What an experience! My friend had stumbled upon Sabrina’s salon and, even though we contacted her the day before we were leaving El Zonte, she was incredibly gracious in fitting us both in! It was easy to communicate in Spanish or English via WhatsApp — Sabrina’s responses were always super lovely! Super lovely welcome upon arrival too. My friend went first so I waited outside in the “waiting area” (a couple of chairs and a small table — no fan or air-con though!) — I got bitten alive by mozzies within 5 minutes, so make sure to take bug spray if you think you’ll need it! … I actually had to leave and go for a walk, as they were biting me pretty bad! Once my friend was done (she went for a 45-min massage), it was my turn (I opted for an hour-long massage). Sabrina’s pressure was amazing!! She was also very respectful of particular body parts I didn’t want touched. The aromatic smells, air-con, fans and music made for a perfect blend! And I don’t know what pressure points Sabrina hit, but I was floating — and even a tad out of it — for about 30 minutes post-massage … I’ve never felt like that before … wow!!!! Highly recommend :)

She's not only thorough in identifying your knots and making sure to work those knots out, but she also brings about a soothing energy that makes the experience that much more pleasant. Relaxing and therapeutic experience with a skilled massage therapist in the most beautiful oasis! I've gotten multiple massages here in my stay in El Zonte and each puts me in a trance like state. Sabrina has a magical touch, I've had relaxing and see tissue massages with her and both were equally excellent, effective and enjoyable. She is a professional who continues to train and add to her skills so that she can provide the highest quality experience to her clients. Her prices are also unbeatable in this luxurious beach town. I can’t begin to describe the most incredible massage I received from Sabrina. Over the last 35 years I’ve had hundreds of massages - mostly in my home country (Canada) but also in other countries when I’m holidaying. I can honestly say Sabrina’s massage was the absolute best I’ve had (5 stars across the board!). My hubby booked us a 90min couples massage with Sabrina & Jill. What an incredible massage, I had Jill and she was so in tune with my body and knew just the right amount of pressure to apply. I left there so relaxed. She used aroma therapy to begin and the massage starts face up. You’re in this beautiful outside tent with dim lighting and they have a fan going to keep you nice and cool. Highly recommend it, treat yourself.

I have been surfing 3+ hours a day every day on my trip and my body has been taking a toll I talked to Sabrina about where I was feeling the pain and she got to work right away She uses the perfect amount of pressure and was releasing knots that I didn’t know I had in my back, legs, and neck Went surfing right after the massage and felt 10x better Place is easy to find, quiet, not too hot, and very clean I got in contact abs scheduled everything via Instagram but I’m sure she has WhatsApp also 10/10 would recommend

One of the best massages I’ve ever received. Went for the 75 minute deep tissue massage after several long days of surfing. Sabrina worked magic on my shoulders and back. I highly recommend Lua Massage if you’re in the area.

I was pretty sore after doing the Santa Ana volcano hike - I had some low back pain. I really wasn't expecting to have that fully resolved but was hoping for some relief. It was the best massage I've ever had with deep pressure (tolerable and effective). Low back pain gone! I went on the Tamanique falls hike that same day and was loose as a goose without issue - it's an easier hike but I still felt good after! Thank you - wish I could take her back to Canada with me. The set up for the massage was really neat and relaxing. I loved that there were real live birds singing in the background!
