Shambles. 4 rapid bays only - 3 type 2 and 1 chademo. In an extremely busy location. Only 1 type 2 "working" and by working it basically decided at random whether it wanted to charge your car or not. Had to queue for 45 mins before I was lucky enough to get in a bay where the working charger was. Finished charging a car and then broke and went out of service. Also a 2 hour limit on site free parking or pay £15. Avoid.

Not very good. Too many chargers not working & for too long. Poor show for serviceable. Needs more chargers. Busy site results in too many people waiting. Pull your fingers out people. Merry Christmas

Arrived-- looks like 4 rapids but it's only 2 not so rapid - gave up and left - for a big site like this 2 ccs semi rapid is poor

Very disappointing. Dual chargers still only operate one at a time, so failing far short of their advertised availability. You end up parking alongside, waiting for your neighbour to finish. For me it was a taxi driver on his lunch break with plenty of time to trickle charge to 100%. The Ionity setup is so much better. Chargers with long cables and often approachable from both sides, so any space will suit any car. Whilst I do appreciate GridServe, they could have done much better here. Whilst I waited, I watched other drivers arrive and leave confused and annoyed.

Had to wait for the CHADemo to become free but managed to use the type 2 while I waited. The nice couple in an old leaf finished their charge early and let us on. We need more CHADemo capable chargers.

Not enough cables or connection types. 1 rapid charger doesn’t work. The other had intermittent errors.

Wonderful services with a good choice of shops. Clean from what was noticed.

One unit down 👎. Only 2 rapid chargers on motorway services isn'tenough especially with one broken . No dual charging. No autocharge.

Had to call up as wasn't working. Spent 15 minutes on hold and then was triggered to work free of charge so thank you for that. I don't like the fact anyone can come along and press 'stop' on the charger though.

Type 2 chargers require your own lead and are very slow. There is a plug in point in far left of car park - the points directly in front of the services building are CCS and CHAdeMo only.

Waited for 45 minutes for a CCS charger to become free. Then the unit tripped out as we connected. 28 minutes on the phone to the helpful Jeavon who eventually rebooted the unit and we got on charge @48kW. Total of 2hrs for 20kWh of charge 😐
