Decent gym and price. But I was really upset how they misrepresented their flex membership cancellation policy. On the website it said only 2 weeks notice by email was necessary. Going off of that, I cancelled my membership 3 weeks in advance. But, in the fine print of contract, it said must cancel a month in advance. They said I was still responsible for the next month fee. Customer service as horrible and not helpful. Basically actively try to screw you out of a months membership.

the staff looks super bored, most of the time giving more attention to their smartphones rather than the customers. besides that, the gym is huge and very well situated.

Unfortunately the maintenance has really decreased. Ceiling is leaking water. Bad smell everywhere. The entrance door does not even work anymore. People are allowed to play music on their own speakers.

Spacious, well located, with a view, and nice staff.

Very calm, no stray weights, everything in the right place, squat rack, good ventilation/airco in the fitness, open windows in the locker rooms, overall very clean. Only the showers (for men) need a thorough cleaning with bleach and better ventilation because there is mold on the walls and ceiling. At least the water is warm and pressurized.

The gym tends to be smelly and it has been often the case that some services are not available at all times. Staff should be more responsible on making sure that everything works properly

Spacious, outdoor view is quiet and quite nice ... all over is great place to work out your body and mind

This gym is the worst Basic Fit gym I've ever been to. Old, limited equipment, weird floor plan and a leaking ceiling.
