The
gym
has
a
great
atmosphere,
and
all
of
the
other
members
are
really
great
people
and
fun
to
interact
with.
The
gym
has
the
essential
facilities
to
actually
be
called
a
gym,
unlike
some
other
large
corporations
who
call
themselves
a
“gym”
but
have
a
pitiful
free
weights
section.
The
gym
is
able
to
accommodate
5
people
each
with
their
own
lifting
platform,
bench,
and
rack,
and
they
are
even
expanding
and
increasing
this
number.
The
platform
and
the
rack
are
essential
for
completing
core
strength
building
lifts,
and
frankly
I
find
it
disappointing
that
many
of
the
other
gyms
in
Brussels
I
have
been
to
had
either
none
of
this
equipment
at
all,
or
had
you
fighting
with
4
other
people
to
share
one
bench
or
rack.
Honestly,
one
of
the
best
parts
of
Brussels
Barbell
is
that
I
know
that
I
am
going
to
have
everything
I
need
to
get
a
meaningful
lift
in
a
reasonable
amount
of
time.
Now,
what
you
are
paying
for
at
Brussels
Barbell
is
not
just
a
gym
membership,
but
a
Starting
Strength
certified
personal
trainer
who
will
be
there
to
give
you
advice
and
improve
your
form;
a
guaranteed
platform,
rack,
and
bench
to
ensure
that
you
can
work
on
all
core
strength
building
lifts;
a
personalised
workout
programme
to
increase
strength
that
will
give
you
visible
results
if
followed
consistently,
and
just
a
great
place
to
lift
with
great
people!
The
head
coach
here
(Steve)
is
a
knowledgeable
person
who
is
there
to
help
you
every
step
of
the
way,
and
without
his
insights,
I
would’ve
stayed
at
a
plateau
on
many
of
my
lifts.
Before
making
the
decision
to
join
Brussels
Barbell,
I
had
become
seriously
unmotivated
because
i
wasn’t
seeing
very
many
improvements
in
my
lifts.
In
the
six
months
that
I
have
joined
Brussels
Barbell,
I
have
made
more
strength
gains
than
I
have
in
the
past
4
years.
