Osea, me hacen perder tiempo y pasar por su propio médico para que terminen facturando con un volante diferente que inicialmente me rechazan y además sin mi permiso, porque el volante lo tengo yo en mi poder y ellos no tienen copia... Porque no me merece la pena el gasto de energía y tiempo pero dan ganas de denunciarles y reclamarles ya que han facturado un volante sin mi consentimiento y a mi me supone un jaleo tener que volver a sacar un volante nuevo y más pérdida de tiempo...

    Clínica antigua, la sala de espera es ridícula y los tiempos de espera parecidos a la seguridad social. Las doctoras de medicina general bien. Las recetas y las bajas las tienen que imprimir fuera de la consulta porque llevan por lo menos un mes que no funciona la impresora de la consulta.

    Muy buena profesionalidad en cuanto a la rehabilitacion. Me hice una fractura grave en el humero (codo) hace 2 meses y medio y gracias a la profesionalidad del fisioterapeuta Juan junto con su compañero Pablo estoy recuperando por fin mi movilidad, tanto que mi cirujana esta muy contenta a pesar de la gravedad de la fractura. Siento que estoy en muy buenas manos y me transmiten mucha confianza.Aun nos queda trabajo por delante pero ante todo somos positivos y trabajamos dia a dia con ganas.

    No he tenido nunca ningún problema hasta hace unos meses, el trato en recepción fue malísimo, bordes, y lamentable el trabajo de la podóloga Maria Luisa Valero Medina. No recomiendo para nada a esta doctora. Después de dos años para tratar un papiloma en el pie, no me lo ha curado y he pagado el tratamiento para nada (más acudir durante dos años a consulta y más el coste del seguro). Así que mucho ojo si te planteas pagar un tratamiento con ella. He cambiado por Centro Integral Henares y mucho mejor que HM Hospitales, que además no contestan a las reclamaciones, y cuando lo hacen no escuchan al paciente alegando solamente una respuesta subjetiva del médico por otro lado...

Como se comprende? Si estoy bien me podrían tocar la espalda, pero si dice eso es q sigo mal y me da la alta asi.
