Bought 12 bottles of milk on Thursday Feb 18 18:33, used 1 on Friday and found its non consumable (milk was stinking). Took remaining 11 bottles back to store on Feb 20 1600 and was told as per Lidl policy they don't return milk. Store manager named Gaetan was probably the rudest person I ever met.

I was frustrated today one of the cashier whose name is Natalie was humiliating, disrespectful and very impolite. As a customer, I would never shop from this Lidl if I face this kind of behaviors ever again.

Dirty trolleys, mess in the corridors. There are upsides, too - free underground parking, car spaces for families with kids, reasonable prices. I honestly avoid this place because of the mess and trash.
