10€ even if you arrive in the aftenoon for staying two hours.... Seems that for someone it deserves the same price than the culture (??)

Beautiful small lake where you can enjoy a swim and relax. The sandy band is an amazing place for kids to play and dip their feet in the cool water. The place is clean, yet the bathrooms need a bit more attention. There is a shower too. You can also enjoy a cool beer at the deck for an afternoon chill. Prices are reasonable and it gets crowded on weekends and holidays.

Beautifull little cooling place on hot days. Nice touch to install the large tv during the world cup. Parking though is a bit tough.

Nice place. Children enjoyed too much. No food allowed inside. We bought some chips for 5 euros but the chips were not very nice. Plenty of drinks to buy inside. Quite clean. Nice bar and terrasse. We need more places like that.

We went there on sunday, so it was quite full. Not exactly relaxing. Anyway, the lake is super nice, a welcome refreshing in hot days. There is also an artificial beach with volleyball and a slope. There is also a restaurant with a belgian kitchen and a kiosk for drinks and ice cream. What I found annoying was that at the entrance, they checked your bag, no, not for safety! They want to check that you do not bring any food or drinks inside. So, no coke! We only had some fruit so we could keep it. But other people had to leave their sandwiches outside in the sun. Given that the entrance already costs 10 euro, no reduction for kinder, I think that it can weight a lot on families. I did not like that attitude. Let me add one thing: It is not like you would bring your picnic at a restaurant: you do not pay entrance in a restaurant, do you?

Very nice and clean beach with a lovely restaurant. Peope should respect the rules by not bringing any food with them and I can understand it for the hygiene. People complained about prices but it is not very expensive considering it is for the whole day.

The beach is nice, clean and well maintained, but the water is muddy, cold and smelly. The "lake" is really tiny. Entrance fee and prices at the bar are really too high for what you get. WARNING: Police check the roads around the lake and issue fines of over 100€ for "illegal" parking. More specifically, on Route de Renipont, parking is prohibited on both sides of the road (although there is no road sign indicating this). In case the small car park next to the beach is full, I would recommend parking very carefully or just changing destination!

Already reading the replies of the arrogant owner to the customer reviews rings alarm bells - "stay away"

it's not much, but it's as good as it gets for a getaway from Brussels, especially with kids who love water

Dirty dark cold water, I can't take food for children like yogurt or something special what children like and what they don't have in café, there are no sun loungers and umbrellas, both children fell ill with colds and diarrhea after visiting this place, now we will look for places with a clean pool for swimming, we will not go here again.

Terrible. Full of people. Food is not allowed. 10 euros to get in. A guy at the entrance putting a bracelet on everyone; touching many people one after the other.

Food good - but something is missing - normal - price too high - waitress slightly annoyed - look at the friendliness of the waiter - it would easily be 5 stars

Positive: Pleasant natural water, good atmosphere, considerate guests, well-kept lawn and little beach area. Negative: it's not a lake but a shallow pond, 10/8 EUR entrance p.p. seems very overpriced, especially considering that no food and drink are allowed inside (except water and fruits).

Terrible service. Food discrete but service awful. Waited 30’to get some bread which never arrived and when I paid did not even apologise or did a discount for serving cheese alone.

The lake and surroundings are really clean and nice, there's a small restaurant to order food as well. However, the entrance (10€, and 8€ for under 6 years old) is ridiculous, especially considering that you're not allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks (except fruit). It's possible to buy food and drinks there, which are however also really overpriced.

😠 Don’t waste your money. We did go there last Wednesday 14th of June, set menu. Slightly tired salmon for a starter, hard to chew sad looking portion of pigeon, not very fresh salad, the list of culinary misery is longer. Definitely not a quality food experience, not even one dish worth remembering....

😐 Great food, good sized portions. Prices are high, but not unusually high. However, what throws me off in this type of restaurants in Belgium is their blatant refusal to offer tap water to their customers, and their ability to flatly say no when you specifically ask for tap water. We don't eat out ev...

🫤 I never rate a restaurant like this. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 parmigiana escalopes for delivery this evening, the pizzas were not bad but the escalopes for 21€ with not even 100g of veal (I think 100g for the 2 dishes) are downright stealing, there was 3 times more tasteless cheese than meat. Hones...
