    My husband and I started training with James in March 2020. Since then we have both seen a real improvement in our fitness levels and particularly our strength. I have always had pretty weak legs but since training started I've really improved my lower body strength which in turn has helped my running as I feel stronger and fitter. James's sessions are well structured and give us a good focus point in the week l, he keeps regular contact with us both and motivated us to have a healthier lifestyle. I would highly recommend James for anyone wanting a healthy kick start that will make them feel motivated and fitter after each session πŸ‘πŸ˜

    Great personal trainer all round. We have been working with James for 6 months and he has been a huge support not just in the sessions but with regular check in’s for advice and tips, brilliant that he came to our house too hugely convenient. Really flexible and a nice guy all round would highly recommend his services

    I have been training with James for over 8 months and achieved great results, an important goal for me was to introduce fitness into my daily routine and keep going with it for longer than a few wks before giving up. It’s been 8 months. James Sets achievable and realistic goals that are Sustainable. And mixes every class up so no session is ever the same. James gives real support and guidance.     I've been training with James for 5 weeks now and have noticed a significant improvement in my fitness, along with consistent weight loss. James keeps my workouts interesting and I actually enjoy going to the gym now too, which is something I never thought I'd say! Definitely recommend if you're looking for some motivation and support.

    Like a lot of people I don't like the gym but a personal trainer I thought was just for "other people ". I reached my 50th birthday and had put on weight during lockdown and knew that if I didn't get help I would just continue eating and putting on weight. I spoke to a couple of trainers on the phone but when talking to James I felt a lot more at ease. I started my sessions with James and from the first session I loved it. I wanted to work hard and get results. James helps with nutrition to, and really motivates me without putting any pressure on. He comes to you and brings everything you need. James is friendly and positive, even when you have had a bad day or week he doesn't make you feel bad he just encourages you and points out your positives. Anyone thinking of getting a personal trainer should definitely take the plunge and do it. But do it with James. You will get the results you want and have fun doing it.     Started training with James three weeks ago and loved every workout. He’s been really supportive, checking in with us every day. Really helpful with tips and nutrition. Feel so much better in just three weeks and lost weight and inches too. Would highly reccomend!πŸ˜„

    Been working with James for 6 or 7 weeks and I've finally started to see results! I like the fact that James brings the equipment I need to enable me to work out from my home. He mixes things up so each session is not the same as the previous one. He is encouraging and challenging at the same time, if you're slacking he will tell you so! I really look forward to my workouts!

    James is a professional who takes the time to listen to your aims, personal circumstances and will devise both an exercise and diet plan that will be tailored to your needs. He has personal experience of being overweight which I believe makes him a much more sympathetic trainer, but he does not take it easy on you! His evolving exercise plans will mean you will not get bored and be constantly challenged. I would highly recommend his services.

    James is very good. Set me a realistic program that I could stick to on a regular basis. Each session I had with James was different so two sessions were never the same. When James thought a particular exercise was to easy James would make it harder, with James’s encouragement I managed to achieve both the exercise James made harder but more importantly with James constant help, support and motivation I was able to achieve my short term goals together we are working on my long term goals.     Never had the confidence to go to the gym and didn't have a clue what to do when I was there. After booking James I was very nervous but he made a feel at ease he advised me at what exercises were best for me, and gave daily/weekly help to maintain and achieve my goal. He’s gave me the confidence that I needed to be able to workout and feel I know what I’m doing. I Highly recommend James to anyone who lacks self confidence when it comes to exercising.
