I
visited
a
few
weeks
ago
to
get
my
new
kitten
a
scratch
post.
I
phoned
beforehand
to
see
if
they
had
the
one
in
stock
that
I
wanted
and
the
lady
I
spoke
to
on
the
phone
(Micaela
-
sorry
not
sure
how
to
spell
it!)
was
so
friendly
and
took
the
time
to
go
and
have
a
look
at
the
scratchers
for
me
and
offered
some
advice
over
the
phone.
When
I
got
to
the
store,
the
particular
scratcher
I
had
in
mind
was
much
bigger
than
I
had
thought
so
i
chose
a
different
one.
I
went
with
the
Great&Small
Snuggle
&
Scratch
Rope
&
Climb
Cat
Scratcher,
which
is
fab
quality
and
looks
lovely
in
my
home.
Micaela
also
served
me
in
the
store
and
was
brilliant
from
start
to
finish,
she
was
incredibly
helpful
and
even
fetched
some
plastic
bags
to
cover
the
scratch
post
as
it
was
raining
really
heavy
outside.
She
asked
where
I
was
parked
and
when
I
told
her
I
was
at
the
very
back
of
the
car
park,
she
insisted
I
bring
my
car
round
to
the
front
and
she
brought
the
item
out
to
me
and
put
it
into
my
boot
so
it
didn’t
get
soaking
wet.
She
was
just
so
friendly
and
helpful,
a
credit
to
the
store!
My
kitten
is
also
very
happy
with
the
scratch
post!
