Cleanliness need to improve... Bed and pillow was very unclean... AC and TV remote not working.. not suitable for couples and family...

Rooms are okay. There is no room service, No AC, no hot water, poor room service. No breakfast. Overall not worth it. I'll Never visit this hotel again..

Won't recommend this place of you plan to stay with your family. Stayed overnight here and the rooms are not clean. The towels and bedsheet are so used, you can't even feel like using them. Worst thing is their room service - we kept calling them in the early morning, since our bathroom heater wasn't working but no-one responded. Bathroom is so pathetic. Overall it's not worth at all for what you are paying .

This hotel in Kovilpatti was quite and homely. In October 2023, they charged about Rs. 1,700 for single occupancy in a double bed room. Air conditioning was comfortable, and toilet fittings were good. They also provide complimentary breakfast, in Ganesh Hotel, 50 metres away. It was a comfortable and nice stay here.

The linen was awful. The bathroom door couldn't contain the water within the bathroom and water leaked through the door into the room. There was no light above the mirror in the bathroom, making my shave very difficult, with light from the ventilator directly behind my back.

In the busy road. Very spacious parking. All hotels are nearby and nice, courteous staff. Nice to stay.

The rooms are okayish with poor quality bedspreads,mattress,TV and everything . The service was quite poor as we had call them many times to listen to our complaints . The only good thing is there is an aasife biryani just downstairs so access to food is okay . The most disturbing issue with the hotel was the bar was attached to the hotel so the smell of liquor was vry disturbing....

Average hotel to stay. Hotel is big and is nearer to bus stand and market. But the rooms are very small. I stayed in double bed room and the bed was so small that it was not able to occupy 2 people comfortably. Bed and Bedsheet was like it is taken from charity donations.Bathroom knobs were broken and the mirror was broken. There was some odd smell in the room and it was unbearable. Overall I would say it is an average hotel for what you pay. Paid 1500 for the room and it was not worth of that price.

WORST WORST WORST HOTEL. NEVER EVER THINK OF STAYING HERE WHATEVER THE REASON COULD BE! UTTER WASTE HOTEL WITH WORST FACILITIES AND CRAZY STAFF. THIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT STINKS.
