My friend made lunch reservations for 2 to celebrate my Birthday here. Upon arrival there was nobody greeting us or even acknowledging us, after waiting for some time we decided to walk in and ask for our table. The person told us that we could sit anywhere we wanted (inside or outside). We sat outside on a table for two only to have a waiter come to us 10 mins later to tell us that that table was reserved and that we could sit anywhere else, I was obviously annoyed at by that time and asked her “So which one is the table you reserved for us?” And she said “whichever one of these two” they obviously didn’t reserved anything and just kept inconvenience us. The cocktails are poorly made, they add too much of the bitters which makes it impossible for anyone to have more than 1 or 2 sips. The pasta was delicious but they add too much salt in it. Just a bad experience overall, no customer service, no organization and “Blah” food.

Terrible experience if you don't have children. This place is basically a kid's party salon. I suppose the food is acceptable and the staff do the best they can. But the extreme noise and chaos ruin the whole brunch experience.

Really fun atmosphere! The brunch buffet was great but there should really be water or something included in the 35€ brunch formula.... For this prices orange juice should also be included! Hard to make it through with no drinks. But again... The food was great.

not really italian food. The pizza was too thick, the tiramisu was dry with no taste of espresso or amaretto, the caffe was really too long, like a tea.

Great for brunch with kids on the weekend. Includes a clown, a bouncy castle and face painting. Lots of delicious food, not cheap but worth it.

A nice place to have lunch. Service is basic, could be better. Food is tasty, but there is no consistency in quality. One time you have a good dish en the next time you order the same dish, it sucks. Price is ok.

For us this is the best place for brunch with friends and family. Delicious food, friendly service, so many activities for the children. We absolutely love it. Would be there every Sunday if we could. Thank you for the concept and for making Sunday brunches a great family activity.

Went there for an event, very pretty. It was a bit overcrowded because the organizer only booked one room for about 500 students but the vibe was there. Possibility for very loud music, there was a bar where you could get soft drinks and water. There was also a vending machine in the lobby where you could buy various snacks and drinks including water that was actually cold and fresh.

The place is nice. Food is also nice. But they have to rethink the whole brunch experience: there were too many kids jumping and screaming around, making it a very unpleasant experience. It’s just too noisy. Maybe they should define areas for families and kids… Then there’s a shouting clown, making it even worse. Suggestion: keep the clown and the kids in the terrace area, next to the bounce castle. Also, the buffet area can get easily cramped. This could be solved by creating a one direction system or by having two areas with food. It’s a pity. Food is good, but I can’t recommend this place. Sunday mornings shouldn’t be this noisy.

Attended as part of a conference and was a fixed menu. The quality of the food was nice. Good balance of healthy food and good flavors. Staff were very attentive.

Score is based on their Sunday brunch offer. Love that they have multiple options (without drinks, with 2, with Prosecco) at varying prices. Wide variety of options including pizza, pasta, meat, etc. They also have play areas and animators for kids. Will come back.

Had a great experience at La Fabbrica for Sunday brunch. Wait staff were very attentive and ready to help. Food was constantly being replenished. Lots of selection and very kid friendly.

They were able to accommodate a large group (10) quickly. It was fast to have our orders taken. Food was good but once our orders were in, our server never returned to the table. Even when additional items were requested. They were busy and appeared understaffed.

Very beautiful place to go for a brunch. It is very cozy, they accept reservations for small groups, adaptable for families and kids. There are a large variety of salty and sweet foods. The service is continuous, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

2nd time I came here and was very impressed the first time. This time the food was still very good, but we had to frown several times at the service. Waiter couldn't care less and most of our group even left after getting tired of waiting for the coffee. Guess he just had a really bad day?

First time here and probably my last too - food was sub par and the waiting time to be served was too long. the waitresses seem to always be ignoring our table. wouldn’t recommend unless you have loads of time to kill and a big enough stomach for space to fill it with better food.

Fresh and tasty food, calm location with 2 terraces, one is covered; very bright atmosphere; free parking around (in summer time only? to be checked). Ideal for a business lunch. Free shuttle between L'entrepôt Royal and Gare du Nord. We plan to host an event there in October and we're very excited about this choice: I'm certain it will be a success! A special thanks to "Virginie" for a warm welcome and very professional service!

Limited choice but good food, good portions. Polite staff. For one reason or another they kept bringing us drinks that we hadn't ordered, and then apologised and went away. But the staff was nice and polite. Service was also in reasonable timing considering the crowd.

Great for brunch with your friends or family! There was A LOT to choose from and the quiches and cakes were delicious! Make sure, though, that you reserve your table in the upstairs section if you don’t want to get overstimulated by the kids and the crowd (especially when you are in a small group of 2-4). Overall, great place to have brunch, make sure you don’t have to eat again a few hours later 😅

We organized an Event during a conference in BXL (ESGCT). A whole walking dinner, whole evening open bar and use of all the facilities they have (Beamer, cleaning after, Microphones, stage, etc.). The preparation before the event went amazing. Thanks to Virginie who responded quick, was friendly & warm and super flexible we were able to do the event exactly like we wished (even with last minute changes). The service during the event was fantastic, friendly people, delicious food, nice guidance and so on... I am a happy customer and would advice everyone to take a look at La Fabbrica. It looks amazing and unique!

The management would benefit a lot from having his outdoor tables and serving staff reorganised. Luckily the young boy at the inside entrance could take our order right away, the food quickly was quickly ready, and very tasty.

Paid over 11 euros for a salmon poke bowl with crunchy/ undercooked rice and less than 10g of salmon... Threw most of it into the trash. Would not recommend.

Excellent Sunday brunch. Good selection of all kinds of foods, savory and sweet, lots of vegetables. Pleasant for big and small visitors alike. Make a reservation in advance.

Nice location director next to the Tour& Taxis. Quite expensive, but great variety of tasty food, even for vegetarians.

Went there for the brunch formula on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. The food is very good, Italian of Italian inspired, lots of choices for vegetarians too, and the desserts are out of this world (the pancakes and cakes were my favorites) possibilities are for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Excellent Italian food in a wonderful place. On my last visit, the service by a new young waiter was approximative, but very friendly but eaged to improve, so no worries!

The food was allright (though pricy), but the servie was not. It turns out one can not split a bill there. Why? "It's a very busy place, with very busy clients and there's no time" - said a very rude wiatress. I replied that it takes two seconds to divide 60 euros to two, but she was adamant that it is a labourious and timeconsumping process...

I went for the full brunch options with two drinks (35€ per person). The food was delicious and the staff super friendly. Compared to other similar offers in the city (trust me I’ve tried out a few), La Fabbrica is definitely in the top 5… I wish there was a wider range of prepared meals other than veggies cooked on their own. Drinks (juices) were on the smaller side. Also, I couldn’t give more that a 3-star because the restaurant was clearly under-staffed and nothing was ready when we arrived. We had to stand waiting for about 20min though we had a reservation. I would go back but not before a little while 🙂

Food was very good and diverse, also good for the children ( no French fires, thank God). Entertainment for children was top: ours are a bit tiny for the inflatables, but the clown with balloons was so nice. He even came to our secluded table to offer a balloon as our kids (2.5 yo) were too shy to go to him. ❤️

We had a sunday brunch there, i d say it is too expensive for what it offers. 35 € for adults including two drinks!! And we payed 15 € for my 4 years old daughter! The buffet is very simple and so is the animation for the children. We will not come back there.
