I was recommended to heaven at number seven by a good friend of mine, who raved about someone called Fleur whom I have already written a lovely review for as she is just a wonderful person who really takes care of you and his gentle with you on all appointments. I find the place clean professional and a good ambience. I feel instantly relaxed as soon as I come in and I’m greeted wonderfully by the staff who are very kind and very professional which is a nice touch. I had my first appointment with Fleur for an eyebrow threading at the Virginia Water branch. What I particularly appreciated was how tailored to me and my brows my session felt. A good chunk of the appointment time was spent with Fleur’s eagle eyes on my brows; she took her time assessing, threading, tweezing, and assessing some more. It definitely didn’t feel remotely like a one size fits all approach. So if you are looking for what I see as the total package—as in the eyes, skill, and honesty of an expert—she’s your lady, hands down.

I came in for a pregnancy massage and moisture boost facial. It was probably the best I’ve ever had. Emily took so much care in finding out exactly what I needed and could not have been more attentive. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm coming to the end of my laser hair removal treatment now and – at 48 – I wish I'd done this twenty or thirty years ago! Hairs have pretty much all gone after the course and my skin feels so much better now that I'm not shaving too. Fleur has been very patient with me when I flinch if I feel a twang from the treatment – it's generally pretty painless but totally worth it! ;)

I tried the CACI treatment with 30 minute massage with Leia and it was phenomenal. I feel thoroughly relaxed and pampered and my husband said that my skin looks amazing this afternoon :-) Leia was really knowledgeable and made me feel totally at ease. I’ve already booked a course and am looking forward to my next treatment.
