Friendly staff but they handle the rodents quite harshly. When I asked about bedding the staff member I was talking to had no idea what I was on about and I really hope the hamsters don't have to stay with them too long because they barely have any bedding in their cage. They require 5-15 cm of bedding and they barely had 2cm. Another member of the staff was being obnoxiously loud for no reason. I hope I just walked in at a bad time. They do have everything you need for fish, birds, rodents, cats and dogs and possibly also for amphibians and reptiles. It's wheelchair accessible but the store is quite cramped.
