(Translated by Google) What good is it for us that supposedly "the best professionals" are in public health if they give you an appointment (through the app, because the phone is never picked up) for 7-14 days? You have to practically beg your family doctor to do tests and to refer you to the SPECIALIST because you have strange symptoms... A few years ago (before the covid) and after a lot of insisting on the head in different appointments, they did some analysis tests: After 3 days they called me by phone telling me to run to the health center to have more tests done and I was referred to a specialist urgently because they had seen something strange... Until we have something serious they don't pay attention to us or what? If tests and revisions were made in some cases we would not have something serious. Also a few years ago I needed MENTAL HEALTH assistance (depression and anxiety). The head of this center told me that "it wasn't that bad" (yes it was, she couldn't be aware of how bad it was after seeing me for 5 minutes) and that the only thing they had was group therapy sessions and a waiting list. 3-4 months. Because my family was able to pay me a private psychologist and psychiatrist, because otherwise I don't know what would have happened to me. I needed medication and a couple of years of therapy. Now in that sense I am phenomenal, thanks to having paid me a private. They say so much about mental health lately... In the public it seems that it is only for extreme cases (many of those cases, if they were treated in time, would not become extreme, and possibly I would have ended up like this if not for going to one private). I recently had some health problems, and I went a week later (when they gave me the first available appointment). The nurse literally yelled at me saying I should have gone earlier, sorry? In the end it was nothing serious, but he told me that I should have gone to the ER (I think the ER is for serious things and people who are really very ill, and it was not my case, I do not want to saturate the ER if it is not essential) . Then it has happened to me several times that they make the PRESCRIPTION wrong and you have to go back to have it modified (example: in the electronic prescription it says only 1 box and it turns out that you need 4 boxes for the treatment, but the pharmacy does not let the system take more if the doctor has made the prescription wrong). Total, you have to go back to the clinic and wait again (on top of being sick, instead of being in bed resting, because of course they don't pick up the phone) and have the doctor see you again (because the receptionist can't expand the recipe, of course). At the reception, if you are friendly and polite "in general", they treat you well, but they go calmly and slowly... And there's no need to pick up the phone, which I don't understand because there are several people working there (I take my grandmother's appointments with the computer, because they do not pick up the phone). They say there is saturation, but you go to the health center and... the waiting rooms are often practically empty?! If there are supposed to be no appointments because it's full! When I'm sick lately I usually go to the pharmacy where they treat me phenomenally and many times they care more than the doctors. I'm really tired and frustrated, really. If things continue like this, I'm going to change to the private one, which is precisely what I didn't want to do. BUT UNDER THESE CONDITIONS YOU CANNOT CONTINUE IN THE PUBLIC, AT LEAST IN THIS HEALTH CENTER.

(Translated by Google) The administrative staff at the entrance are the worst professionals that public administration can have, they treat you with bravado, arrogance and bad manners that people don't deserve, they deny you until there is an emergency. We know that public health is bad but they should not pay for it with sick people who all they want is to be cared for or use their position for political purposes. I just hope they get what they give because they are real human trash. If you have any problem with them, complain personally against them. As for the medical staff, I have not had any problems and they always attend well. (Translated by Google) Your way of working is embarrassing. In 2016 I went because of a very big pain in my gut and the doctor told me that it may be that I ate something bad or something. I went back after 3 days and he told me the same thing. I decide to go on my own to another hospital and they detect perforated peritonitis. Again I contact the hospital because I have anxiety because I had been sleeping for about 1 month for 1 hour because my father had cancer, discomfort.... my father died the previous week and I call the doctor to talk to the psychiatrist to see Between the two of us what can we do? Waiting after two days, the unpresentable doesn't even call me. The Villablanca Health Center is very well located and has the primary services to provide assistance to the community. It is well maintained and clean. Even though the reception staff is sometimes not the friendliest, they do resolve things as much as possible. There is a lot of change in medical personnel, which is somewhat uncomfortable in terms of getting to know and following up with medical personnel. The system for obtaining and changing appointments is excellent online and can be done without having to go to the Center.

I've been calling all morning to ask if the list is open and it's IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH THE CENTER. They don't pick up the phone there or what? My rating goes to management. I'm already thinking about changing to this center because I find it embarrassing how badly the people who are supposed to pick up the phone work. I don't understand it or they are incompetent or they pass everything. The administrators are a bunch of unpresentable, unpleasant and unprofessional people. One of the worst I have found so far. There is no need to treat the staff so badly, people don't go to the doctor because they are bored at home, they go because they need it. Let's see if they give you some classes in empathy and customer service!!! You just have to see the ratings they have. And nobody does anything, it's shameful, not to mention the waiting lists that this center has, you make an appointment in person or by phone and they give you a two-week appointment when in other centers they give you a maximum of 2, three days. To people who go through similar situations, I encourage you to make complaints, it is the only way for them to pay attention to us.

It has been our health center for more than 5 years and regardless of all the excesses and eventual collapses caused by the immense demand for Health throughout Spain, we feel very well cared for. Our GPs and nurses, in addition to the great laboratory team for taking samples for analysis and the administrative staff at the box office, the vast majority, despite the excess of people, maintain sympathy and education, with the few cases being very rare. of abuse received and rejected by me, in these 5 years. My special thanks to Dr Bonnet, who recently retired, for his good treatment of me and also to my new GP, Dr Lázaro, who during Dr Bonnet's absences has attended to me and now, as my GP, has always demonstrated and transmitted his human quality, his attentive dedication and professionalism to my previous and current health cases, for which I am immensely grateful! Thank you all very much with my best wishes for you and your loved ones, this Christmas 2022 and in 2023. I would also like to thank you for the always kind and professional attention that I have received both in person and by telephone from Irene, Ángeles, Elena and Miriam! Many thanks also to Irene and Nazaret, I hope they will soon be permanent staff!!! Long live 🇪🇸 Spain! A big hug to everyone. Pierre Michel Marteau Van Wetter

My two-month-old son's vaccination appointment was canceled 45 minutes in advance. The solution they give me is a telephone appointment in two days with the pediatrician or a meeting with the director in three. Or wait for a pediatrician to arrive at the last minute. It is a shame. I have been told that there is a demonstration and a collection of signatures at eleven this morning. I encourage everyone to join. Thank you.

Horrible…to this day (my daughter is one and a half years old) they have never picked up my phone. And the center takes me 10 minutes by car to go down for a moment to make an appointment. Unfortunately, from the first day I took my daughter with Sanitas and it is wonderful how well they serve you, speed dating and answering the phone. Public health in decline, today I try again to take it and I have made four calls throughout the afternoon without success. Definitely fatal

Regrettable in every way. The thing about the counter staff is to vomit. The first thing you encounter before opening your mouth is a snort and a pout. Dr. Losa is, precisely that, like a stone on your head. Bad faces, 0 interest, he does not get up from his chair and denies you any prescription that any other professional has sent you despite having all the pertinent medical reports. He denied me the drug subsidy to stop smoking without relying on any medical criteria other than his own. Don't forget to applaud everyone out the window for their good practice and dedication.

(Translated by Google) Vexatious treatment by one of his doctors. It is incredible that there are doctors with so little empathy and respect for the patient and their ailments with phrases like "you have to be less of a girl and put up with the pain", "it's 8:30 p.m. and I want to go home with my family, I'm until the balls of seeing all the patients” (he proceeds to show me the sheets) and a few more pearls while he doesn't even stop to evaluate the patient, because he wants to leave as soon as possible. Leaving a person with pain in addition to a clear picture of anxiety without attention. I am convinced that he would not say the same to his children. A pity the bad situation experienced and the neglect of the psychological part of the patients, how many things could be avoided...

(Translated by Google) As for the blood tests, a pathetic update. Six toilets, four DJing, one at the computer distributing little bottles and one organizing the queue. Until there is good. But they have you standing inside the room where they do the extractions and watching how they stick people. Meanwhile they commenting that if the vein is fine, that if it moves, that if the needle this or that...

The workers at this center are the worst there is, they have no idea about anything, they only know how to receive orders that have no scientific basis, they are brainless sheep who only obey their owners without respecting the Hippocratic oath they signed. They only seek to maintain chronic diseases and for sick patients until their death they only know how to prescribe pills that never cure. And what they like the most is to put vakunas since that raises their salary considerably,

I just moved to this health center due to a change of address and it is the worst thing I could have done. I had the afternoon doctor, who honestly left a lot to be desired. Studying so much has been of no use to him, he has no empathy whatsoever. It's obvious that he doesn't like his job.

The pediatric service at this health center is collapsed. Theoretically there are five paediatricians, but almost all of them are on sick leave and the Community of Madrid does not send substitutes. You cannot make an appointment, only go for emergencies. If you get them to attend to you, the service is good.

I don't know what is happening in this Health Center, but for some time now the situation is terrible, most of the pediatricians there are on sick leave, the last times I have gone I have been treated by doctors who were not mine and with bad manners, you see the staff listless. It's hard for me to believe that all this is a coincidence, I'm not saying that the professionals there do their jobs poorly, but this didn't happen in that center a few years ago. I hope the situation improves, because when you go to the health center it is because you are sick and not because you want to.

Impossible to contact them by phone. It's exasperating.

😠 I have never been to a clinic where the employees have been so incredibly rude and discourteous. After one bad visit to see Dr. Angel Muñoz, I thought I would give this clinic another chance but after my second visit to this clinic, nope, NEVER, no way. I have been to this clinic 3 times already. Es...

When we got there, they gave us the questionnaire and then asked us for a passport photo. And without it, apparently, th...

😠 Today I had an appointment at 4:50 p.m. for an ultrasound derived from Social Security. I arrived on time and they didn't call me until 6:30 p.m. after telling the counter when they were going to call me, first when I had been 30 minutes they told me that they had already taken the flyers and that I...

😠 The owner of Clinic Model Esbeltic Dr. Marcos Delgado Mora performed a blepharoplasty on my eyelids on August 31, 2018. He insisted that I pay in advance. I trusted him, so I followed his instructions. I was hoping that everything would go smoothly since it was a fairly simple upper eyelid blepharop...
