My daughter had many treatments, she felt comfortable and listened to. She left the salon feeling so glamorous! Thank you guys. Highly recommend.

Elysian Parlour has recently changed their opening hours. However despite being closed, Maliyah still completed my treatment on my original booking for BIAB with nail art. I attended the appointment and Maliyah worked her magic! She’s professional, caring and very talented. My nail's look a million dollars. Her attention to detail is 👌🏼. Maliyah has performed many of my treatments from lash services to nails. She has vast knowledge and experience which shows through her work with every client. I have already scheduled my next appointment in December and cannot recommend this salon enough! You will not regret changing over to Elysian Parlour. I can't tell you how much I LOVE this salon - it is the prettiest salon I've ever been to! It's very well maintained, highest of cleaning standards, just what you want from a place where you get beauty treatments. This has become my go-to salon for so many AMAZING treatments. I initially booked this salon as s single pedicure treatment for my mums birthday - what drew me to the salon was the beautiful decor. Now let me tell you what has kept me at this salon... The owner and staff are undoubtedly the MOST professional, experienced, friendly and kindest people I've ever met in ANY business industry. They take their time to explain and ensure you're comfortable with every part of the treatment. Not only are they a business, they offer the whole package and go above and beyond in every way possible. I started off with 1 treatment here and since have booked hyrafacials, microneedling, Vitamin B12 injections, eyebrow threading and have many more upcoming bookings! I've been searching for all do-it all salon for SO long and I'm super happy that I've finally found one - so much so, that I travel down from Birmingham just to have my treatments at this amazing salon! If you're looking for that truly pampered feeling, this is the place to be. 10/10 every single time!

Got a lovely welcome from the salon manager Maliyah when I first came into the salon. The lash technician Aishah did an amazing job with my lashes, I was so anxious because it was my first time but the ladies were amazing! Had gel nails done by Sophie who made my nails look so pretty and gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had!

My lashes look amazing, I was a last minute booking and the woman who did my lashes was super quick and really gentle so thank you for my making my first experience at your salon successful

Just like to begin with thanks to Maliyah for my nails as i love them! however won’t be returning due to tanayia. Travelled 40 mins to the salon, got my nails done everything fine then got told tanayia won’t be able to do my lashes as I was under 18 despite her knowing this when I booked 5 days ago she only decided to tell me when I was at the appointment? So she took my deposit? Despite my 16 yr old friend (whose lashes she has done when she was 15) recommended her to me she still insisted it was because insurance didn’t cover under 18s but still accepts many of them? clearly picks and chooses who she does🤣

Absolutely amazing service from Maliyah and her team. My daughter had her birthday here and she had the best time ever. The team really looked everyone and made sure we had everything we need. The girls loved their treatments. Everything gets taken care of by them all you to do is show up which is amazing and stress free.

Emiliyana was amazing start to finish, she made me feel very at ease since it was my 1st time getting any aesthetic treatment done. she was very informative about the procedure and gave lots of info, so friendly and would 100% recommend her to anyone! all staff were really friendly and accommodating :)

Elysian Parlour is my place to go! Maliyah and Emiliyana are very professional and this is the only place I go for Lemon Bottle and anti- wrinkle injections! The salon is very clean, the atmosphere is very nice and friendly. The ladies are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Recently it become our favorite place to go with my daughter! She really enjoys her little princess pamper! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My experience at Elysian Parlour was 12/10! I had my first experience with filler today with the Non-Surgical rhinoplasty. I was so nervous and expressed this to Maliyah who was so kind and reassuring. She talked me through the process and made me feel so relaxed. She was incredibly gentle, I was shocked at how painless it was. The results literally speak for themselves and I could not behappier with how my nose looks. I would 100% recommend Maliyah for any treatment and will definitely return in the future if I decided to have more. I also want to mention how nice it was to have Aishah in the room with me. She was so lovely to me and kept me smiling throughout so thank you!

I am very upset with my eyelash extensions I had here by a lady called Tanayia. When I went to another eyelash tech to get them removed she told me that my lashes had been damaged by the set she had done as she has stuck multiple eyelashes together. This is very frustrating as it had made me lose many of my eyelashes

I had an amazing experience today! My appointment was for lemon bottle fat dissolving with Maliyah. Everything was clearly explained to me before and during my treatment, I felt very comfortable and confident with Maliyah doing my treatment. I can already see a difference under my chin giving it a more defined look 😍 I would definitely recommend coming to the Elysian Parlour all the staff are lovely.
