Every time we order, it never arrives at the time they say. What's more, at the time it was supposed to be delivered, it is a lie and on top of that they change the status to “delivered” which is a lie. They always do the same thing. From the time it was supposed to arrive, we wait at least half an hour, this being the day when we have to wait the least, because there are days when it lasts more than an hour. On top of that, you call the store and they tell you that the delivery person has already left, which is a lie, and other times they have you on the phone waiting for them to tell you something about where your order is. There are even days when they even pick it up... you need several calls. The truth is that for the €4 they charge for shipping, they should respect the delivery time a little more. Or on the day when orders are tightest, they could get in touch to let you know that it will arrive a little later. But they never do that and never will. We have already filed two complaints, and what good are they? Not at all. Because we continue the same as always. You know what time you order, but you never know what time you are going to eat pizza. Shame of service…

READ IT IN FULL PLEASE. THIS SHOULD BE KNOWN BY EVERYONE. I have colleagues who work and have worked at Telepizza Yuncos... Terrible, they handle everything with their bare hands, 0 hygiene, they can touch their armpits and then it goes to your pizza. Also, every time I order from Yuncos it is terrible, COLD and disgusting... They take 30 minutes longer, at least... than the delivery time they indicate approximately.

A real SHAME, we just ordered 2 medium ones for 28eur via app they were promoting "The new carbonaras" don't be fooled like us, a lot of edges, not a lot of ingredients, cold, there is nothing new, terrible quality, delivered on time but what's the point? the product is not good.

Pizzas depend a lot on who prepares it. Sometimes the dough is too thin and with too much tomato, it falls apart by itself. Sometimes they add almost no ingredients and other preparers add with enthusiasm.

I have ordered a few times since it is one of the few that delivers at home in my area. I have been sick on one occasion but the most common thing is that they always arrive late and not a little and, as other people say, they always tell you that they are in delivery... Today is going to be the last time I order because it's definitely not worth it to me. They arrived half an hour late, so I was almost surprised and everything, but the pizzas didn't even look fresh, the dough was like a stone, it was difficult to chew it. The ingredients are more of the same, so since they are not interested in providing a good service and they are simply going to spend their hours and take the little they are paid, then I don't ask and that's it, it's very expensive on top of that.

I didn't like the pizza. It was the second time I tried Telepizza and surely the last time. I felt really bad after I ate there and the pizza has not much taste...

Hemos pedido tres pizzas familiares y no podían estar peor. Secas, tiesas y frías. En lugar de masa clásica era una masa mediana estirada hasta hacerla familiar sin apenas ingredientes, imposible q estuviera más dura. Me siento estafado. No volverá a pedir jamás.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0. El tiempo de llegada bien, lo han cumplido pero para nuestra sorpresa han llegado medio frías (que no nos hizo gracia,pero fue lo de menos dada la circunstancia), muy secas y los bordes duros, tiene toda la pinta de ser masa recalentada, y para colmo una de ella llevaba mezcla de 5 quesos, con lo que debería ser más jugosa y había zonas que no tenía ni queso, era masa manchada de tomate y nada más. Solemos pedir cuando nos juntamos con familia y amigos y las últimas veces no era gran cosa, pero desde luego como lo de hoy lo nunca visto. La pena es que cuando las hemos abierto ya se había ido el repartidor, si no desde luego que se las lleva. Una vergüenza. Lo dicho, secas, sin ingredientes y medio frías. Nos sentimos estafados, 50€ tirados a la basura. No volveremos a pedir.

Fatal. This is the last time I order home delivery. It took them two hours to bring my order and on top of that they delivered them crushed and the outside box was wet. The delivery guy tells me it's because of the humidity, I don't understand the humidity, I think something fell on him and what's more, they were half raw and the ingredients were invisible. They are becoming more and more of a disaster...they never deliver the order on time...in my case it was a 1 hour and 15 hour wait that turned into more than 2 hours!!

Servicio nefasto. Las pido a las 20.25 para que me las lleven a casa sobre las 21.30. Después de llamar dos veces (que me ha costado lo mio que me cojan el tlf ) me dicen que están en reparto. Han llegado a las 22.35. Con decir lo siento tienen suficiente. Vamos que por lo que estoy leyendo no ha sido una cosa puntual, es su manera nefasta de llevar el negocio. Una y no más.

Servicio de atención de pedidos muy malo,después de una hora,seguimos esperando una pizza,pedida a las 21.26 y son las 22.40 y no ha llegado,y llamamos para preguntar y dicen que está saliendo de tienda ahora?en serio? Dónde está su publicidad,en menos de 30 min,es mentirá....ya es la segunda vez,pero esta vez es demasiado..... No son serios y no cumplen lo que dicen
