For the price we paid in comparison to the other hotels relatively near the airport, i don't you can't ask for more. Clean rooms, friendly staff and nearby restaurants makes this hotel a great recommendation.

I can't rave enough about this Holiday inn express in madrid-rivas. They are our life savers. We, the dorks that we are, miscalculated our road trips & ended up back to Madrid 2 days earlier than anticipated. The staff was more than accommodating, and they were super nice. They made us feel welcomed. I'm glad I'm a ihg rewards member, and noo it's not a paid advertisement! I've just been treated well at their hotels since I started to to book with them. They are affordable and breakfast is included!! I am thankful & it made our trip worry free🥰😊

A good deal for the high Madrid prices. Good breakfast and kind staff. Should need a support for the girls at the front desk since they are pretty always by themselves, this causes long waits and stress for them. 15minutes drive to downtown Madrid. Would stay there again!

Easy to find, free parking. Clean room and respectful daily cleaning during a longer stay. Decent breakfast with a big variety of things to eat. The motorway close by not too loud. Strong shower stream and nicely smelling soap and shampoo :)

The hotel is comfortable clean, and very well located. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for two guests. Staff are polite and helpful. Great customer service. Breakfast displays a variety of choices from fruit, cereals, milk, oat milk, and much more. We felt at home at this hotel. The location is convenient. We drove to different places including Madrid in less than no time. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel when in travel. Room was clean with surprisingly spacious bathroom. The breakfast is included in the room price. Big outdoor parking, not guarded though (but the lights were lit for the whole night there). It’s well connected with the highway. Popular fast food restaurants and a shopping mall in the walking distance.

Very nice hotel,very clean, friendly staff

The rooms were nice and clean, however the most annoying thing I find is a double room with only one chair to sit on. The breakfast options were also not great, there was hardly anything for vegetarians, merely croissant and coffee, which was utterly disappointing. Plus, it was so crowded, the space wasn't enough to accommodate all the guests. Location wise it's good if you have a car, we had to take a cab to go to the city.
