Friendly and helpful staff. Beth helped me pick my nail designs and patiently painted my nails. She designed the art to match my wedding outfits.

First ever facial. My therapist was lovely, explained the process, asked if I had any specific areas of concern. I was made comfortable and given advice on skin care regime, products and future recommendations. Halfway through the treatment I was given a mirror to compare each side of my face. What a difference!! Highly recommend. Booked a follow-up there and then.

Booked a microblading top up appt specifically for half term. Paid £90 deposit. Was called an hour before my appt to be told that the therapist was poorly - no problem, can’t be helped. I rescheduled for the last day I could possibly do (after calling back twice to try and get a date). Moved around my own arrangements to ensure that I could make the appt. Was called 2 hours before the late afternoon appt to be told that the therapist was going home. They were unable to reschedule my appt for another month and a half. Offered to place me on a cancellation list. Asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

Booked many months in advance for Clarins package make-up trial for Daughters Prom, Bethan was perfect advising colours ahead for her special day, also to Helen at very short notice she was able to fit her in for spray tan with Abbi who again was friendly and advising us on the prep for the tan, having already had the trial for make-up was so much easier on the day so special thank you to Helen Abbi&Bethan Xx

Visited the spa with my daughter for a full body massage and facial as a birthday treat. The spa itself is lovely, very calming, friendly and spotless clean. We were looked after from the moment we entered the front door. Complimentary hot chocolate to start and then introduced to our therapists who were both lovely ladies, very friendly and knowledgeable. The treatments themselves were superb. Massage and facial was amazing, so relaxing and such a luxury. If you’re in the fence about booking don’t be, a visit is an absolute must! Will definitely be returning customers Thank you 😊
