Loved how Ellie was able to tell me straight off that a style I had shown her, wouldn't be great for my fine hair. Much prefer the professionals to advise me rather than me be dillusioned and end up feeling disappointed. Can't wait now to actually get it done.

All staff in reception were friendly and welcoming upon arrival! My beautician Megan was excellent! Explained everything fully and was chatting throughout my appointment, regularly checking in with me and gave good advice regarding when I should come back for another treatment!

Natalie, my aromatherapy session (late birthday present) was fantastic. I felt absolutely totally relaxed and my muscles had all been unknotted, the best they’ve felt for years. Keep up the good work. You have a lovely personality and manner with your clients. Thank you once again.

Lovely hairdressers. My 5 year old loves coming here. Elli is so nice and good with kids, she’s also lovely to chat to too. Place is cosy, and not clinical. Easy to book online too.

Amazing experience my second appointment with Jen my first colour with her and I'm so so happy. My hair feels and looks amazing she cut it so that I had some longer layers but so I could style it myself easily as I have a newborn. Would 100% recommend Jen and the ivy lodge hair and beauty team are all so lovely. I won't go anywhere else in the future.

Really needed this time today I have been so stressed lately. I felt so comfortable relaxed and I walked away from the treatment feeling refreshed and ready to start again. I enjoyed it that much I have already booked in for another facial. Definitely be recommending.

All of the ladies at The Ivy Lodge are fantastic and so friendly, but Alanis has really sorted my back/neck/shoulders out the last two times I've visited! I've arrived in an absolute stress ball and left half asleep which is just what I need. I absolutely love the lodge and always recommend it to other people. Elli was absolutely fabulous! Having not had the best experience in a previous salon, I was quite nervous but that quickly went away when Elli sat me down. Genuinely a really lovely experience from start to finish, my hair looks incredible and I will be returning soon <3

Just had my little girls first haircut. Would highly recommend, made us feel very welcomed and at ease. My little one did not even notice that her hair was trimmed :D 😀
