I ordered a vegan meal which had a real cheese slice in the burger. Took it back, got a refund, for the burger. Had I been allergic to dairy and eaten this it could have been more serious. Assistant manager didn't really seem bothered, better customer service would have been appreciated.

Excellent well run branch, food was quickly prepared, staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Unbelievably the food looked like it does in the pictures. Hard to be surprised and impressed at a McDonald's, but I was. Great work 👍🏾 This branch has limited seating upstairs.

Fast service, food was good for a Mcdonalds. Place was very busy at lunchtime, not many seats. Gents toilets out of order too.

My worst experience at this branch, I still remember the rude and raciest assistant I ordered through the machine , paid and waited for my turn the assistant serviced 10 orders past my number!! almost 25 minutes I thought maybe it’s taking some time when I wanted to ask ! She told me with loud voice “Please don’t tell me what to do I know your number”, and then I wanted to say that she served 10 ppl while i was waiting keep in mind my 8 years old kid was with me she immediately said “PLEASE I Know what I’m doing” ….. I waited for another 10 minutes when it’s time to give me my order she asked some colleague to give it to me as if she was very bothered with me!!!!!! We was renting near by when we reached the house the food was so cold we couldn’t even eat it i was very frustrated and angry for this bad horrible experience.

Apart from the WiFi and MacDonald apps payment issues, everything else is fine. The service is normally what to expect, foods are often as great as what I had the week before, and will be similar to what I am going to have in a month time. So, please provide better Apps.

My milkshake does not taste like vanilla. My friends vanilla milkshake doesn’t taste like vanilla, it tastes like strawberries. We got the wrong straws, no ketchup and another milkshake tastes like BANANA? We also didn’t receive the right sauce what we ordered. Really sad about my milkshake I want a refund. One service lady was nice tho

All was good, except for the fact that the paying machine didn't give me any receipt, so I didn't even know what my number was. Hopefully the administrator helped me and assured that my order is not missed. But still, they need to fix it.

Took 25 minutes out of my 30 minute break to get my food. Kept constantly calling 56 and several members of staff knew I was number 59 as i had spoken to several of them. Then finally realised that ‘56’ was actually meant to be ‘59’ and blamed the fact that someone had already said 59 even though I asked several times if someone did or not. The food was super called and no compensation was given.

There was food missing from our bag. Ok, we didn't check it while there, but we didn't think we had to and the place was packed. In the children's happy meal we choice the toy but received the book. It shouldn't be that hard to read a screen to assemble an order. Az least the toilet had paper and soap.

When into purchase a burger and a staff member approached me in a very aggressive manner to write a review to get free fries. I was forced to write a review and then she insulted me by saying "I was very ugly too" When I didn't even say anything to her. I found her really rude and sad she needed to say that to anyone let alone a customer. Mc Donald's need to train there staff just to be nice and friendly. I will never go there again.

Very busy location with not so clean seating. I found the staff was rude. I asked for a cup of water & staff was passing some insulting comment in "Hindi," & I understand Hindi language. That was weird. Tables were not clean & trash bins were overflowing. I can't complain about the food it was as per McDonald's reputation.

Its a McDonalds. So it is what it is....Absolutely jam packed at time of visit. Could not get a table on either level. Had to eat outside on street. But it filled a gap before a few hours in the Natural history museum up the road.

Nice place. But not cleaned regularly for.the about of people and best of with medium. Large was a rip off. Medium volumes for large value... when complained was told I had it... charming

The food was very hot and delicious. The employees were very fast and also kind. It was a little difficult just to find a place to sit. I think the reason it was so busy was the New Year's holiday.

Spoke to guy at the counter about gluten free, he had no idea what we was on about went to find out and came back and told us something was gluten free that was actually on a sign next to us saying it wasn’t! Then proceeded to take the kids orders and still messed up the order where we paid for more items than we wanted and didn’t get the food we requested.

Incompetent people. This is the second time I order from this place and the second time I get a completely messed up order. First time I had two articles missing... figured mistakes happen. Today, I ordered a happy meal and an adult meal, and I received 4 bottles of fruit shoot... and nothing else! No food at all!! Seriously? Is there a manager at this restaurant ensuring the work is done correctly? Probably not... never ordering from them ever again!

Terrible experience Super busy There are way too many people in the shop at one time and pushed from pillar to post. Not enjoyable with 2 little ones with you, they very nearly got trampled on!!! Had to take out as there was nowhere to sit or even stand. Once, got food couldn't move to get back out. Will NEVER return here again!

Great food , fast service , better if the underground dine in area was operational because of it, upstairs was too crowded
