    Machines are new but the amount of machines is very limited. Free weights is super limited and clientele is on the old side and bitter.

    Very well equipped and situated in a calm area. You have most equipment for training plans from CrossFit to heavy lifting. Did I mention that there is a parking lot? So if you are to lazy to warm up, you can drive your lazy self there. 😂😂
