lot
of
people
I
don't
like
the
gym
but
a
personal
trainer
I
thought
was
just
for
"other
people
".
I
reached
my
50th
birthday
and
had
put
on
weight
during
lockdown
and
knew
that
if
I
didn't
get
help
I
would
just
continue
eating
and
putting
on
weight.
I
spoke
to
a
couple
of
trainers
on
the
phone
but
when
talking
to
James
I
felt
a
lot
more
at
ease.
I
started
my
sessions
with
James
and
from
the
first
session
I
loved
it.
I
wanted
to
work
hard
and
get
results.
James
helps
with
nutrition
to,
and
really
motivates
me
without
putting
any
pressure
on.
He
comes
to
you
and
brings
everything
you
need.
James
is
friendly
and
positive,
even
when
you
have
had
a
bad
day
or
week
he
doesn't
make
you
feel
bad
he
just
encourages
you
and
points
out
your
positives.
Anyone
thinking
of
getting
a
personal
trainer
should
definitely
take
the
plunge
and
do
it.
But
do
it
with
James.
You
will
get
the
results
you
want
and
have
fun
doing
it.
