Terrible experience. We ordered a lounge on line. Pre-paid and got it delivered more than 2 months ago. The same day (only a few hours after the delivery) we informed them 1 piece is missing. 2 months later: numerous phonecalls, emails, completing of links, sending photo's etc etc we still have a lounge we cannot use. Now they tell us we have to take it up ourselves as they are only the contractor .... Never again. Waist of time and money. Friendly people on the phone but none of them helped me for one inch.

Great variety of toys but not only. Still if you want to visit it you have to make a reservation. It is huge and the personnel really helpful and kind. I will visit it again for sure.

Not a big Dreamland store, so a limited selection of toys. It's hidden between buildings and easy to miss when driving. Free parking on site.

Very Nice situated very Nice service

This shop mainly sells toys but has some additional articles like computer/multimedia peripherals, gaming stuff, office articles like pencils, pens and (drawing) paper, also depending on the season they may have Xmas decoration or (inflatable) swimming pools. Prices are average. After sales service is quite good.

Nice selection of toys but prices have gone up quite dramatically. It used to be more affordable a couple of years ago. Music played is way too loud, parking tickets are a pain, but free if you spend no more than 15 minutes indoor which is hard because there is a line at the cashier's!

Friendly staff, a big assortment of toys, games, Holiday articles. But also items for office and school. Recommended, just like any other Dreamland shop. If you like my review, the please 'like' it.

Cross between Toys R Us and The Range. If you happen to be over there from the UK, then buy all the Lego you can from here. It's the same price in Euro's as the UK. So essential, because of the exchange rate, works out cheaper to buy from here than anywhere in the UK. Nice. Shame I couldn't really afford to buy any. And carrying it back on the Eurostar would of been a pain. Some stuff overpriced, like the Apple USB leads. Needed a 2m one so had to pay out. Amazon UK, of course, for the same lead, were over £10 cheaper.

Good parking, the store has a very good selection of toys and related things for children of various ages. The personel is very friendly and helpful too.
