As a teambuilding experience, it was worth it. I felt safe during the entire course whcih has 4 parts. Sadly, typical of electronic heavy experiences, sometimes they do not work. Thus my team did not get all the points we should have. But the challenges are engaging and they build a team spirit. Also, when I wanted to signal for someone to come and help with my unresponsive badge nobody showed up. Perhaps the place is a bit understaffed. What is truly unique is that at the culture or knowledge part of the experience, companies can input their own questions, personalizing it.

Great place to play this puzzle solving game, at the end there is a nice parkour that i liked! You can do it with family or friends or coworkers...

All in all a fiasco. I organized my daughter's bday party there, booked in advance (since summer), no confirmation email received with mandatory requirements, nothing (and they said it's OK as a confirmation email it's not needed....really???)! Two weeks before the party I called daily, no answer, not possible to reach them by phone (they say that indeed they have some "technical issues with the phone". ??). On the day, they explained that only kids above 1,40m could enter the escape room - I didn't know about it in advance ("but it was mentioned in the General conditions....")! Only two of them were below 1,40m (one was 1,38m and one was 1,35m) but we did not want to separate the kids as they came to be together and have fun at the party, right? You cannot imagine the disappointment of the children as they were so looking forward for the escape room. They offered instead karaoke or golf but no one to entertain the kids during the activities, so the children did not know what to do so they were all over the place and very quickly bored asking me what else to do - how would I know? That is exactly why I paid Koezio for. If you plan on going there make sure your guest are above 1,40m otherwise good luck entertaining them on your own as no one else will. Or better yet, find another place to spend your money on. A place where at least someone bothers to pick up the phone or to send you a confirmation email with the mandatory requirements. At the end, to "compensate" for this we received a gift card for only one player to come back there one day....but guess what, you need to call them before to activate the code... :))))))) P.S. If you buy the anniversary package from Koezio with cake and picture included, and one of your kids/guests have gluten intolerance, make sure you bring a cake for them yourself...there is no option there. The kids were eating cake and the one girl who had this gluten intolerance was just sitting there looking at them. Another detail that I would have wanted to discuss over the phone, but then again....not possible. Being on a Sunday, the shopping center was closed so I couldn't go anywhere in the area to buy her something. So embarrassing...Not to mention that there was no photo taken either. For info - I have paid 200 euros for this anniversary package. At the end, the children agreed that it was the worst bday party of the year so far. :)

Really enjoyed a lot! For someone who’s scared of heights, the obstacles were scary but doable. Intense level of positive stress. It was fun!

One of the best addresses in town to eat a truly Italian pizza. Delicious and a varied menu and great Prosecco too! Loved having a table next to the kitchen so you could see everyone hard at work making delicious food for guests.

I would not recommend this place unfortunately: the bar service was slow and not correct, drinks and snacks we ordered during the music quiz were never delivered and the camera of the music quiz was not working. We had to ask the staff to make less noise while dragging chairs and tables while we were still eating

A brilliant Event Location where we spent a lovely team event. Full of action, team building and kind of a playground for grown ups. Can recommend really to do it as well.

Friday night Karaoke and while we had fun with our group, the service was not ok. The drinks took a long time to make and with the QR system you couldn't prove what you had ordered to show what was still missing. Also, they had mentioned beforehand that we could choose from a list of 10 tapa's with our drinks. There were only 4 different ones and we could only have the quantity I pre-ordered, no extra's.

Fun place for inviting your friends. Has a lot of fun puzzle, sport activities. The instructions are available in french, netherlands and english. The first time I went there was on a friend's birthday, great experience. I was a bit unsatisfied on some parts, mostly it was great!

I loved it! I went with a group of friends and we had such a great time there. It just ended pretty quickly. It was also a bit confusing to find the overalls and they gave us not enough time to change clothes, but besides that everything was fine. I would definitely recommend this!

Great pub that offers a big variety of foods to accommodate the activity you're doing. Playing darts? Finger food! Karaoke? Share a pizza! The bar offers both beers, wine and cocktails alongside granitas and soft drinks. Book a space and bring your friends :)

The review is for the escape room. Bad service. Unclear instructions. Untrained personnel. We paid 7 euro and they gave us half face photo. Skip it

The minigolf is really not fun and the worst minigolf experience of my life. The attempt to gamify it by putting videos and touch screens might be funny, but the game experience is totally different and you dont feel like actually playing mini golf. you finish the parcour way too fast and it feels rushed and not well thought through. Can't recommend.

We went there for karaoke , many and most world popular songs are not reachable and even u have the chance and find it , it is not the original version. Need to update ur list of artists and albums to meet all different type of music specially the oriental one very tiny options are available. Very nice decoration and light system.

The “Elite agent training” is a nice team game. The kitchen was closed so we couldn’t order any snacks after our teambuilding activity. I mean… do you really need a kitchen to make nacho’s? A bit disappointing ending to a nice team afternoon.

Had a really good time, can definitely recommend but keep in mind that it is a bit physical at times.

I have been this place with my work P&G and it was really a drama to get things done right. We had a full package breakfast-game-lunch and Dart/Karaoke but none of them was ok. Breakfast service was very poor - for 70people they bring small baskets and try to keep up with it. Coffe/served weirdly in waves :s The game: i must say it was an excellent idea but poor execution. Language options are not properly available and you need to call representative who does not come. Language is most critical item in the game because you are receiving mission. Amount of people in each district is not properly controlled. Clashing with each other and cueing at district 4. The lunch: such a big drama. What voor management would on earth put one guy to serve for 70people drink and food :S Food restrictions are not clear, had to argue on what is included in soft drinks etc. It took 2hours and maybe more to serve food and drink which was also badly organized. I valued most the guy who was serving us because he was doing his best but problem was organization. Dart was also another drama but anyway in the end i would not recommend this place.

Cannot get a phone number for customer service and can only contact them by email. They refuse to give a refund for a cancelled event. I had reserved 9 tickets for my sons birthday, but found out 4 days before the reserved booking that most of the children did not meet the height requirement so I had to cancel my sons birthday and they refuse to refund me because I already paid. Since my sons birthday was cancelled I have no need for 9 child tickets for Koezio. I had to open a dispute case via my credit card which will run investigation on their claim of not being able to refund me. Although the event looks like a lot of fun, this experience will make me think twice about going there.

Very fun and original entertainment for kids and adults. Also good as work group activity. You divide into groups. Better if you are in groups of 3 (if adults), some places are very small for more to fit in. Careful for anyone afraid of heights.
