Honestly the rudest customer experience I've gotten. I went to have my watch's battery replaced because a friend reffered the place to me. I went and was asked for my watch's warranty and if I send my watch to the manufacturer with the warranty it'll be free. But I went to Inno for the convenience that I won't have to wait that long and go through the hastle of sending and receiving the watch. And then she proceeded to tell me that the person who changes battery is on break and come back later. Normally I would be fine, understanding and let this go. But this sales lady's attitude was just very rude and unfriendly. I wasn't very rude nor demanding mind you. I went to the watch store a down the street and they replaced my watcher's battery without giving me a hard time.

Small Inno. has a very tiny parking space underground (don't enter with a big car!) the Inno itself has several floors, but doesn't seem to offer the trendiest clothes anymore. Also, they closed their public toilet which is a shame (hard to find one acutely in the area!)

Sad really how much in the past this kind of shopping experience belongs. The store is great and so are the people keeping it running. But my wife and I had a gift certificate and literally none of the brands we were looking for are available. Given the frustrating experience with the online Inno marketplace I'm afraid there is little to keep them going in the long term...

My favourite shop in whole Belgium. Very very good quality! And always very friendly staff.

Very nice place to go shopping during the holidays

Very big apparal store in compared to others in Mechelen. Clothes are available in many different brands and in all the ranges and designs. It's spread across two floors. Home decorations items are also available.

A good place to get branded things, aug and Jan month have good discounts but other months do not. Good variety of things like watches, handbags, wallets, home decor, cosmetics and clothes.

Good quality products

I was there for a perfume and the workers are nice, very helpful too.
