Returns
are
a
nightmare,
poor
delivery,
the
slowest
company
I
have
had
to
deal
with
Ordered
a
lifting
belt,
chose
rogue
as
what
a
thought
was
a
reputable
company.
It
took
ages
to
arrive
I
think
maybe
3
weeks,
the
package
arrived
ripped
open,
dirty
and
what
I
felt
was
poor
quality
for
the
money,
it
had
Velcro
that
had
not
been
sewn
down
all
the
way
to
the
edges,
bobbling
on
material
that
indicated
use
(The
belt
was
not
a
rogue
belt).
I
understand
this
happens
sometimes
so
sent
it
back
and
Rogue
did
refund
my
delivery
cost
(UK)
after
another
3
or
4
weeks
I
decided
to
check
the
tracking
as
I
had
heard
nothing,
when
I
checked
it
was
refused
by
rogue
and
was
being
returned
to
sender.
I
have
e-mailed
rogue
twice
in
the
last
2
weeks
to
complain
and
ask
for
an
explanation
and
refund
but
I
have
heard
nothing.
Would
have
been
ok
if
the
item
itself
arrived
with
no
issue
but
if
you
have
to
return/exchange
your
in
for
a
very
long
process
with
poor
customer
service.
