shoddy room but we got something nice with enough space, good beds and a nice bathroom. Additionally the staff was nice and helpful too.

No air con and if you have the window open its pretty loud, the rooms are fairly small too but ok if your there for a day or 2 riding solo.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall I had a great experience. The only downside was the lack of sound insulation in the rooms, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, the air circulation in the room was excellent, and the room was very affordable for the area. The location is also fantastic, as it's very close to Atomium and Metro!

It was a good place warm rooms, near the metro line, one thing i didn t like it was that in the booking app the time to check in was at 12 o clock and i show up at 13:10 they let me wait more than 30 min to get my room ready. I signed a paper without translating in english only in french. Also you could hear the noises from rooms next to you.

MAFFIA PRACTICES. We booked 3 rooms last month for our Coldplay concert tomorrow. Today August 8 this hotel canceled our rooms. We have been in contact all day and they report that our credit card is not valid. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. We were able to rebook our rooms but for much higher room rates. At the end of the day she told us they had no more rooms available. PLEASE NOTE WHEN BOOKING ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL.

Close to the centre and a couple of metres from the metro. Small room by clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were very large for the price and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The location of the hotel was really good as there is a metro station and an amazing friteria across the road!

Very simple and plain, no special facilities. Good if you need a place to sleep on a short trip. Metro station Stuyvenbergh is right outside so the train station and expo are extremely convenient to reach.

I used this hotel for my stay for a business trip. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone! They made a mistake with my reservation (via Booking.com) and when i arrived, they said that the reservation has been cancelled by me. They put me into a wrong room, charged me without providing invoice, lied that they will send the invoice later, didn't do it even after numerous reminders, calls, e-mails, complains from Booking.com. In the end provided fake invoice, which I could not use to expense costs at my employer. Next to this, 1 month later they charged me also for my initial correct room! Without telling me, without any notice. I found out by chance when checking my bank account. Absolutely criminal and non-professional attitude. Shame on them!

Easy access to the hotel, metro or tram stop right next to it. About 10 minutes from the center of Brussels Capital by metro, various convenience stores and snacks and what is practical, a small food store open in the evening. Hotel staff welcoming and available if needed.

they had party in hotel and i couldn’t get to sleep ! i had to change my room and also second problem the heater wasn’t working properly! make sure double check before get this hotel
