I bought a super king size quilt in a box in a package. When I brought it home, the quilt box was unlabeled, not a super king size, it was a king size, and the staff there were rude. Just to have this problem and with disrespect, we had bought 360 pounds from this store the day before, but unfortunately they are not respectful at all and they are fraudulent people, they put different genders in pumped boxes, they did not treat us well.

Large carpark including disabled. This store has a large selection of household goods which are all well laid out. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.There is also a nice restaurant located inside the store for refreshments. Most things you need for the house are available here

Good quality furniture, and homewares! Always enjoy shopping here, so much choice. A cafe inside, free car park.

Unable to return a faulty item as I didn't have the receipt, even though the transaction was within 28 days and I had proof via my credit card statement. The girl at the till basically said you can't without your receipt yet by law the following is applicable so the staff clearly need training or the policy updating: "If your goods are faulty and you don't have the receipt, you still have the right to a repair, refund or replacement as under the Consumer Rights Act. You just need to show proof of payment, such as a bank statement with the transaction on it."

First time visiting a Dunelm store. Come for some blinds. Great choice, and great price. They also sell some fantastic quality curtains. Best I've seen in some years. They also sell a large collection of kitchen gear, beding, wallpaper, etc. Will definitely visit again

Good store, well stocked. We purchased through click and collect a small rug for the living room in front of the log burner. Got a text 10 minutes later to say it was ready for collection. Easy collection process. All in all good service.

A favourite shop of mine, I love buying home items. Friendly staff and helpful and the ladies in the cafe too. The cafe serves delicious food for a very reasonable price. The baked potato and salad is gorgeous as is the toasted cheese and chutney sandwich with a tasty salad and crisps. My mom and I love it here

I like this place for stuff for the house. But..... the cafe at the back has changed my life. Such amazing value for money and lovely helpful staff. I had a jacket potato with tuna and cheese. This place is a hidden jem.

The staff are lovely, the quality range of products is great, and you really can't fault it.

We love Dunelm & regularly visit at Wolverhampton. Decided to Xmas shop there & also visit other shops on site. Had a mooch about, lunch in the cafe there (very nice) A week later a threatening letter & a £60 parking fine, nice reward for our continued loyalty, Merry Xmas to you! Two fewer customers for the new year 😔

Store is great. The cafe let's it down big time. Been waiting to be served for 25 mins. Only want a coffee. One person serving. Queue was huge behind me. Everyone gone. Sick of waiting. Shame this lets the shop down and makes for a poor experience.

Had a few issues with a click and collect order - kept sending the wrong product. In store staff were fab , realised product was barcoded wrong and searched their stockroom for the product I wanted. Faultless refund for wrong product and one happy customer 😀

Such a vast array of items for your home! From bed linen to curtains, desks and cleaning products, even items for your kitchen and a cafe. I hit it just lucky in the sales and grabbed some absolute bargains! I did a haul that should have cost well over £300 for just £150. The store is clean, easily accessible, well laid out and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very very poor. Instead of apologising both duty managers wanted to shift blame and make excuses. I also received shrugs of shoulders and a nonchalant attitude from one. A fine example of how NOT to treat a customer nor set an example.

Good shopping experience but there's so much in the store it can feel a bit squashed.

I will give the cafe a 2 star , as I feel the staff are not friendly and they very unfair to the food options, they don’t serve any baps after 12pm I was waiting to be served, waited for 10 minutes before it got to 12pm, I also feel like it’s not child friendly I will not be going there again the food isn’t great either.

Good quality items, perfect if you can get them when on a decent offer / during a sale. Otherwise a little pricey in general in my humble opinion.

Absolutely horrible level of service. Offered, then failed to provide an e-receipt, then refused an exchange as the receipt that was never given was required! For like for like, current stock, fully retail packaged item! Crazy process. Better service literally anywhere else. Prices also a rip off. Same stock next door in B&M with different stickers. Won't be returning after years of customer loyalty.

Great selection of items , lots of well priced sale items . However was disappointed in the cafe , the staff member serving was very unfriendly almost to the point it was kind of rude . My 4 year old autistic son was talking to them asking how they were etc and not even a smile he was just ignored . Made us feel very uncomfortable

Please do not agree to the parking contract operating on the car park all disabled beware. This private company is contracting the blue badge even though they provide bays under the equality act 2010 the sign should read more like customer disabled parking thank you for your cooperation you have been warned cowboy parking here at retail park

Great range of products. Excellent lighting section. Prices are fair and good discounts are available on selected products. Friendly and helpful staff.

The cafe staff are very helpful and the soup and cake are delicious however having the air con and fans running at full pelt all day makes it a very cold/unwelcoming and uncomfortable place to enjoy a meal. After asking the staff if they could turn it off they said that only head office has the control to do that. Very sad situation 🥶

Lovely shop visit regular use the coffee shop once a month unfortunately the cafe staff are abrupt and rude at 12.15 pm I asked if there were any sandwiches which I was abruptly told NO they hadn't been delivered cake choice was very limited also chose 2 sultana scones as this was the only option. Server served us with bad attitude like she didn't want to even be there !!but could find plenty of time to chat to co worker , 21st September 2023 . It's not cheap to have drinks and food and you don't want to be made feel like you are an inconvenience 😤
