    Horrendous customer service experience. They just do not answer emails and packages are missing in action. It is a shame that a company with great quality equipment like Rogue USA let's their European subsidiary ruin their image.

    Hi team Rogue , just wanted to personally thank Antoine D. for all his excellent communication and customer service since my visit to your store in Bornem 2 weeks ago , I failed to make sure I had all my purchases when leaving the store and he has been so helpful in resolving my issues , well done and many thanks 👍

    Returns are a nightmare, poor delivery, the slowest company I have had to deal with Ordered a lifting belt, chose rogue as what a thought was a reputable company. It took ages to arrive I think maybe 3 weeks, the package arrived ripped open, dirty and what I felt was poor quality for the money, it had Velcro that had not been sewn down all the way to the edges, bobbling on material that indicated use (The belt was not a rogue belt). I understand this happens sometimes so sent it back and Rogue did refund my delivery cost (UK) after another 3 or 4 weeks I decided to check the tracking as I had heard nothing, when I checked it was refused by rogue and was being returned to sender. I have e-mailed rogue twice in the last 2 weeks to complain and ask for an explanation and refund but I have heard nothing. Would have been ok if the item itself arrived with no issue but if you have to return/exchange your in for a very long process with poor customer service.

    Products are great, but the delivery and customer service are terrible. I don't mind paying for shipping costs, even if the order value is huge. But if you do, make sure the service is good. And reimburse a customer if this is not the case. Not something Rogue Europe cares about.

    Be very careful buying online at Rogue Europe. The delivery system is a nightmare and you won’t be able to get a hold of a shipment they mess. I bought three shirts (they are not cheap at all) believing that Rogue was a trustful brand and it is the first time I am having trouble with an online order. Worst ever don’t take the risk. Customer support eventually replies after 1/2 days, but after not solving the issues ,they don’t reply after some days, I find it impossible to understand what is happening with my order or where did it go. Terrible. I’m really sad for not having the T-shirts of a brand I really liked.

    Don’t order Rogue online. I have received a the wrong order. Specifically, ordered IWF plates and received cheaper one. Announced and documented it in the same day of receiving the goods. Secondly, follow up by phone and was assured I would get a fast feedback as my case is quite “straightforward”. Third, reminder via email, no reply. Fourth, wrote on FB messenger and hoping for an answer. Terrible customer service in my case.

    I didn't expect such a bad service from a company like Rogue! Ordered weightlifting shoes in my usual size (same as my other ones). Shoes are to small and I returned it from Switzerland (needed to pay import taxes + shipping to Belgium > reason for package "Return"). Then nothing happened and I needed to ask Rogue if they received the package. Answer "no". Checked tracking and saw that it was hanging with BPost. As they only offer phone contact I asked Rogue to check with them why I need to pay such a high amount of import taxes etc (as it's a return..). They replied they don't help and I should check myself. After several tries of contacting BPost (also not responding anymore), Rogue still denied to help. Then my package was delivered back to Switzerland (needed to pay another delivering fee). Wrote Rogue about two weeks ago and still no answer to this day. Sorry but what customer service is this?! No customer service at all. Very disappointed

    These people have a huge lack of control in the shipments and in the treatment of the products they send. I've been waiting 25 days for some t-shirts to arrive (I'm still waiting) ... customer service sucks. They do not respond to customer complaints and ignore complaints and requests for reimbursement. They are truly incompetent.

    Miserable experience. Mickael S patronizing response was trying to essentially insinuate the fault I was reporting was due to user error, even though it was a physical impossibility. I thought Rogue were a reputable brand - but reading the reviews on here, it seems there is at least one weak link in the chain.

    The place to buy your equipment in a long radious. I ordered a bunch of plates including the 25kg one and the ladies there didn't even ask if i needed help moving them they just started loading my car instantly ^_^. Now that was good customer service.

    I bought a folding reverse hyper machine from these folks a few months back. I nearly didn't as I read some bad reviews re. deliver and returns. My own experience was great. The product was great, arrived quickly, no dramas. Very happy.
