I brought in a family heirloom ring as I was worried the stone was loose. The gentleman there took the time to look at it and was very honest in telling me that it was not necessary to be tightened. Honest and trustworthy, great service!

Caution: high end sales only, no sincere repair ability. Came by a week earlier with a ring that had to be replaced by insurance. Consequently, the diamond was separate from the ring. So, with the ring only, I described the service I needed (essentially mount the stone to the ring once received). After examining the ring, they agreed it would be no problem for me to come back with the stone. A week later, I was back, and the same employees were there. This time, it would not be possible. I won’t guess as to the reasons (but will characterize as not friendly). Frustrating, to say the least. Insult to injury, they seemed quite annoyed when I asked if they could perhaps suggest another colleague in town who does this sort of work. Again, not sure why. But, anyway, steer clear unless you’re looking for something new and *from them* (at very high minimum pricing) — not accurate to say they have a desire or ability to repair anything.

Avec mon compagnon nous avons participé à un atelier en vue de créer nos alliances. L'expérience fut vraiment très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés à un résultat parfait, tout à fait professionnel qui correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. Le volet symbolique de la démarche est évidemment à la fois central et très gratifiant. Concernant l'atelier en tant que tel, on a passé un super moment. On a été très bien accompagnés dans une ambiance détendue et conviviale. La petite bouteille de champagne et les biscuits à disposition sont une délicate attention qui ont contribué à cette belle expérience. Niveau du coût l'atelier et le prix des alliances nous ont semblés tout à fait raisonnables !

On a fait des alliances ! C'était FANTASTIQUE ! Vous êtes chaleureusement accueilli, bien guidé et recevez de nombreuses explications. La cerise sur le gâteau est bien sûr l'alliance que vous fabriquez l'un pour l'autre ! Je donnerais 1000 étoiles si je pouvais !

Ma compagne et moi avons réalisé nos alliances personnalisée lors d’un atelier d’une après-midi avec l’équipe de Manalys. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir et recommandons cette activité!

Nous avons participé à l'atelier de création d'alliances, c'était réellement une expérience unique que nous ne pouvons que conseiller! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'ambiance ouverte et pas trop « scolaire » de l'atelier, l'enthousiasme des bijoutiers à partager leur passion et l'accueil attentionné et chaleureux. Nous avons vraiment appris pleins de choses, c'était une occasion unique de découvrir un univers qui nous était totalement inconnu. Nous avons réalisé nos alliances de A à Z avec l'aide Julien, et sommes repartis à la fin de l'après-midi avec nos alliances finies et même gravées par nous! Un tout grand merci pour cette chouette expérience, que nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander autour de nous!
