The specialists are quality but the secretary at the reception on the 1st floor deserves a few lessons in citizenship: No hello, a call to order for the mask (even though she herself does not wear one). Trying to make an appointment 15 minutes before it closes, someone is deliberately picking up and hanging up immediately. Not too professional. After 5 similar attempts, I think I'll go to the competition.

I went there for a cardiology consultation the doctor is rather quick and efficient, a little late like everywhere but nothing alarming I have nothing super negative to say regarding the welcome everything went very well, plan a bancontact would be ideal 😉

I have been getting my vaccine there for 4 years and no problem. On the other hand, this Saturday morning, I came across two ladies at reception who didn't seem very aware and then when I saw the doctor he told me that he only does blood tests, not vaccinations. In short, big nonsense on this one!! No one will see me there anymore.

I find it very sad that you are already being fobbed off as a Dutch speaker on the telephone. Does Evere fall outside the language law: Brussels is still bilingual. I will certainly not return there a second time: lack of humanity: you have to find your own way there and a chair: you never know if you are sitting in the right place: the fun of looking at a wall is certainly a plus!!!
