When You choise that etablisment forget about civilisation. Dirty rooms,dirty inventaryes,any facilityes that find in an hotel. Very noisy becouse everywhere is persons that speak strong started 7am to 23 pm,plus alot of childs that îs let it in the comons areas. If You wan't to have a bad experience don't comme anytime here.I realy can't understand how BOOKING have a partenship with Something like that,I can't understand how Bruxelles autorityes accept to exist a place like that in the town.

Sloppy hotel, room was not clean, various items were loos like washing sink, toilet etc. Definit a hotel to avoid visiting. I pay 150 euro for 1 night way to much for the quality provided

Absolutely filthy. The bathroom has black mould in it which is making me even sicker than I was when we came to stay here. The cost per night is absolutely astronomical for a place as dirty as this. Go somewhere else, for your own health.

Bittersweet. The place is 2 minutes from schaerbeek train station, breakfast is nice and people are friendly. However the room was a bit dirty and smelly (specially from cigarettes).

Summary: Don't go to this hotel! I repeat a comment from booking com because I totally agree with it: "It s the worst hotel I stay in my life, and I travel very often with my work.. I felt like in a prison cage..room was very very small you could not move around..all sorts of stains on the walls..the lingerie on the bed was very used...the staff was unfriendly and arrogant and so on..i would never recommend the crap hotel.."

No aesthetics. The washroom door doesn't lock from inside. Just good to sleep overnight. Corridor looks clumsy...

Staff great and helpful, location near the tram station but the place was quite dirty.

Not the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room we were in had a broken door to the shower, and after we were moved to a different room, it had a broken mechanism to close the window. But it is cheap, and if you want to stay in Brussels for cheap... the beds were totally fine. So at least you'll get a good nights sleep.

Staff were very kind, comfortable beds, nice room.
