Unprofessional and reluctant service. I was waiting there for quite a while, but the shop assistant lady pretended she didn't see me, Then I asked another shop assistant man for a pair of shoes of 44,5 size, he said it's a woman style, there was no so big size, Indeed it's not a woman style, I said I was wearing the exact same shoes for a year, then he went backside and found this size.

Being a rookie tourist I felt lost at first. But I got lucky and a very careful sales consultant was there to help. She helped me with all the aspects, answered numerous dumb questions and finally had me equipped for my first outdoor trip. I did not ask her name but later, during the trip, I was thankful for the right gear advice.

Maybe good products...but awefull arrogant service... the first contact with a vendor he doesnt even say hallo but imposes me to give off my backpack...like u re a thief at first regard!! Just awefull experience

The staff is not so friendly or they don’t dont know their stuff in the store. I had this multiple times. They dont speak dutch and it is very expensive.
