Highly recommend either salons where you will be warmly welcomed by the lovely ladies who are friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. I’ve tried most treatments over the years but my most recent was a reflexology pedicure, the most relaxing treatment I’ve had in a while. I highly recommend I didn’t want it to end and I’ll definitely be booking another! Thanks Lisa!

Been in twice this week to get holiday ready! Firstly had a Leg and Bikini Wax with Lisa. She made me feel super comfortable with such an intimate treatment and made sure I was happy. Then I had my nails done with Safia. This was my first time meeting Safia and she was so lovely and friendly. I went in with an idea for my nails and she helped to make it a reality. Had the pleasure of a hot stone shoulder & back massage with Lisa. All I can say is what a fantastic experience it was. Super relaxing and Lisa really did work her magic on my tight muscles. Definitely would recommend this gem of a salon.

I visited the salon for an eybrow shape/tint. I was really nervous after a past experience (at another salon) many years ago, i explained this to Karen and straight away she filled me with confidence and within moments my fears had vanished - Karen went through everything with me and discussed the colour she thought would suit me most. At the end of my treatment all i can say is WOW!!!! my eyebrows looked fantastic, i am more than happy, i cannot stop looking at them. The team are so lovely and i have already booked for my next treatment, thanks again Karen for giving me some confidence back.

I've been visiting the vanity case for years. All of the staff I've met are really friendly and welcoming whether I visit the Aldridge or Clayhanger branches. They're always so professional, knowledgeable and impeccably well trained. I'm always put at ease when I visit and feel pampered when I leave no matter which treatment I have. I've moved out of the area but still come back to the vanity case for treatments because of the service I receive. Thank you so much for the amazing service over the years.

Lucy did my gels again today and she always has such lovely ideas to add a sparkle to my finger nails ! So kind and proffessional , Lucy makes you feel very comfortable as soon as you arrive . They're gorgeous thank you very much ! 😊

The service was amazing with lovely staff who were very polite and really friendly to chat too, they made me feel comfortable and welcome! I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, the results were great and they knew exactly what I wanted! Overall, they were great and have the best service!

Having had a problem with my nails last week, Karen immediately booked me in to rectify and offered a 5 star service. Much appreciated. I have also previously had my eyebrows done by Lisa and she did a great job and was very friendly.
